Brandon and Jade were very helpful with solving two separate issues. Their customer service and attitude’s was outstanding. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, much less outstanding.You have two good ones working at the store in Keller.

After a frustrating day on the phone with at&t trying to get my number ported. The corporate phone center manage to totally screw the pooch leaving me with no SIM card and a Verizon phone that didnt work after they hung up. I went to the at&t store on Keller Parkway across from Kroger. Christian was able to set me up with a sim card. It wasnt his mess to clean up, but he made sure that my phone was working completely before I left. Great job Christian!

Brandon and Jade were great. iPad quit reading SIM card, went online to try to fix, ended up calling ATT store in Keller Jade asked me to come in. After testing SIM determined my SIM slot was broken and so Brandon loaded a digital SIM and fixed it. They went the extra mile

Brandon went above and beyond with helping me transition from one operating system to another when I upgraded my phone. The store was busy and he was helping the other employees as well and he stayed positive and patient with everyone and I never felt like he wasn’t putting me first as the customer. I had a great experience and I’m sending my friend from Colleyville to his store since she is getting a new phone soon. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We want to travel and still keep my daughter’s ability to attend on line classes. We had an excellent experience at this store. I placed a phone call to see if a specific phone was there (great, friendly service), then went to the store to purchase/order two phones (fabulous, friendly, quick service), and had to return for assistance with the transferring of data (friendly, helpful, patient service. All of the guys that work here are great, and theyre great at staying organized to ensure everyone is helped promptly. Well definitely return in the future!

Be VERY careful in this store. I went in to upgrade 2 of my childrens phones in the past week. A few days later, to my surprise, BOTH upgraded phones had additional charges on the account for ATT Next Up and Protect Advantage which totals $20 per phone per month ($40 total/mo). I had 2 different sales people help me and NEITHER person mentioned anything to me about these add on services that we did not want or need. I had to spend 45 minutes on a call with AT&T billing to remove them. EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE practices by this store. Been with ATT for over 10 years and never had this occur elsewhere, so I can only assume these are incentives for the sales team to up sell at this new location. I would go to a different store if looking to upgrade!

My wife and I switched to AT&T in January 2021, is was a terrible ordeal. But Hector in the Keller, Tx store saved the day. He took the time today to go through our account, correct the billing. Get the phones working correctly. Hector also helped us get our claimed filed for a stolen phone. Totally went the distance. If you are looking for a change in providers or have questions go see Hector and the team at AT&T Keller!!!

I always put off going to any AT&T store to get a new phone because no matter if you have a reservation or not it always takes hours to get everything done and transferred to the new phone... just a MAJOR headache... USUALLY 😉... I’m leaving this review because of the outstanding service I was given by Joel Ramirez and Lane Scheile(mgr)... Joel was able to get me a new phone and transfer everything flawlessly in about 20 mins total 🏆🏆🏆. Lane helped me connect my Apple Watch and Apple car play in just a few minutes. I couldn’t be happier with my new phone but I especially want to say “thank you for the excellent and quick service” to both Joel and Lane 😊😎😊

Went in with my mother and as soon as we walked in Colby greeted us and made us feel welcomed.He was very thorough with everything, I didn’t even know I could get protection on my phone and so I got mine and my mothers phone insured without ever having to worry again! I may have misheard him through the mask but I think his name was Blaine(?). Extraordinarily management skills Lane Scheile, this manager has gone beyond and above trying to satisfy me as a new customer. We have never use AT&T services before, after 30 years been with Charter/Spectrum we move to a new location and the only service provider was AT&T. It has been the most difficult situation a person nightmare. When ordering the service the salesman over the phone promise us a bundle better than what we previously had with Spectrum. The move was for my 88yr mom upon on arriving to our new home we were told by the salesperson everything would be on and ready on a pacific day. We had a house full of guess with no service (phone cable internet ect). Later they had to change us to Direct TV because the salesman mistakes. Me and my husband came to this store Lane Scheile spent over 3 hrs helping the first time. He was respectful, caring and most of understanding he kept apologizing for everything. Today I came to the store and was crying because of another issue with AT&T 2 hrs this time. I don’t know how long I will be with AT&T I’m definitely unsatisfactory with this service and customer service has been the worse. When going to another store the manager immediately walked away. Lane thank you so much for making us feel valuable. We definitely need more people like you in this world. Your attitude your ability to help me has touch my heart. I will share this with other people. Also I want to acknowledge Karlo good managers train their employees to care about their customer. Hopefully we will get the bundle soon but I know you have done as much as you can do.

Consistently Exceptional!! I have had two experiences at the beautiful new Keller location and have been supremely satisfied on both occasions. When I was upgrading my phone (from the stone age) the staff and manager made the transition simply painless and even helped me get my old pictures/videos/outlook data over to the new phone. I was sent on my way with everything in order and a fantastic new RED iPhone 8! Recently I utilized their help again in switching from Uverse to Direct TV. Everything was handled for me in store and installation was seamless. This crew really has the full customer experience as its prime focus and it shows. I will definitely be heading back for future cellular and media needs. Outstanding in every way!

EVERYone in this store has bent over backwards to help me get my phone service ported back over to AT&T. It took several days of troubleshooting and problem solving but they ALL had a hand in helping make sure I left as a happy AT&T customer. I highly recommend the Keller store. I went in yesterday to ask about upgrading and spoke with Jessica who was just so knowledgeable and gave me all the information i needed to come back today! Then this morning, I had an amazing experience today with Jeremy! He was so patient with me because I had to back up my photos before I got the new iPhone 11, it took like two, almost three hours to do but he never made me feel rushed or anything! He helped other people why we waited and would keep checking in with me when he got the chances. I’m gonna try to call and speak to a manager about how much help they both were because they deserve the praise, especially Jeremy because he worked with me for hours and never complained! If you need to go to and ATT, pick this one! Ask for Jeremy or Jessica!

Bought 4 phones wanted to exchange one of them to the plus. When I was at the store they told me I had 14 days and would only have to pay the difference. Came back in they told me I had to pay a $45 exchange fee. First visit was good. But not disclosing the $45 fee or trying to help I have left a 1 star for them. If they would have told me about it I wouldnt have had a problem with it.

I purchased an iPhone 8 yesterday (8/7/18) and a case. That night I noticed the case had a factory defect that might get worse so I went back to the store today to exchange it. The lady said that they dont sell defective products and that I must have dropped it. I explained I had not but she said I must have implying I was lying. What horrible customer service. My $1,000 phone purchase and the $45 case I bought just YESTERDAY didt matter. I will never go back.

Not helpful at all. Did not disclose a $45 restocking fee for Apple Watch that my husband bought me and I wanted to switch the color on. I also needed to replace my phone and was told I would “probably” have to go to a corporate store because they didn’t know how to help me in my situation. I asked if they could please call the Southlake store to ask if they would know how to help me before I drove there. The sales clerk acted as if I was putting her out by asking her for help. She said calling them won’t make me able to help you! Really!

Went into the store 10:30 am, May 4. I needed a sim card replacement (which took 2mins to do), after waiting for 40mins I asked the only server how much longer he was going to be and he responded 10mins, so I said okay, Ill be back in 10mins which he responded okay. After stepping outside for 10 mins and returning, I looked at the list and saw that he had removed my name from the list, so I asked him why my name was gone and he responded I didnt know when I you would return. Which I responded you said 10mins and so I came back after 10mins? And I proceeded to say, Ive been waiting for nearly an hour and you said that itd be 10mins which I returned after 10mins? All I need is a sim card replacement? And then he said hed be another 15mins (he had put 2 people ahead of me). This is possibly the worst communication and customer service I have experienced from a multi-billion dollar corporation. If I could have done this online I would have but I needed the sim card that day in order to use my phone (would have been 2 days shipping online). The girl who did serve me (she came in at 11:30am) was amazing and sweet, its unfortunate she wasnt there earlier. After years of using at&t my family and I are no longer customers. Looking forward to when google / new conglomerate take over this industry and improve customer service which is well and truly dated.

Poorly trained sales reps cost me hours and hours and I’m being over billed $214/month on my account. Even the store manager Melissa literally refused to help saying there is nothing she can do and sent me away to another store. Be warned, this is the worst Att branch in DFW. If you can go to another branch, you should do so. They will tell you anything to make a sale and you’ll be screwed when you get your first bill.

Great customer service. I needed to upgrade my phone and they were kind enough to help me out give me credit for my old phone. They also help me decide from a I pro 13 and an iPad Pro 13 max. Highly recommend the staff there.
