I just came in and was helped out by Cameron. He did an amazing job helping me look around, I came in with no idea what to get and he gave me multiple good recommendations and told me all about the games I was looking at. This was by far the best service I’ve received in a long time and I’ll definitely be coming back looking for him to help me find some more good games! It’s been a long time since I’ve had someone as helpful and insightful as him.

The staff is what makes this place rock. The young lady that helped me, Adrian I believe is her name took so much time and patience to talk me through everything and the assistant manager Seth was informative as well. Good supply and stock of items but the staff is what really makes this place to come back too.

I love this store I get most of my games here for a pretty good… price? I guess but it’s pretty good if you want video games, I usually get Xbox games.

Went in to see if they had low cost xbox games, not this time but clerk was friendly

I’m a big gamer, and Game Stop has always been my go to. When we moved to TX, I was excited to have this store so close. That excitement quickly faded after visiting. Inside smells horribly of mold. I have tried to buy two different games, and both times they did not have the game in stock. Got to do better than this with so much competition. Will likely just buy from Amazon from now on.

Theyre always hands on, and give personal experiences, making sure they help you get what you need whether its online or in-store 10/10 would shop

Hey staff that is always happy to greet you. They know what Funko Pop collectors are looking for and they help you fine the right pop for the right price. They also have great sounds and if youre lucky enough to catch one of those sales you can really save a lot of money.

I finished the game!! and there will be another level 41 (boss). its gonna be totally challenging so be prepared. bad ice cream 3 unblocked on hudgames so cool

This is the only place I will go for my games, period. There has never been a problem that the staff here was not able to solve for me. The staff is friendly and helpful but they are also very good about asking the questions that GS corporate makes them ask in a way that makes the offers sound appealing and not just something to be dismissed so you can go back to shopping. One of the best GS locations Ive personally been too. Its a little small and cramped but thats not a terrible thing because they are stocked up! I was told that this location is the top grossing in the tri-county area. Knowledgeable & friendly associates work here too.FAIR WARNING FOR TRADERS: As I mentioned before, this location is stocked to the brim with games and accessories. This means you wont get a great value for your trade-ins because most likely they already have a bunch of what youre trying to trade in.

Main complaint has to do with failure to recognize waiting customers. They have three terminals. Only two were open. There were 2 customers selling consoles back & a boatload of games, which is fine. But there was at least one other employee there who was just arranging games. He could have opened the last register. We waited 20 minutes & then put the games back & left. There was a line behind us still when we left, and they were going to be there awhile as they were still checking the consoles when we left. Its just poor customer service.

I enjoy going to game stop a lot i have been going to multiple different locations in the area but this one always has the games i need although i do like it i wish they hired more females the male to female ratio seems off and im more comfortable asking a woman my questions because most males i have asked a question give me odd looks and try to steer me towards a more feminine game

I love this place and the staff is really nice

Ridiculous! Gamestop wanted $65 for a new PS4 controller and $60 for a used one. When I told them Walmart had a controller new for under $50-$46.96 to be accurate, the guys working here shrugged at me. No apologies or offers to keep my business, so they lost it.

Depends on the time of day but most of the time the customer service is good but here lately when you go at night the cashiers are very rude. They rush me to find what I want I have been going here since it opened but will not come back due to their rudeness. Plus if your looking for anything that is not PlayStation or Xbox your better off diving the extra hour to go to entertainmart in Arlington.

Went thru 5 pre owned dualshock wireless controllers for ps4 in one day..none of them work. The boys working when we were there acted as if we were in their way. They dont check preowned items before they sell them.
