I purchased my Interstate battery has a 6 year warranty, and it wouldnt take a charge after having it for only 33 months. I went to exchange it and they confirmed it was dead. They charged me for another battery! I went back because I read reviews that they replace batteries under warranty. Why was I charged? Im going first thing in the morning to return that battery for a full refund. Im never doing business with them again. Autozone honors their warranty.

Ive had a new battery for a different vehicle from here before and they did a great job, including keeping the radio and computer powered during the change so that none of the settings were lost. That battery has been great, so when the one in my other vehicle started to misbehave, I took it straight to Interstate. Any place which doesnt just go ahead and sell you a new battery but runs a bunch of tests on the one you have and tell you how to keep it going for several more months is worth 5 stars. Awesome job, guys!
