Found what I needed, the diet Dr.peppers were hot in the refrigerator because they were freshly stocked so I did not buy one,but overall it was pleasant I was greeted on entering the establishment, that being said when I said have a nice afternoon they did not even respond lol I think they were management π
Its a great clean store I do always seem to have mix ups with the pharmacy but theyre always willing to take the time to figure it out, which is much appreciated.
This has been my Walgreens for many years. But I will not go back here until they DROP THE MASK REQUIREMENT. It should only be required if the County or State requires it.
My wife uses coupons, one of the staff is always extremely rude to her. Even when the stores ad says that the customer can do things she insists that she will not do it. She also loves muttering under her breath about how she doesnβt care what the paper says she is not going to do it. My wife only goes to this store because it is close to our home. The woman is childish and rude, she not be in retail.
Came around 5pm on 9/9/21. Iβve never received such poor service picking up a prescription before. The staff was incredibly rude through the drive through. Just switched insurance due to pregnancy and wanted to update the pharmacy. The man at the window (didnβt catch his name) repeatedly told us we would have to call and thatβs not something he does. He kept leaving the window to talk to someone and kept repeating himself when he came back. Then he mentioned we could call ourselves or pay out of pocket no insurance cost. Unbelievable a pharmacy would push to pay out of pocket, knowing we have insurance. The pharmacist Claudine came to the window and just started talking about the prescription and that she was going to send in a request for a larger dose before even asking me. Telling me it would take some time for the prescription to be ready because she has to hear back from the doctor. I asked her about the insurance and she told me to call and they wouldnβt call for me, again thatβs not something they do even though every pharmacy Iβve been to, has.After calling and going back through the drive though, the man originally at the window continued to leave the window when we told him we were back for the prescription. Another man, Brandon helped us and thankfully was so much more helpful then the previous two. He told us when we brought up the issue, that they donβt do that in the drive through but they do that in store. If this information was relayed to us in the beginning, it would have saved a ton of time and frustration. Especially when that was never given as an option but paying out of pocket with no insurance was for them.I highly recommend switching to Walgreens at Southlake Blvd . Just last month I was at this location with a new insurance due to recently getting married and they asked me for the card, when I told them I didnβt have it they said no problem, weβll look it up and they did. Iβm switching back to the other location and never coming here again.
This Walgreens is always clean and has the best pharmacy. They are always polite and helpful if you ever order photos or need cosmetic supplies. Friendly and professional cashiers who are helpful and if there is a line they open up other places to check out. I know people who travel to this Walgreens over ones that are closer to their homes.

Without a doubt the worst pharmacy Iβve ever had to deal with. They are Almost always rude, if I call in a refill for someone they NEVER follow thru and contact the physician for authorization to refill they just move on and I have to either keep calling or just call the Doctors office myself and ask them to call in the refill. I could go on and on. Wish I could give 0 stars instead of 1.
The lady at the pharmacy was very rude to me after I went in to get some pink eye drops. However she was a little helpful explaining that anything over the counter would be bad for me but then she continued to go on and make me seem like some disease and told me to not touch anything in the store because she had already had pink eye.
So many rude reviews! Love this Walgreens, seen more rude and entitled customers then employees! CVS is always rude to me and have too high prices and their picture quality sucks and Walgreens has been around much longer too so I trust them more thanks to the awesome staff!
The Pharmacist was so unbelievably rude and wanted to argue about their inability to acknowledge me or help me when I went to pick up a prescription. Shes certainly not worthy of a customer facing position. Perhaps she needs to be reminded that without people needing prescriptions shed have NO JOB!

The store staff and the pharmacy staff are both helpful. I noticed that the negative reviews are older, maybe there has been a manager change or some other factor changed. Anyway, Ive been a customer for years and have never felt badly treated or ignored. I pick up the prescriptions for my elderly mother, and most of the pharmacy staff automatically look under her name too if I am picking up for myself. Thats pretty good service!
This store is very helpful and professional in customer service -I have received very good service at this store. They have been the best about printing my photos. I really love the great job they do on the photo books! Thank you Walgreens team...Iβve been sharing these books with people - always the same response WOW! Walgreens!?!
Currently been sitting in the line for 20 minutes. Poor customer services and rude workers. Truly wish I went with CVS now.
The employees at this pharmacy are either overworked or hate their jobs. I rarely see a smile on their faces. Their tone is rushed and rude. Sometimes they donβt even let you finish speaking. When they finally assist you it feels like you are inconveniencing them. Iβve called on numerous occasions to be placed on hold for lengthy wait times. When they ask you to βplease hold,β they do it so rudely. A few times they even picked up the line, you finally think someone is going to assist you, then the call just hangs up...I wonder if they do this to stop the hold button from beeping or to reset the queue.. who knows why, but it happens too frequently for it to be an accident. Their delivery is ok and really havenβt had an issue there, what Iβve had an issue on is them trying to charge or renew medication thatβs not ready to be auto filled. I feel like Iβm always getting voicemails to renew prescriptions way far in advance. Their customer service needs an overhaul, perhaps a new manager. I advise you go elsewhere, with less headaches and more customer appreciation.

Love this place, but was shocked my little bag of dog food went up over $2.......I put it back.
For some reason the 2nd drive-thru lane has been blocked off for at least 2 years which can make a slow poke hold up a lot of people.Employees are nice and have handled the COVID changes like pros!
The pharmacy drive through always takes forever and they NEVER open the 2nd lane!!
I like this store a lot and the staff is very nice. My BIG problem with the store is the pharmacy department. I dropped off my prescriptions and told the girl I would wait for it and went to sit in the reception area - which is one of the better areas Ive seen anywhere. It was busy and I expected a delay. I also expected to hear an announcement that my prescription was ready. I sat there so long waiting for my name to be called that I fell asleep ( I had a cold and was waiting for my meds). When I saw that it had been over an hour since dropping off my script I waited in line 15 minutes to find out if my order was ready. It was. When I asked if they had called my name the girl said no - they dont do that. I was very angry. Are we expected to keep going back up in line over and over again asking about our script?Stupid waste of time. Stupid system. Restaurants have small beeper alerts. Everyone has a cell phone and could be texted when their order is ready.There are too many ways to solve this issue.I will go back because of convenience but not for my pharmacy needs.

The pharmacy personnel seems be br slipping, as though every phone call is disrupting them ormaybe thr just their jobs. If I wanted customer service with an snyde additude id choose Walgreens in Keller.

This has to be the worst pharmacy out there. Their customer service is terrible and they make everything difficult each and every time you have to fill a prescription. Today will be my last visit. I am moving our familyβs prescriptions elsewhere to say me the frustrations of standing in line and dealing with rude pharmacy staff.
