I was very pleased with my haircut. Sondra did a great job following my instructions. I showed her a picture of the front and back of the way I wanted my hair cut and she did exactly as I instructed. A lot of placed will cut it extra short I think so you get your money’s worth but mine was exactly as I pictured it. $29.95 just cut. No dry.

Please do not ever go here for boys haircut. I had my sons school picture day and Sandra she did such a poor job. Almost like I could of done a better job not being a hair stylist. Poor poor job very disappointed we ar always going toRemember this haircut because of picture day please be kind to people when they have some events and important things like these to go for.

My daughter has long, thick, curly hair and I was so impressed with the way her hair cut was done by Tara, I couldn’t help but make my own appt. she did awesome on my color and highlights. She was a joy to talk to and very fast. Highly recommend!

Asked to have my hair HighLighted and Sun Kissed. Came out and she died all of my hair from roots to end .. ORANGE! Said she tried a new color she never tried b4. O really? She tried fixing it.. I even went back the next day and was told she would have to color it dark. So i did. Still orange. Im screwed now til it grows out enough where I can try again. Bad experience. O, and charges too much too. Wont be going back..

They got me in quickly and were very friendly... but I had to walk the stylist through the entire haircut even though I had pictures and was getting a very simple short undercut. Was uncomfortable the whole time because she didnt seem to understand what I was asking for, and it seemed she had never cut short hair before. In the end it looks alright... but its not what I actually asked for. More like... the best I could explain it to someone who had never seen an undercut.

Wow how cut my hair did the exactopposite of what I asked for. I said no choppy layers and thats exactly what she did. Looks horrible

Very disappointed with the place. Asked them how much my daughter’s haircut would cost to which they said $19.95. Pricing was based on the belief at the time she was a boy (she is very tomboy, including her short boy style haircut). Once they knew she was a girl, via conversation, they raised the price to $25. It didn’t matter that she just got another boy style haircut (4 on the sides and scissor trim on the top).

Everyone was really nice. My hair was previously bleached and it was super uneven. Luckily, Tara was able to fix my mess perfectly. Thank you!

They did a color and cut on me my daughter And everything was perfect I definitely recommend giving them a try.

One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten! Im in college and look like I am going through an emo phase in middle school. I asked for a trim and long layers, so tell me why half of my hair is gone and my hair is uneven. I dont even know what to do with my hair and my only option seems to be to chop it shoulder length at this point. Do not recommend going here at all!!!!I went in to get my hair fixed a couple days later and after telling the lady that cut my hair what i wanted fixed, she basically refused and said nothing was wrong with my hair and that it was symmetrical. I can see how uneven my hair and layers are and so could my friends, so now I have to go get it fixed somewhere else. Such bad customer service!!

I had my hair cut, styled, and colored yesterday. The cut and style were awesome. The stylist was very nice and took her time. Im upset because I had told her in advance that I did not want my hair to come out orange. This has not happened to my hair in probably ten years. I always tell the stylist I have a red undertone and that usually ash blonde or ash light brown compliment my dark hair well along with a toner to keep the red out. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could definitely accomplish the look. I was not shown a sample hair swatch like usual, but I trusted that it would look like the picture. When finished, she kept telling me it was caramel and not orange. When cutting, she changed her mind and said it was too orange and put more toner on it. She said it looked much better and I tried to reassure myself that it did. I got home and looked in the mirror and it is bright orange. I look so ugly and I have meetings at my school district office next week. I am so embarrassed and they will not fix my hair. I called today and she said this is the best she can do and they cannot do anything else for me and the manager would say the same thing. She blamed your products and being out of stock on certain products on doing a poor job and said that if she could bring in her own it would look better. This makes me have low confidence that the right product was put in my hair.I didnt ask for a refund, just to fix what went wrong. I showed her a picture of what the stylist did to my hair at the same salon last year in one shot and less time. I feel like I wasted my day and money. Fantastic Sams will probably lose my business as well after this. I have been using your services at various locations since the early 2000s.

The ladies here are top notch. Very professional and clean location. Virginia knows her stuff. Even with those of us with difficult hair. Worth the 30 minute drive as recommended.

Ive been going to this salon for over 11 years and many times I was told what fee would be charged but when I would check out they always add fees that were not presented up front when I asked about the fee. This evening I took both my girls to get trims and one got partial highlights. I went in earlier today to get pricing for what I would be having done. She not only wrote me a copy of the pricing and told me that the trim for under 12 would be $13.95. She also wrote in there schedule book what was needed and that one was under 12. So when I go to check out and explained to the stylist what I was to she went and got the owner Virginia for me to explain it to her. She told me that the employee gave me the wrong information and wanted me to pay $33 more than what I was told. I told her that I based the money that I brought on what I was told and she starred at me hatefully. I finally told her that she was more than welcome to hold my card and run the difference in the morning or I could stop by in the evening to pay. Again she starred at me rudely so I asked her if the problem was that she didnt think I was going to pay. She said a matter of fact I dont. I told her that I too am in customer service and would never not pay for services rendered even if I was blindly up charged. She rolled her eyes and said she has a problem with me every time I come in about the charges and not to worry about the balance that she will pay the stylist. I told her that I WILL come back tomorrow evening to pay whats owed and told her that if shes having issues with her employers giving the wrong information then maybe she should have a staff meeting and get everyone on the same page. If they had a price board that might make things a little easier. She again rolled her eyes and I told her after I pay the balance we would never be back. Thats not only bad business but bad management. I too am in management and your job is to try and keep the guest happy, not escalate the situation especially in front of my kids.

Says online they’re open sundays, drive all the way down here and there’s a handmade sign on the door “closed Sunday’s “ waste of time

Very friendly. The stylists really know what theyre doing and take time to get it right. Plan to spend a little bit more time, especially for color services, because they will work others haircuts in while youre under the dryer. Ive always had a positive experience here.

They only want to cater to hispanic clientele - anyone else is not important. Worst haircuts ever and rude stylists.. Owner Virginia is the rudest person.

I just got my hair done by Leo and he is AMAZiNG!! :D I wanted it a pastel blue and lavender and he did such a great job, especially since I had red hair with blonde highlights and brown roots.. tough job to say the least. I am SO happy with my hair now. I will go back to him forever! He is also very nice and professional and tells me step by step what he is doing which I really like (:

I brought my son in for a hair cut and myself for eyebrows waxed and we walked out after sitting there for 15 minutes. We were never greeted despite the 2 stylists that were in the salon....1 checking someone out (so she saw us come in AND still didnt say a word to us)Apparently, if you arent in with them they ignore you because another lady came in and both stylists greeted her with open arms and led her immediately to the back. Appointment or not, I still expect a hello or hey, its gonna be a bit...When I went to leave our names were crossed off the list and combined as one even though whoever did that didnt bother asking what either of us were in for.

Ive been going to this location since it first opened and I lived just down the street. Now I live in Aledo (30-miles away) and I still drive to Keller for my haircut. Virginia has been cutting my hair since she first started there - over 10 years ago ... she even gave my daughter her first haircut. Highly recommended with two thumbs-up!

Nice affordable hair care

I had two bad experiences here. First, I asked for a trim, I wanted to keep the length, but they took more than I asked for. Second, I asked for highlights, and a touch up on my roots. The stylist did not do the touch up, and argued with me about how I didnt explain to her what I wanted. I had to spend an additional hour at the salon. Although the owner of this location is very nice, the stylists are not experienced and do a mediocre job.

Mrs Tara was wonderful and so very helpful in picking the exact colour got my hair and styling it perfectly.

Showed them a picture, and it still came out horrible. They cut off way too much and had horrible layering. Length and proportions were WAY off from the picture. Completely dissatisfied, I wont be returning.

This guy named Leo he was supposed to do a hairstyle balayage on me and it came out horrible doesnt even look like I had gotten it done worst experience at Hair Salon ever.. Then he told me i was to pay only 50 and if i can tip him 20 because he dont get much on doing hair.. So i end up paying 70 dollars for this and he dont even did it right. Omg. Then when i ask for the manger she told me i only end up paying for a gray touch up for 50. And that the hight light were free. So this guy just got in trouble. For not even charging me for the right price. So then the manager wanted me to pay another 80 to do my hair. Am sorry but i wont be paying more if that was the price he gave me for the hair style.. Worst place even dont go there.. And if you do dont go to leo.. And also he told me to go to his house so then he could fix it. Uhmm thats so unprofessional.

Been there twice and neither time did the girl really listen to what I wanted. This last time the girl held my debit card for ransom asking me how much of a tip I was gonna give her!
