This place is horrible! The employees take zero pride in the work place conditions. Call is being assisted by one clerk The phone was constantly ringing in the other Clarkson I’m not answering it well no one else is in the store and she was not occupy doing anything this is place is a joke. She said to herself if you want something just come to the store well being that I have been to 3 other Autozone’s today it works to call first.
I was very pleased with the service I received. They were so helpful and understanding to my problem. I couldnt have gotten any better help from any other company. Thanks again for all your hard work.
I really appreciate that they check your car and offer to change certain parts. However, it seemed like there was personnel issues going on. One of the employees was discussing his dissatisfaction with another, even threatening to quit and not come back in front of a customer. This sort of behavior should be done off stage and never in front of customers. I was so happy to leave giving all the negative vibes.
Knew what I was looking for and store had it and with several options. Check out was a breeze; however, I would like to see better product knowledge (in the aisles) off the database.
Visited with a friend. There were two friendly guys trying to help a lot of people while others were constantly coming in the store. There was also a manager at the end of the counter eating and talking on the phone. When I asked I was told he was a commercial manager. He did not attempt to help anyone and continued to eat his food at the front counter and talk on his phone for everyone to see. I have to say I was really disappointed that he did not attempt to help any customers.
This place is Ridiculous. Can never get help here. Asked to check a battery so they said stand in line, when it’s my turn I asked to check the battery & then they said they can’t, that I have to wait til the line is gone. What did I wait in the line for?
I been to 6 autozone in two weeks and the cashier Jonny was the most helpful with finding a particular part that I need. Very patient and very kind.
The staff was so much more helpful than the other AutoZone I purchased my signal light bulbs from. That location didnt know how to put the bulb in my car. So I came to this location and the young lady was so helpful. She came outside with a cart of tools. And took apart the light housing and replaced the bulb I had purchased from the other store. She was done in less than 10 minutes. I forget her name but she was so sweet. And I was so grateful! She broke a finger nail and I knew that hurt but she pushed threw it and got the job done. Thank you! I even purchased more things for my car. This location has so much more merchandise than the other location I originally went to. But you can bet I will be coming to this location more often from now on❣️🤩🤗

I had my battery tested and changed within 15 minutes! The Assistant Store Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. (Sorry I didnt get her name) but she was very knowledgeable and even checked the warranty on the battery I previously purchased! Thank you

My family is always using this store due to my husband being in the automotive industry. Today he went to purchase some items and at the minimum we were charged for 36 dollars of products that1. He expressed to the cashier at least 3 Separate age times during his transaction he didn’t want and even had to remove the items from his bag.2. The cashier continued the entire time he was checking out pushing that he needed to purchase this product especially because it is buy one get one.3. A random 15.99 charge was first charge on our receipt yet we didn’t purchase anything for that price nor could we even match the product to anything we had InOur bag!4. Our purchase should have been barely 20 maybe 25 max including tax yet our cost was 52 bucks.My husband went to go back into the store to question this again but the line now being very long he had to leave and now has to return back later due to a prior engagement and couldn’t wait to get this resolved or he would be late for but he still tried to speak to the cashier yet not a single manager came to reconcile the situation and my husband was forced to leave the store.We still have not received our money back on items that not only did we not want to purchase but told this jerk we didn’t want but for items we didn’t leave the store with. The incompetence of this cashier is beyond me and the fact that this stores other staff didn’t have any sense to come and at the very least went through each item has me floored. So what I am supposed to now eat charges that weren’t mine because this person for whatever reason decided that they can charge me for things I didn’t want nor have on the counter at the time of checkout. This has been the worse experience I have had and normally I don’t express these things on a review but I now must figure out where to give my future business

The place had pretty nice staff aswell as a load of great things to buy. Definitely a pretty safe place when it comes to the Covid-19 procedures.

You had the part at the price most were selling it at and many folks were pleasant except the person assisting me. He was a shorter older gentleman. He was quick to look it up and retrieve it but the CC machine had an issue and he kept staring at it providing no instructions so every time it said to insert the card, I did. After a few attempts we just swiped and it processed just fine. He gave me the receipt and either grunted or mumbled something. It’s all about the experience and this is a prime example of how a visit can be great until the last interaction.

Do not use this location at all. There is a Lady with a accent that is extremely rude. Maybe Nigerian I’m not sure. I was in this location for 15 minutes standing in line with 2 quarts of oil to be rung up and no one would help me. I asked the lady at some point if she can ring me up so I can go and she was extremely rude to me and told me if I didn’t like it go to their other location on the other end of Williams. She stated to me that it’s managements fault that they are shorthanded and had to help everyone. I was there before everyone in the store at this point. The people that were in the store prior to me getting their head already left. I would never use this location again there’s too many auto parts stores in the Kenner Jefferson Parish area to deal with their problems and bad attitudes.

Awful! Literally walked in to pick up an order, the dude asks me “what’s the year of the car, because I can’t find it under your name?” I tell him the year and he asks me nothing else. I’m literally standing there waiting for him to ask me the make, the model, he just stands there staring into the abyss. Great customer service you guys have here, excellent! Would not come back if my life depended on it.

Sometimes really understaffed. If your expecting expert automotive knowledge from any parts store youre rarely going to find it. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. Selection and prices are reasonable.

Always under staffed rude management and the employees are hit and miss. Some might know there way around the store other may or may not know what you talking about. They will all ask what size engine for a windshield wiper 🙄 if you walk in there and see a long line, your better off going to the one down the road
THIS Auto zone was exseptional and the staff were very nice. Still dont understand why I had to drive to a better neighborhood than mine to find the part I needed for my vehicle.🤷🤔🤔

This places sucks the lines are long no one wants to help you I stood in line for 2 hours while only one person was running the whole store I wouldnt never recommend none to come here unless you have no choice ...like seriously if your car breaks down dont do it go down the street to the other one was in and out in 5 min
I honestly dont know of any employee at any autozone in this greater metropolitan area encompassing the great city of New Orleans who knows and I mean within no reason of a doubt; how to do their job or attempt to put forth an effort to do it even poorly. I always get the wrong answers, the wrong part and the wrong cashier who has trouble making change of any denomination.

Staff were incapable of actually listening to customers. As mechanic, they made it more than difficult to relay what I needed and only understood what I needed after they brought me the wrong part not once, but three times. (It was a manager and yea I explained exactly what I needed. VIN, engine, make, model, trim, etc. Was provided.
Busy busy store, They do a good job dealing with the volume of people at times.
Save your receipts. I tried to return a defective radiator an the man behind the counter could not find a record of me buying it. I went home in the pouring rain an found the receipt the guy gave me a new radiator. He said that it was in his records but he did not see it the first time.
Line too long. Not enough employees. Had to visit 2 stores to get the part I needed.
I came in hoping to get my battery checked, after my truck stalled twice, and had to get jumped off. I waiting in line behind a customer, and a manager asked whos next. I went up, told him i needed my battery checked, and he looked at me as if he was going to say something or help me. Then i stood there 5 mintues looking at him walk around doing nothing. Then later i was irked, .and looked at him again this time with frustration, then he waited until another worker was finished with a customer, to tell him to see to me. I didnt like that. I didnt feel like the manager valued my time, or situation. I feel, no customer should be ignored, or feel insulted. Help each customer, accordingly.

Every time I go here it takes longer than it should. Only 2 people at the registers and they are SLOW and inefficient. Plus the female seems to have a bit of an attitude. Nuff said about that.... Only reason I go here is because its close to home. Next time Ill probably drive a little farther and go to the other A auto parts store. Just sayin......Update....I gave them another chance yesterday... Same thing... At least 5 people working there... One person at the counter. Picked up what I needed and went to check out. It was like I was invisible. Stood at the registers for several minutes and nobody even acknowledged my existence. Put my item on the counter and walked out. What a shame... What happened to customer service????? Will definitely make it a priority to go to AAP next time I need something.

Waited at register for 5 minutes. Questions line was 8 people deep. Manager looked at me, walked outside and talked to another employee who was smoking. As I left I said they lost my business and they mocked me.

Our windshield wipers went out on the interstate and we pulled in and this Auto Zone accommodated us with all we needed we tried everything possible and all we could do to get back on the road was to buy some Rainx and a roll of shop towels and that is what helped us get back on the road THANKS TO THE WORKERS THAT WERE THERE THAT DAY!!!!🌧🌧🌧🌧

I had an issue with a battery still under warranty being undersized and losing charge for my vehicle that was purchased about two years ago from autozone.I broke down to an electrical system failure and AAA tested my system and determined the battery was dead and also the altenator was acting strangely. They were also able to tell me the battery was undersized for my truck.So when I returned the dead battery for a replacement under the warranty the manager was kind enough to up size me to the correct battery size at no additional cost even though it was a more expensive battery.I appreciate the service I was given on that day and kindness to make things right for my electrical system issues. After testing the alternator further I returned to buy a alternator from autozone as it was going bad as well. So a kind and professional treatment of a customer made me a repeat customer.Thanks autozone

Gray hair she dispected me as a customer. This was on williams and esplanade. I was very respectful to this women. My husband saw what she did and he is a latino also. I may not be back again. They have a terrible inventory system after waiting on hold for 50 minutes I drove there and waited another 40 minutes, and was told the part I needed was not there despite it being in stock at this store online and in their system. Apparently their system is confused with the stock of the Baton Rouge system.Wasted a lot of my time because I needed the part asap and they were the only local store that claimed to have it in stock.
