Had a recall in my car and chose Premier because they are close to my job. I totally forgot about my appointment and was 45 minutes late! Embarrassed I went in and asked of I needed to reschedule. I was so happy when they put me in the line up! Thank you for the kindness. Also everyone there, the employees.were smiling and seemed to be enjoying the smooth groove. π Ill definitely be back for all my car needs.
They could have had a snack machine or a soft drink machine and the popcorn thing working especially since I waited about 2 and a half hours for a recall to be fixed. Also people working in service should know what they are doing they told me they didnβt know anything about a gift card that Iβm supposed to receive or if I need to do anything to get it especially since I had the recall paper with me to show them. Also the service advisor told me the recall wasnβt really going to do anything to better my car which when I mentioned to my husband he said then why have a recall if itβs not going to change anything.
Everything was great except when I scheduled the recall I was told 30-45 mins to complete job. When I dropped it off; it changed to just over 3 hours. I was going to wait for it; because I had made plans. And had to cancel my plans.

He was able to find exactly what we were looking for (2022 Kia Telluride) and was genuinely as excited as we were. During the buying process, he provided updates and communicated with us daily so we had no worries, concerns, or questions. The day we went to the dealership to get the car, he spent ample time reviewing all of our vehicleβs features and ensured that we didnβt have any questions. He made sure that we were 100% satisfied before leaving! He has even called to check on us since purchasing our vehicle to make sure that things are going smooth and to ask if we had any questions or concerns he could help us with. Of the several Kia dealerships Ive visited for regular maintenance on my 2017 Sorento, this is the least of them. I brought it in for 45,000 mile maintenance which includes inspection of the brakes. I dont absolve myself of responsibility of checking my own brakes, but part of the reason I get the dealer to do the maintenance is to do all the inspections. The rear brakes were worn down nearly to the metal, and eventually wore out completely to metal on metal. I then had to replace the rotors as well, which was quite expensive.The last dealership I frequented in Lewisville, TX was much more thorough, warning me of battery and brake life, and any other items they might notice.
The check in guy skip my car in line. I seen when he briefly stop by my car then pass my up. I trying stopping him once pass me but he kept moving on. One of the lady check in personal said donβt worry I would still have my spot in line but I didnβt so she had liedβ¦ He was in a rush to tag the other 3 cars behind me just to go take a seat in the office.
These guys were super awesome. Iβve brought cars from Infinity for years and I thought their service couldnβt be topped but I was wrong. In particular my salesman Ashton Hilliard I highly recommend him if you go there. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle the same day. He made it happen when I called every other Kia in the state and had no luck. Best and easiest experience I ever had buying a car never felt pressured to buy. Awesome would give a 6 star if I could.
Mauricio has been my saving grace along with the effortless work of Rob and Duane. There were some hiccups along the way but in the end it was my satisfaction with product and service that was the utmost importance. I would recommend - 9 out of 10.
We had a FANTASTIC experience with Roman & this dealership. My car was rear-ended & ended up being totaled recently. The idea of replacing a (paid off) car in this market was incredibly stressful & we car shopped throughout the Southeast. We found the car we were looking for and called & spoke with Roman. He was so helpful and so we immediately placed a downpayment on the vehicle and drove from Alabama to get it! Roman was amazing and so was the dealership. We were SO grateful to have such honest, hardworking people to help us make such an important purchase.
On my way to the Airport my ABS brake light came on. Its part of a recall from Kia,I had an hour and forty five minutes to pick up my wife. This service advisor named Rachel helped me to the utmost. She got my car in the shop and repaired in the allotted time so I could pick up my fiancee. Rachel even offered to Uber me to the Airport if my car wasnt ready. Rachel you are the BEST.
Mr.Glen went out of his way to make sure me and my car were taken care of. His customer service exceeded expectation!I wish all dealerships were like this when it comes to their customers. I would highly suggest asking for him if you have any problems that need to be addressed, because he gets the job done. Everyone is kind and pleasant to deal with, especially the ladies in the service department.
Rachael and company were AMAZING and professional with how my,what turned out to be MANY problems with my dear car, was handled. They kept me up to date and Iβm the loop while awaited my radio and even charged my A/C! Itβs been over a month of repairs but I got her back safe and sound! Thank you Kia!

The salesmen we had was great, service department took longer than the initial time frame we were given to do maintenance, but overall we are pleased. See Rob if you want to be listened too, & actually heard. We left with a lower APR than we came in with, newer car with lower miles all in the budget/offer we had gave him. Not pushy or money hungry actually helped us stay with then plan!
Low pressure environment with a nice team that was willing to work with us and communicated clearly at every step.We called asking about a car they had on the lot. They were willing to hold it for us while we made the 1 hour trip onsite. Once we arrived they not only had the car waiting but they also let us ride and test drive another car on our list that we hadnt asked about. Everything was clear and laid out and by the end we got the car we wanted in our budget. Roman was a good salesmen never applying pressure or trying to hide anything just straight answers and willingness to work with us.
Made an appointment fir an oil change. Arrived one hour early and advised Service Dept I would be waiting in the lobby. Checked on status of my vehicle 2 hours later and it had not even been pulled into the shop. No one had approached me to say they were running late. Took my keys and left. Went to 5 Minute Oil Change instead.
I have had some horrific experiences with Kia of Kenner . I had to get a new engine and it took 51 days. Didnβt want to give me any updates. John the service manager wasnβt very helpful β¦ I just recently visited Kia of Kenner for a fuse box and data recall . I told John the abs light was on and she said I will take care of this . I ask how much she said nothing. Once they got it and did the recalls . They called me saying it would be 135.00 diagnostic charge. Ridiculous horrible service. I told them not to touch it !!! Beware of Kia of Kenner

I purchased my brand new Kia in June and Ive had to go back 3 times in 3 months for an issue with the car. Every time Ive been here, Ive walked away disappointed. Ive left reviews and emailed customer service, and no one has reached out about my complaints. I would definitely never recommend buying a car from them and if my first couple of oil changes werent included in the warranty, I would never come back.
I set an appointment and I ended up waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was hoping that I wouldnt have to wait that long with an appointment but apparently they were backed up. Overall the service was professional and I have no issues about my oil change besides time I waited. The only other thing is I was told to come back after 5,000 miles even though my user manual says an oil change is only required at 7,500 miles.
The service department people are so friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and out in no time. I really appreciate that. Youβll are the only people that I will have working on my car when needed. Sure glad I picked Kia when I bought my car
I came in on July 1st at approximately 12:30 without an appointment. The staff was super friendly and helpful and got my 40k service done before the end of the day, even though they were backed up. Ill definitely be coming here for all my future services.
Service department was nice. Went in for my oil change. I asked the service lady to ask the serviceman to check air pressure in my tires. UponLeaving I checked them and every tire had different air pressure.

My husband bought a set of new tires in October at another Kia dealership. He started having a slow leak in the last month or two and kept having to add air, so we decided to bring it in to our local dealership to be looked at (since it is likely still in warranty). His appointment was at noon on Thursday. By the end of the day, no one had called us so we called for an update. We were told that the technicians sprayed the tire to look for bubbles, but could not find a leak. We asked them to keep it overnight as we had been adding air for weeks, and we knew there was a leak. The next day, we again attempted to call for an update and were told someone would call us back. No one called back. So we called again near the end of the day and were told that the service department had left for the day. On Saturday we had not heard an update, so we called again and were told someone would call us back. No call back. On Monday morning (today) we called again and were directed to Jen. Jen was rude and dismissive, talking to me like a child and saying that the quick service department was who looked at the car originally, and now we were in line for a service technician. This service department is so unreliable and disorganized that between Thursday midday and Monday morning NO ONE can tell us if our tire has lost pressure again, or what the solution will be. My husband needs to travel for work soon, and we are just trying to make sure his car is safe for the highway. We have asked for the service manager multiple times, and were sent to voicemail. There is no point in leaving a message, as we have been told multiple times by multiple people that we would get a call back about a status update, and no one has called back. We are hoping this message makes it to someone who will read it. Not really sure why Kia allows such awful service to represent their company. We try to avoid dealerships when we can for this reason, but we have to deal with them in warranty situations.
Fantastic service as always!! Brought my car into get tuned up and checked out before a road trip and I really felt everyone bent over backwards to have my car ready on time for me!! Jβeanne was amazing, so helpful and thorough and really made me feel that she cared:) Elizabeth was wonderful as well, efficient service with a smile! I have always gotten my car serviced here and my car has always run smoothly. Highly recommend.

Kias organization seems to be a thing of the past. Service advisors are not paying attention to their job. I waited 2 hours for oil change when I got up to check on it they didnt know what happened. They put another car before mine an d actually did not know where car was. I had to wait another 2 hours. The service visit before that they didnt put a new oil filter in car when oil was changed. The next oil change was when I found out. The original oil filter was so baked in its Place. I dont trust the operation. It was a first oil change on new car.This is my 4th new Kia purchase. Although I love my car - really! I would not go back to premiere Kia for service. The employees were nice. But cars are too expensive for carelessness.
Worst place ever if they had -5 stars I would give it. My car has been in the shop 14 days now and when I call to check the status I get left on hold over 20 minutes each time until someone hangs up. Couldnt get any info on phone so I went there and was told my car would be ready the next day by 1pm. Well its been 3 days since then still no car and no one has even called to give me a update. I will be heading there today to get my car fixed or not. Would not recommend this place.
Unfortunately I was in a 6-car accident on the interstate which ultimately totaled my 2019 Optima. In need of a car and obsessed with the K5s beauty I started looking for one. I started searching online and LSS, Audi, from Premier Kia contacted me. What a wonderful experience. I got into the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I drove off the lot with the car I was hoping for albeit I was a bit nervous considering... Audi and Herb are the go-to guys at Premier! I highly recommend them!! Thank you Premier for being so awesome and putting me back on the road in style!

Friendly staff. Very Long wait. No free car wash.Made Oil change and tire rotation appointment two weeks in advance online. This was the earliest available appointment. On the day of arrival service told me they were behind and it would take 2 to 3 hours. Turned out it took five hours. No free car wash or vacuum offered either on site or with a voucher elsewhere. Other dealerships I brought it to offer this.

Okay I was pregnant and sensitive and I guess they took advantage of it. I traded in my car last year and I needed a car better than the one I had. When I got the car they just put air in my tire but didnβt replace it so the next day it needed air. Two months later I needed a new battery. I have had this car for a year and I have fixed three windows so far and now the fuse is out on my car. I have been having trouble ever since I got the car. Shame Kia shame.
All of the employees were great to be around and deal with, Especially Mike Brown (sales). I know their job is to sell cars, but Mike wasnβt pushy nor did he try and get me to buy things I didnβt need or want. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. First day to own a KIA, will have to wait a few years before I can comment on the product. I can say that if friendly, knowledgeable staff is a plus. Come see them at Premier KIA in Kenner, La.

Inconsistency with pricing that was given for services on three occasions I was given about a price for a service not an estimate actual price of service. Also Prices were verified. On the lighter note after I get my service for a recall that will be my last time at that facility. But the lady in service was nice and sweet!

I would give this place 5 stars very easily. Staff is so friendly especially Rosemary. She is so helpful and professional. You will never feel under pressure when you select your car. The waiting area is so clean and spacious and they provide coffee, water and popcorn for free. They sell new cars, trade-in your old cars, and show you Carfax for used ones.
When I tell you Greg was the man, he was definitely the man! When I went in there I was worried I wasnt going to get a car because of my history but he definitely surprised me with the car I wanted and a great deal! He had a positive attitude the whole time he was definitely helpful and resourceful not one time any buts came out of his mouth. I would definitely recommend him to anyone whos looking for a car. Service was good. Truck blocked entrance when I arrived forcing me to leave my vehicle by the busy street and walk over to the service office. Your rep was good enough to go get the vehicle and get it into your service department. Why wouldnβt someone at KIA tell this truck driver not to completely block the entrance.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible. I called today and was hung up on multiple times from the operator or front desk not sure who it was. I have literally had the worst experience with Premier Kia! I am the last person to try and leave a negative review but go somewhere else save yourself the stress and trouble. These people are just trying to make a dollar and could care less how they treat people.

I hav a 2017 Kia Optima, had it only 4 months itβs been n the shop 3 times for the same thingβ¦ the service specialist that I had do not return yr calls neither did she even check on the car for over a week but the lady that really helped me out wasnβt even my service specialist and she really took time to jus giv me a update and let me know whatβs goin on with the car β¦ all 3 times my car has been there was a bad experience !!! I wasnβt expecting to buy a brand new car but after talking it through and trading in my vehicle it was a deal that I could not refuse. The team here was straight forward and worked my budget.
Dropped my car off on a Friday, for a second opinion. I already knew it was an issue with the catalytic converter. Waited all day Monday, no call. All day Tuesday, no call. I finally called Tuesday evening, was told my engine was shot, and needed to be replaced. Wanted some time to consider this, and tried to get my car back Wednesday when I got off of work. All the mechanics had left, and no one could find my car or keys. My schedule wouldnt allow me to get it Thursday, and had to refuse to leave Friday, as no one could find my car. Im replacing my car at carmax, but I would have gone through premier had I been treated appropriately. I have bought several cars there, as have members of my family. No more.

Horrible!! I would not recommend this dealership for service or anything for that matter at all. My car was dropped off for an appointment for service for a problem I had been complaining about since two months after I purchased the car. Needless to say, I had already brought my car in to this dealership for service 3 other times for the same issue and they failed to realize my engine was about to fail. Anyway, I dropped my car off at 9am and still ha not received an updated on the status as of 5pm ( no phone call at all). I went to the dealership and was told that they couldnβt look at my car until Wednesday, keep in mind my car was dropped off on Monday. Long story short, my car has been at this Kia dealership since March 15th and it is now May 3rd and I still donβt have my car back. I had to call Kia Corp to even get the service manager to talk to me. I still have not received a phone call from anyone at the dealership anytime Iβve spoken with someone itβs because i had to actually go to the dealership because i canβt get anyone on the phone. I did get a loaner vehicle but it was 3 weeks before i could even get that. The communication here is below average!

I brought my 2014 Kia Sorento in on 5/25/21for service because it would not restart after sitting for 5-10 minutes after driving it. For example, if you stop to get gas it takes a few minutes to start when trying to leave the gas station. They kept the car several days and drove it around stopping and restarting the car but every time it restated without any problem. It was put on the diagnostic machine but no codes came up and they were unable to determine the problem. I picked up the car today (6/7/21) and drove it back to my home in Pearl River from Kenner. Before returning home I stopped to pick up lunch (took about 10 minutes) and when I tried to restart the car it happened again. After trying a few more times it restarted and I drove home. I waited another 5-10 minutes and tried to start it and sure enough it happened again. Long story short, Iβm not sure how this problem happens to me twice in 20 minutes but doesnβt happen to the service technician at all in the several days they had it.
I was extremely fortunate to have Helena take care of the situation with my automobile. She is a great asset to Kia. Helena is very concerned about your problem and wants to make everything just right. And Went above and beyond to help me as much as she could.itβs my opinion that Helena is a very trustworthy lady.

Service is always good, however, i arrived yesterday at 11 and departed at almost 5pm. When i daid Id wait for the factory recall installation, no one told me hiw ling this would be. My car did not even go in the back until abt 345. So a one hour job lasted close to 6 hours. Someone needs to monitor the customers waiting. They could have given me a heads up that they were super backed up and a chouce to wait or be picked up. There is an Uber service and if I had known, I surley would have taken its. All of the employees saw me there all day. No one said a word. This is not customer service.
My new 2021 Sportage did not come with a spare and service department did a great job assisting me with getting a new tire and a spare. I love Kia!
So I want to start off by saying, I do not do this whole car shopping thing very easily. I have a unique way of doing things. Also, my severe case of PTSD as a domestic violence survivor and other traumatic situations causes me, at times, to not react so well in certain social settings and high-stress environments; this topping the list.Being a veteran, I am used to people yielding in conversation and in acknowledgment, but never would I imagine the stellar experiences I was about to have, despite my pessimism.From the moment I walked on the lot Tuesday morning, the sales staff was sooooo attentive. I literally drove my salesman, who coincidentally was the general manager, crazy with my barrage of questions, comments, and senseless banter. After considerable deliberation, I decided on a 2020 Inferno Red Kia Soul GT-Line. Mr. John Oliver, said GM, spent an inordinate amount of time with me and on an extensive test drive, while he explained the features of my soon-to-bee new vehicle inside and out. I even asked this man, why would I buy a Kia versus just getting another Hyundai. He was about to show me why! Mr. Oliver worked tirelessly to get me a preferred rate with a preferred lender, finally landing with Kia Motor Finance (KMF), even knowing I had some unique challenges.At this point, he invited Mr. Taylor Naquin into the transaction. Taylor is the sales manager and was so kind, caring and concerned about my satisfaction as well. (He gave me H20, lol!) After the standard collection of information, my data was entered into the system and about 15 minutes later, KMF picked up my loan and started the process of acquiring this vehicle. Then, Mr. Ryan Boudreaux entered the conversation along with Mr. Roman Pokhil. They both went to exceeding lengths to explain, comprehensively all the features of my new vehicle and the superb warranties (5yr/60 New Car, 10yr/100k on power train, etc.)Admittedly, I tend to be scared of my own shadow in a car transaction, despite my otherwise brash and authoritative nature. In the past, I had some awful car-buying experiences so I approached this whole encounter with severe trepidation. When I left, I had no concerns and no gripes. These guys were beyond good!! Lest I forget, because this man dealt with increasing amounts of my senseless banter, Mr. Herbert (forgot the last name) in the Finance Department could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The gentleman got me a smoking deal and tidied everything up on the financial end. And never a hard sell that is reticent of finance guys in the industry. I know, my brother is one.For the last two weeks, as I knew I was ready to trade in my 2019 Hyundai Elantra, I probably had traversed every car lot between Metairie and Venice. As a realtor, I tried never to utilize hardcore sales tactics, although I know I am very good at it, in my practice. I always treated my clients the way I wanted to be treated. Well, I got my wish. Never once during this whole business experience was I subjected to any undue sales pressure as I had been over at Ray Brandt Kia in Harvey, Hyundai of Metairie...the list goes on!!In 2019, I purchased my old car from Hyundai of Metairie and had lived to regret that mistake until yesterday. I will never go anywhere else; neither should you! Come on in and see what they can do for you. I can 100% assure that youll be equally landblasted as I was at the level of care, concern, and professionalism that they exhibit. Like I said yesterday, I went in there yesterday stressed to the max and I came out smiling.....Call these fellas!! They are the best in the biz! I purchased the 2021 Kia K5. I love the car itself but the windshield started leaking about two months after I bought it. I took it back to Kia to get repaired. Nobody communicated to me what the issue with my vehicle was until finally a month later when I personally went to the dealership to inquire about my car. I was told that a windshield was on back order. A few weeks later I got a call on a Wednesday saying my car would be ready Thursday. No one ever called. I had cancelled my appointment for that day so that I could go pick up my car.I got the call Friday that it was finally ready. I go to pick it up and was told that it wasnβt cleaned due to the rain that day. So I asked if the interior was cleaned and was told they didnβt have anyone to clean it. I just felt like they kept my car for a month the least they could have done was cleaned it. I called the corporate office and was told nothing could be done for me since the dealership wasnβt owned by them. So I called the dealership back to talk to somebody. I was told nobody could talk to me right then and that somebody would call me back. Nobody has called me back to discuss my concerns. I feel insignificant and I was displeased with the lack of communication and service from Premier Kia. Will never buy another.
My vehicle went for oil change and bumper to bumper inspection and AC not working I dropped it off on the 24 at 7:00am I received a call at 2:30 pm saying it was ready for pickup I informed the service department I was out of town for business and I will pick it up Saturday the 27th. I arrived at 11:30 to get vehicle went and paid for services that I owed . The service personnel drove to from the back stated vehicle was ready I turned on AC it wasnβt working The service personnel also identified it wasnβt working when I had her sit inside of vehicle, she immediately went and got the service manager involved. I had to leave the vehicle there because it was not repaired but on my bill it started it was working I was very disappointed that I was lied to when you had 4 days to work on my vehicle. THE VEHICLE is still there
I bought a new car last week and tried to contact the General Manager 2 days later. He didnβt return my calls after several attempts. Obviously he was mad because of the negative review I completed.I think itβs pathetic a customer is not allowed to answer questions honestly without dealerships getting mad and giving you the cold shoulder. The fact that no one cares is proof of the unprofessionalism the dealership has.This is easily the worse car buying experience I have ever encountered in 40+ years. I recommend buying your car any where else.For the record βββ I LOVE MY NEW KIA!

I drove an hour and a half to arrive on time for my appointment at 10:15. When I arrive, Im told it will be at least 4 hours before my oil change. When I asked why, they said that appointments only mean your car is pulled in before people without appointments.No, thats not what an appointment means. It means that when I show up at 10:15, the next bay thats cleared gets my car and my oil gets changed. Anyone without an appointment can wait and be fit into the rotation.If I scheduled an appointment and showed up on time, it doesnt matter that 100 people came before me. I have an appointment.
