We took our iPad there for the shattered screen. We got it back in four days. After a coup of days, the screen slide off. We had to take it back to have it clued. We then bought a new case for it. The screen is as thin as paper. As we pressed it into the case, the new screen cracked. When we took it back to the store, we were told that the new screen is not the original manufacturer’s screen and they don’t guarantee the quality of it. We felt we spent over $75 for a very cheap screen. This store’s customer service is very bad and the parts they used are very poor quality.

Initially had a good impression, but they ended up giving me a cheap screen replacement and admitted to it. Called the store back to see about getting the issue resolved and was told they had received some low quality screens that had been having issues and they could replace it that day. I wasnt available that day before closing and had a full work week, but I said I could get there my next day off. Next day off, they could only slightly discount a new screen since it had left the shop and it had been a few days despite me reporting the issues I had with the screen within 24 hours and not being available.So, onto the screen. It randomly swipes on its own without being touched, which, in turn leads to: getting disabled for 15+ minutes because it swipes on my lock screen, locking me out when I need my phone for work, has randomly dialed 911, has confirmed purchases when Im browsing on amazon, doesnt allow me to text without looking like Im intoxicated or passed out on my keyboard- its been a nightmare. And Im unsure if its related, but my front camera face ID no longer works either. The screen itself appears to be in perfect condition as the day I received my phone back, but the issues have only gotten worse and more frequent.Contacted the store again today and am hoping I can update this review with a positive outcome.ETA: After reading previous reviews, I had a similar situation in which I was advised to bring my receipt in, but since I paid cash I was not given one despite signing in a binder provided by the business to the terms which were not furnished to me post transaction. This all reads SCAM.

****Dont go****I had Cellphone Trendz repair a shattered screen on my Samsung phone. Total cost was $367. For a few weeks it worked fine but then a green vertical line appeared on the display and could not be removed. When I returned to Cellphone Trendz I was told the repair job was no longer covered by warranty.****Dont go****

Hate how this visit ended, dropped off my S10+ for a glass screen protector. After pickup noticed my speaker was not legible. Realized that the glue used to cover original screen had clogged the speaker grill. The owner tried to remove the glue by poking through the grill with a small pen, only to ruin the speaker. Im now out 192 dollars to send phone off to the ATT repair center.

I bought a phone from them and within the first 2 days of having it i was having issues with it overheating and not charging, i went back and their customer service was horrible and they were very rude to me as if i did something wrong even though i was still under warranty. . I went back again to give them a second chance this time to fix my screen and payed extra for my camera and touch ID but my touch ID did not work. Terrible service, terrible employees. Never again! save your money and time and go elsewhere

Purchased an IPad Air 2 from Maria who told me at the time of purchase that it had a 30day repair or replace warranty! Well after a few days we notices that the battery would drain extremely fast so I called and was gold by Maria after she spoke with HEM ( supervisor) that they would not replace the battery if it had a problem. I went in today to talk with them about this problem and again was told that they would do nothing to take care of my issue of the weak battery, I asked about a refund and was told that all sales were final and it was on the receipt! Probably something I would have known had I been given a receipt instead of a business card with the warranty written on it and signed by Maria. See I paId CASH and she told me that I didnt get a receipt with cash sales. That must be because they arent recording cash sales for taxes!Horrible customer service! All they wanted to do was argue and not stand behind the warranty that I was promised! I will never do business there again and would recommend anyone looking to do business there to look elsewhere . I mean look at all the other reviews about theyre customer service.

Phone fell out of my pocket while cycling. Didn’t realize it for 10 minutes and when I went back it had already been run over by a couple of cars. Screen was shattered, couldn’t see anything at all. Music still played so I figured it was worth a shot for repairs. Cellphone Trendz was able to repair it and get everything back to normal. Definitely coming back if we have any other accidents.

Within two weeks getting my phone screen replaced it broke again. It didn’t hit any hard surface and is in a otter box. I paid $160 to have it replaced. When I called up to see what they could do because there is no way it was installed properly they told me they would gone me $40 off my next screen. When I said I already paid $160 to be in the same position I was in before I walked in your store. Don’t trust their supplies. Poor quality. What a rip off.

I was shutting my car trunk when I heard this awful cracking sound. I just knew it was shattered but not a scratch on it. Then they hooked me up with a great deal on another screen protector. Poor customer service. took 8+ in for front and back screen repair.when i went to pick up phone i noticed at the top above just the camera that the screen was not connected flush and i expressed my concern the lady told me its because they took the waterproofing portion off and that it cant be used anymore and that is why that portion only is not flush. once again i expressed my concern for this . left the store with case on phone and have had since.. well few days later phone has two cracks where the open spot is called the store to inform them and instead of fixing phone how it should be she insisted she could give me a deal.... i pay for part but half off on labor .... no Fix my phone the right way ... ill just continue to give my business to CPR near alliance .. they take care of you no problems .....

Went in with a cracked screen. My first ever damage to any of my cell phones and Sam assured me they could fix it within an hour to an hour and a half. He understood how important my phone is to me (like everyone I am sure). However, aside from my personal life being on my phone, so is my business. Sam was super helpful and friendly and easy to talk to!They fixed my screen with no issues and assured me if any issues arise- they will take care of it!! I highly recommend!!! I do not recommend this place! I bought two screen protectors for me and my daughter for $50 and both of them lasted only 3 days! When i took them back, the manager told me that they were not under warranty! And it was them who put the screen protectors on our phones when we bought them. The manager was trying to tell us that we should buy better phone cases for our phones to make the screens last longer!!! Ridiculous! Both our phone cases are good quality, Otter Box. This place has the most unprofessional customer service, and a horrible 30 day warranty. I purchased a phone at this business, and brought it back within days. My phone had multiple issues. The guy there at that time tried to repair my phone, which I gave to him undamaged. Upon receiving my phone back, the guy had said he fix a few issues and had excuses for the rest. “Noticed” at the moment of receiving my phone in my hands, that the frame of my phone was bent. I called the guy out on it and he said that’s how I gave him the phone, which is a lie. He continued to talk over me and tried to convince me, that it was my fault. His only alternative, knowing that he couldn’t fix all my issues, and knowing that I gave him a phone in the same original condition I received it in upon purchase, a few days earlier. Also meant to add I purchased a case and glass protector from them, in regards to it “(Being my fault)”. His alternative was that I swap it out with another phone there, same model and same storage space, but I would have to pay a price difference. That’s ridiculous when I was sold a impaired phone. They where supposed to call me back within two days, hadn’t and it has been a week now. I called the business today in regards to an equal value trade in return phone. The excuse used, was that the sticky note with my name and call back number was lost. What’s funny about that excuse is, the day of purchase the lady who assisted me, took a picture of the IMEI and asked for my information to put into the system. I’m just frustrated that they can’t fix my issues with my phone, but can up-charge me on another phone that may have issues also.

This stores is awesome! They set us up completely with cases for new phones, tempered glass on all 6 of our phones and a complete glass replacement on a beyond shattered screen on an iPhone 6s. 3 Stars is the average of two points: Quality and Service. Perhaps my experience(s) were anomalies, but I went for a simple screen replacement - which I unfortunately have gotten previously from another repair place. The screen had several issues, most prevalent being that the lower portion did not sense touch. So I returned to get it fixed, and another screen was given with the same issue. On my THIRD return and screen, the touch issue seemed to be mostly resolved, but the proximity sensor was not functioning. After FOUR visits, all is well. Seemingly, the level of quality of the parts used for replacement comes from the same place the earbuds on the counter come from (all Chinese writing, so one could only assume the parts are from China). - 1 StarThrough all of that, the employee (Stephanie) maintained a very accommodating spirit of service and graciously helped to trouble shoot and resolve the issues rather quickly. Actually, this was some of the better service I have received since moving to this area. - 5 Stars

This company is terrible! I had the screen replaced on my iPhone here. It barely lasted 2 weeks. When I took it back they said the glass had a crack on the inside of it and they do not cover physical damage. Physical damage???? The glass was improperly installed.I didnt read all the reviews before I went there or I would have avoided this place. I took it to a place which doesnt rip customers off. Avoid this company.

Great service! The LCD on my screen was broken and my screen was shattered. When I got it back it was taped up? The next day I removed the tape. My screen was lifted and my home button was sliding. We went back and the nice woman called a man who does repairs. He was dismissive and went against their own warranty. My phone has more problems after it left the store than before I got it fixed

For starters, Ive had 2 phones screen repaired here, and I can say with certainty that both times have been awesome. Both screens were like new, and though the iPhone 6s screen is a lot more intricate that its predecessors (probably due to the 3D Touch feature), the time it took to repair the screen was only slightly longer than an iPhone 5s screen. Went to repair my galaxy s8 screen. They repaired my phone is 30 min it looks like brand new. They are way cheaper than the other cellphone repair in the area who quote me 289 to fix screen but cellphone trendz fixed it for 209 so I saved 80 dollar. Now i know where to go for my cellphone repair.

Do not go to this place. They replaced a screen on my phone, and it was a bad screen. I went up there numerous times each time asking them to please change it out. They refused to do so. They kept telling me nothing was wrong with the screen. I took my phone to another place and paid them for a new screen and it works beautifully, no problems whatsoever. $60 down the drain because this place gave me a bad screen and would not honor it.

I brought in my phone to get the charging port fixed. Everything seems to be in working order. However when I got my phone back, the PIN thats always been required to log in to my phone was no longer activated, as if someone had bypassed my security settings. I called the store to ask why that might be and who the tech was that worked on my phone. The lady who answered told me that she didnt know who worked on it, but that since I didnt leave my code with them, they wouldnt have had a way to get into it. Then someone in the background started telling her that my security settings were never in place (very untrue, Ive had the phone long enough to know what my settings are). I then asked if the person talking was the tech who worked on it. Despite previously saying she didnt know who had done the job, she told me that the man in the background was the tech, and his name was Sam.Based on my security settings being changed and them lying about those settings and who did the work, I dont find them trustworthy.

I will never use them again. I purchased a Groupon for my daughter to have her Iphone screen repaired. I have bought many Groupons over the years. Not once have I ever been charged additional fees on top of what I paid for the Groupon. My daughter presented her Groupon and was charged an additional $10.64 for CT repair sales tax. I contacted the store and was told this was normal. I sent a picture of my Groupon and no where on it stated this. Again I was dismissed by the employee. I contacted Groupon and they credited my account for this issue and said it is not normal practice for Groupons as would be following up with them.

Got my screen replaced and they completely broke my phone. took a week of us going back and forth for them to get it working like it should. Fast forward to yesterday and my phone completely broke. You cant even touch it or do anything. Took it to apple and they said its the repair peoples fault for not using authentic apple screens and because they placed it on wrong. Its not repairable at this point and i now have to buy a whole new phone. Dont recommend at all.

Nice people fast initial repair of my iphone. They are Expensive with a price of 167.00 for a screen and analysis.Unfortunately, within 30 days the screen had 2 pixels out (white dots always visible) and it had a lot of fine scratches from being taken in and out of my pocket.I suspect they use inferior aftermarket glass and inferior aftermarket replacement parts. they are an authorized Apple repair center but I doubt they use Apple parts. I could be wrong....I did make a second trip and they inspected the phone under their warranty agreement. They inspected it and told me it was my fault and they believed water caused pixels to go out.They did take photos of what they called mold that looked like dust to me inside the phone. They said the dust/mold proved the pixels failure was my fault.in the end they would not replace the screen under warranty.next time I will go somewhere else and get the screen fixed for 100 with the same cheep aftermarket parts and no warranty.i definitely would have given them a 5 star review if they stood behind their parts

Sad that there is a 4.4 review in google and a 2 on yelp. This place is a joke. First had issues with my phone after getting the screen replaced by the sensitivity being extremely poor and bubbles on the screen. I was told that it wasn’t under warranty. After replacing it again out of pocket my proximity sensor is not working. I don’t recommend this place.

I went to get my IPhone screen replaced and they did do that however i cant call on my phone anymore and certain area of the screen doesnt work. my battery drops ridiculously fast, within two hours my phone is usually dead. my phone worked fine before other than the cracks in my screen. do not go here they might ruin your phone!!----------------------------------------------------------------------------Just wanted to give an update.. my phone started cracking really easily so i took it to Apple and they said that they didnt put the screen screws in which are located by the charging port. so my screen started cracking and my phone became completely useless and Apple had fixed it perfectly for me. They said that third party companies that replace screens are highly frowned apon at Apple and after this incident i will not go anywhere but Apple. I dont reccomend at all and that was a waste of $127.

Ordered the Groupon coupon, walked in on a Sunday and I’m extremely satisfied with their work. After checking prices I actually found them a few dollars under and only having to wait 20 mins for my phone to be ready I would’ve paid more. I was extremely aggravated with my phone!! Dropped off 3 iPhones in December of 2018. Check on the repair status each month until Feb 2019. They said they would call me when they were done. Went today and they said I picked them up in February. I didnt. The Manager said I signed for them. But I didnt. Then pointed out that after 15 days the phones belong to them. I5 days from what? They never called to tell me the phones were fixed or not.So I am out $2000 worth of phones.Do not use them.

Complete disappointment and they will RIP YOU OFF! Took my phone that had a cracked screen and busted speaker to get fixed, with a 15 day warranty. Within 24 hours later, SCREEN IS CRACKED (paid for a screen protector). Went in the next day to get it replace since it was still under warranty and lady said the repair is not under warranty!! THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.
