Great customer service. I brought my car to change its tires and there appeared to be a mix up with the system which made them take a while to do so; however, they had no idea that this had happened until I went to ask them if they knew why it was taking so long. The customer care representatives quickly found out what the issue was and apologized for the inconvenient. The manager, Kanita, was there and made sure the guys switching the tires pull up my car and work on it right away. Kanita kept going outside to make sure they were not wasting any time so I could get my car as soon as possible. I wish all the managers, especially at Walmart, were as caring and understanding towards the customer as she was.

Walmart autocare is slow, its walmart. But the people are nice, work is good, and their tire warranty deal is tough to beat.

One of my tires blew out and I went to get a tire change and not only did the auto care cashier have a whole attitude she rang up a change for all 4 tires not the just the one that blew out. Needless to say ...you live and you learn and is gonna be my one and only visit to that tire care location

The staff was very nice

Do not go here if you have a life. It took them over 2.5 hours to change my tires. Took them over an hour to even start on my car after they pulled it into the garage. Told me my car was ready when it wasn’t and still had to wait. Very unprofessional.

Two visits to Kenner Auto Care in last month. Excellent, above call of duty service both times.

Cant get anyone to pick up the phone or help with an appointment. Its like pulling teeth to get service.

I got four new 33x 12 50R15 tires for my jeep sent to the store for $500. I got them put on the jeep, a synthetic oil change and new wipers all for about 187.00. It took 3 hours. I could not be more pleased with the courtesy the staff showed and the excellent work. Everyone in automotive needs a raise!!!! Thank you so much for a great experience and when these suckers wear out youll find me right back in line waiting to do it all over again.:)

Very good service

Came here with a low tire. Asked them to check it out for me. They did and claimed nothing was wrong with it and that it was probably my tire sensor. They filled it with air and I drove it home.The light came back on the next morning. I went to another tire shop and they found the nail in my tire. Do not come here. I was late to work two days in a row because they couldnt take the time to properly check my tire.

Changed my tire in a reasonable amount of time, yet did not replace spare in the truck compartment where the spare is stored. I had nothing in my trunk to cause them not to do so. Not so great service!

Ive been a customer since 2014, and have been coming back ever since. Great customer service, ALWAYS! Highly recommend for tire maintenance and oil change.

I went in around 3pm to get 4 tires changed and a battery checked. Said theyd tried to get me out before they close. Had 9 people in front of me. I was out within a few hours. Great service team and professional staff. Not like all Walmarts. If you need quality auto service for cheap, go to this walmart!!

Brought van in to replace 2 front tires so I sit to wait I get up after I while to check and find them changing the 2 back tires so had to wait longer they need the workers to pay attention to what they are doing maybe rate them better next time if there is a next time

I use this place whenever I need a tire or tire repair. Call ahead and I dont have to wait long to get service. Friendly reasonable.

Well I wanted to address the fact that eventhough the store is a 24/7 store & that AutoService opens @7 not one person answers the phone. I live in Metairie and have to drive to that location for my car needs and cant get one person on the phone which is horrible. When I visit the location people hardly ever speak or they scatter so they cant help you. Smh

As we were leaving they stopped us and a man named John at the exit and looked through our entire buggy creating a line of customers waiting to leave, he counted the items in the buggy one by one.

Had a bad battery and they replaced it.

Was having battery problems went in someone tested it right away said it was bad luckily still under warranty so got replacement everything done in under an hour. Very friendly too glad I went!

I brought my car in to get tires changed around 640 yesterday. The manager/supervisor tells me the mechanics wont be able to fit me in to get my tires changed tonight (which i can understand...when its time to get off work we are ready to go) but to come back tomorrow no later than 615 and we will be able to get you in line to get it done. Sounds good to me. Return today at 605 to be sure im not past 615, walk in tell them i need my tires changed...Cashier tells me we arent doing anymore services today.Well your manager told me to come in today no later than 615 and she can get me in. A lady who was working in that department yesterday remembered me and agreed that the manager said that. She went and asked the mechanics if they can put me in line because of what the manager said yesterday and they told her no. She apologized but i was so furious i couldnt even say its ok, its not your fault. I just shook my head and stormed out the door without saying a word. They are a joke.

The employees are so nice and helpful!!! Sherman and the whole automotive staff is EVERYTHING!!!! 🙌🙌🙌 Ill continue to shop and get my oil changed there!!!!

The technician stripped my oil drain plug on my previous oil change. And now they cant get it removed so now I have to take my car to the dealership to get this resolved.

Took 4 people and an hour to change my battery

They are lazy as hell bought my tires from them Im a certified mechanic they said my front tires were bad they arent none of the people that work for Walmart tire and lube are certified just lazy
