Ordered cooler/radio June 16, 2021 for $1,044.97. Still have never received a cooler or gotten any tracking number as of November 2, 2021. Last time I spoke to them was via FB Messenger (never got a response from email or phone calls) on October 12, 2021 and received a promise of Shell be to you next week Jimmy. No cooler, no tracking number. Canceled order and disputed charge.

Do not buy anything from here, be warned!!! They will send you a junk radio cooler that is broken and not matching what you order. Then tell you he will send a replacement right away that is even better then you ordered, but never send it. Excuse after excuse, then I’ll have it to you next week for months. I still have not receive my radio cooler since July 17 2020. And no refund either. I have screen shots of all our conversations.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!Everything started out great but quickly went south!!The unit I received had speakers falling out as well as an interior cracked Insert. After the first use the sub quit working and smelled of burned wires.After SEVERAL attempts to speak with John about replacing. Which he said he was going to send another one multiple times. He eventually quit responding. I had all the proof I needed to dispute the charge and get my money back, thankfully!!Keep in mind that this was over the course of several months. There was plenty of time to make this right but he chose not to do so.I’d be more than happy to post the conversation too. Being that, the pictures of the conversation is what essentially got the funds returned to me. That’s how bad this experience was!!!Update:John is now messaging me on Facebook. And proceeds to call me names in his I’ll attempts to belittle me. He tried to destroy anyone that leaves a negative review. Too little too late bud. Let this be a lesson in customer service! Treat every customer as if they are your only one!YOU WERE WARNED!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!I purchased a radio at the beginning of July and it work well the first day, I would say about 6 hours.Followed the instructions on how to properly charge it. Tried it again and it only lasted about 35-45 mins. We thought we didn’t charge it properly and decided to try it again.When we took it to the river mid July it only lasted 45mins before it sounded scratchy and it cut offI have sent emails back and forth since July about my situation. He has been telling he will send me a new one. It is now October and I have not received any cooler. I paid over $450 for this cooler not to work.I have been kind and patient in all my emails. You kept telling me you are working on a new one every other week. I was patient when you told me you have been out of the shop due to the hurricanes. Now your avoiding my emails.I am very disappointed and fed up with the lies. All I want is my money back!

Absolutely loved my $500 cooler until I broke the charger. For the last 5 months Ive called and emailed constantly for a replacement. They said they shipped it last week. Here I am 5 months later with a worthless cooler radio. Oh and their website has been down for a couple months as well. You are throwing your money in the garage if you purchase anything from this company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered a radio cooler about 2 months ago. When i received it they decided to put different speakers then what i purchased with out asking. I took it out 1 weekend and it worked great. I took it back home and plugged it in. After a day or 2 nothing. I contacted them and he said he would send a better charger and tracking info. Well 2 weeks later nothing. I have been calling and sending messages through the Live Chat and nothing. Website says they stand behind the product but that is not true. $500 cooler that is worthless. Terrible customer service. Next only option is to go to the credit card company and get this charged back. I would not recommend doing business with them.UPDATED REVIEWAfter several months of being told the cooler is shipped or is shipping out today still nothing. I have asked to just issue a refund and nothing. If you do not want to take a risk on losing out on a few hundred $ DO NOT PURCHASE ONE OF THESE!!! He says he stands behind his warranty which is total B.S. Once he has the money he goes MIA or just gives you bogus stories hoping you just let it go.

Ordered a radio cooler from them spent around $600.00 and the second day we took it out it didnt charge. They said they would send us a new charger and well over 1 month later no charger. We also ordered a logo to go on the cooler and we still have not received it. Hes a nice guy and tells you what you want to hear but its all lies. We now cant seem to get a hold of anyone even after leaving several messages. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Bought a cooler from John at Ice Chest a good while back. It was exceptional, sounded better than I ever thought it would and worked great for both floating the river and pool parties. Plenty of ppl ask questions mostly Bc they wonder who would put 4 holes in a Yeti, but when they hear and see its still fully functional as a cooler they’re just in awe. I was too lazy to write a review the first time around but what really has impressed me enough to do it is the customer service. A few months ago my cooler started going out, i suspected the battery. It was way past the warranty but i figured I’d Just replace it myself or get it done at a marine audio shop. I called John at ice chest simply to get his opinion on what I thought was the issue. He agreed with me but to my surprise said “just ship it to me and I’ll check it out and take care of it and ship it back to you” I was both surprised and relieved and when I got my cooler back just a couple weeks later, it was better than new. THAT’S customer service and that’s what this company gives you. Any reviews you see about communication, that shop stays busy man so just call more than once a day or email as well. Top notch products, work, and service. Highly recommend.

I ordered the “most popular” cooler on 25 feb. and haven’t gotten any contact with the owner. Multiple emails and phone calls with no response. No way to cancel the order online either which is starting to make sense now.

One of my closest friends told me about this place and the products. This past Mardi Gras weekend, he brought it out to the route. I have to say Ice Chest Radios did an amazing job!!! I literally went home after the parades and ordered one for myself. I am wowed of how nice the people are and very respectful in manners and such. Amazing job they do!

Terrible service. We ordered a cooler in early October and never received it. We had minimal communication with the owner and were told our order was being shipped and never received it. I’ve sent multiple email and tried reaching out through different platforms but haven’t had any response. They stole our money and are crooks. Awful company.

I had to go through paypal just to get my money back because he never shipped the order. Paypal told me there are several people who had to do a claim on this company. Stay away. Totally awesome product! Got the 60qt Igloo as a gift from my wife from my dream Christmas gift list. I did a lot of research on cooler stereos and these are superior to everything out there. Excellent sound quality. Has bluetooth, which works perfectly. Comes with a remote. If you are using pandora and push skip on the remote or on the head unit, it also changes the song through pandora. After receiving it, I had some questions for the company and they answered them immediately. Thank you for such a fantastic product! Now, my only problem is finding as many excuses to use it. Highly recommended!

My boat wiring was a mess until I brought it to ice chest radios. John was able to get my boat in and out on the same day with everything rewired and delivered as promised. Couldnt be happier.
