I understand a used car, but these people are so unscrupulous. The car they sold had everything mechanically wrong that could be. I would not buy from these people ever again! Never ever again! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I would love to give this place more stars. The customer service was great, but once I left the lot with the vehicle it was something different. I have been trying for almost two months now to get them to repair the radio. There is always a reason that it cant take place. Until finally they picked up my car and told me they were taking it to get the radio fixed, but when it was returned to me it was not fixed and it was even worse than before. The sales person and the owner both told me that they would get it repaired and here I am two months and several text messages, with no working radio. Dont make the mistake that I did and not get it in writing.

Lots of overpriced high mileage cars. Not really customer service oriented. I’ve had Honda, BMW, Benz, and I’m currently in a Lexus. I went to inquire about an off lease luxury car. They don’t have much information on their cars but will sell you on features they aren’t sure about. The salesman said a car had a package I knew it didn’t. A test drive wasn’t offered even though I had a bank check for 25k literally in my pocket. It seemed like they had something better to do than sell cars.The next day I went to Lexus and bought a certified preowned car with a warranty. It’s my 3rd car purchase in 4 years. Go to Veterans Blvd to a real dealer to avoid the BS.**Someone replied to my original review talking about Mike. I’m not sure who Mike is. Maybe the salesman who I unfortunately had? Not sure.**

Mike and his son was Awesome. Love the Ford Focus I got. Definitely would recommend them to others looking for a vehicle.
