I had been customer with MetroPCS since 2014, never had terrible experience like this experience I had at this store, they over charged me claiming its the taxes, when I went home I called couple metro PCs stores they gave me lower price, looking at the receipt found they double taxed me!!!, Second day spoke with the owner to fix it, she was extremely aggressive and rude,,, and she mentioned to argue with the sales person as he the person lied on me.... looking at previous reviews I found that they did that many times,, I am taking my business somewhere else...

Im a customer since 2014 and my experience with the location on 307 N Main St, Keller, TX 76248 was HORRIBLE! Passive aggressive behavior and they didnt help! and I had to deal with the situation for a month; I ended calling customer services and asked the manager to waited with me on the phone to talk to them (1Hr and 55min, as my phone records indicated, until she, by mistake handed up on him)They finally agreed to do something due this supervisor help!!!Dont go there, they will help you just to get your money and that will be it.I strongly recommend a boot camp of customer service training to the personnel there, they really need that!

Jack was AMAZING!! After issues of grabbing wrong card to pay, rushing home to get correct one and having way to many questions he was able to help me give my daughter a wonderful sixteen birthday. He also threw in a special surprise for her. Thank you once again! I am proud to say I will only be purchasing from your store.

This store proves why you should pay your employees a normal hourly wage instead of commission. I just tried getting a phone that costs $129, and the lady tried charging me $215. The activation fee is $23, not $80. So she essentially tried robbing me blind. Dont shop here, theyre greedy scum.

Ive been a metro by tmobile customer going to 3 years now. Im very satisfied with the service. Most importantly the price is so right. Was able to cut my cell bill by almost 70 percent when I first switch. Am not looking for over the top customer service. The service is just like any other phone service run on tmobile high speed network. A phone for me is a utility.

Had a great experience at this location, I waited for 5 minutes but it was worth a wait.This guy jack helped me with an upgrade, he is friendly and honest. I forgot my change he came to my car and gave me rest of my change.I would highly recommend this keller metro by t-mobile.

Jack took wonderful care of us in store. Extremely knowledgeable about each device and went the extra mile to help us find exactly what we were looking for.

If I could give no stars I would the sales person was so pushy all I needed was a phone she forced me to buy screen protectors because she didnt have change then my bill went up because she added insurance which I clearly stated I did not want. Also she tried to change me for phone cases that I wasnt even taking. I will never go here again.

I do not recommend this location. Very pushy sales people. They talked me into a phone I didnt need. I just wanted the phone but I guess the deal came with a phone cover. The phone sticky screen that they installed has come loose. There is air pockets that makes the touchscreen not work.I can believe this guy had the nerve to say sorry bro. I saved up for 6 month for a phone that stopped working day one.

When I stopped last Saturday, I was greeted as soon as I opened the door. Mia was amazing! As a lot of these reviews state, she really is amazing at what she does. I came back Tuesday, to finish up my switch to Metro and she knew who I was, which phone and plan I wanted. She is so friendly, kind and just a genuinely nice person. Shes also a huge horror fan like me! I would recommend this place to anyone! Great job Mia!!

I came in today to get the 4 lines deal and was blown away with the customer experience.Jack took care of us in a great way. He walked us through every step of the way porting 3 lines and getting a free pone.I was hesitant to come to Metro PCS but man, now I’m wondering why I didn’t come sooner.

Excellent customer service. Very clean and organized store. Conveniently located on a major road with easy access.I went there with a number of changes to my account and to add additional services and they handled everything in a professional manner. Heck, they even learned something new with one of the changes and were able to complete it without a hiccup! Even though there are locations closer to my home I have found my favorite store and will gladly go out of my way for their excellent customer service.

I had a issue in my phone where I cant retrieve my old pictures. I went to 2 3 Metros but it was of no help. This guy Aly, he is a manager at this store. He made sure I get all my pictures before I leave the store. Best and honest salesman!!!Highly recommended

Was having a super bad day, and had to get my own plan after a break up. Nick was super awesome answered all my questions, transferred my phone over from t mobile he was patient with me while I was trying to get account info from ex. Then was again super courteous and professional when I told him I had to be to work soon and asked if we could try to be done by 4:45.

She was the only employee working at the time and I was the only customer at the time. As other customers came in she was very professional and tried to help everyone the best she could. I was very patient and very understanding of her situation. I would just like to say she was one of the nicest,sweetest and most professionally behaved employee Ive ever encountered. Phone stopped working after a month. They told me that I had to contact the manufacturer and the manufacturer said I had to contact them. The MetroPCS customer service 800 number said the store should be able to replace my phone, but they wouldnt. I have been a customer for ten or more years and I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service in this particular store.

I recently purchased a phone from metro pcs a galaxy jm9 something..anyway ..i started having problems with it and even calling the IT didnt solve it...whent in tryna get a new phone and Mia saved me from heartache and hassle...she has amazing ppl skills and was very quick to help me out soon as I walked in the door ..thank you Mia!!!

Mia is a GREAT sales representative. She was on point with all her information and in great detail explained my upgrade and how to save money on my plan. If raises are available she should get one no lie, hands down. Sana was there aswell and is just as good as Mia. I will definitely go back and recommend EVERYONE to go to their location. The store was clean, displays were amazing and made me want to buy what was displayed. Ofcourse i didnt have the money to do so, was very inviting to do so. For over 6 months I have been trying to find a way to mirrow screen my phone to a tv. I have dealt with LG phone techs that didnt help me one bit and told me incorrect information. I ran all over DFW and wasted time trying locate different adaptors that didnt workI pretty much gave up. Metro PCS at that time couldnt help either until recently I tried them again and met Miss Mia. Once I told her about what I was trying to do she jumped in immediately and knew what phone and adaptor I needed and spent her own personal time chasing all the parts I needed in a really short time. She made me a really good deal and was the only person out of many that was knowledgeable about excactly what I needed and even bought my mother a gift who the phone is actually for. With all my thanks to Mia who busted her tail for me THANKS SO MUCH ! You done OUTSTANDING 👍👍She works at the Keller store off of North Main next to Doller General

The worst experience Ive ever had. The manager NICK is shady AF!I went into the Keller Tx location to go over my bill and then pay it. I asked the manager Nick if he could print out my bill, I had made some changes a few weeks before and I just wanted to make sure that everything was correct before I payed my bill. Nick the manager told me that there was no way he could print my bill, even though I had been told that he could by CS. He told me that he could call CS! Again I restated That I just wanted to go over my bill and that it would be easier for both of us if it was printed out! He refused, saying there was no way for him to print it out!! I believe he just didnt know how to do it!!At that point I said nevermind, Ill go to another Metro PCS store to get it printed out. The next morning I go into another Metro PCS and they told me that my CELLPHONE NUMBER HAD BEEN CANCELLED!! NICK MANAGER AT THEIR KELLER TX STORE HAD CANCELLED MY CELL PHONE NUMBER!!WHAT A POS!! I CALLED NICK TO ASKED WHY HAD HE DONE THAT, HE LIED AND SAID THAT HE DIDNT! BUT THE OTHER METRO PCS STORE COFIRMED THAT HE HAD CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND METRO PCS TO ANYONE!!
