I didnt even know this Gamestop existed until the man at the one on Vets told us to head over there to see if they had an item because they had more collectibles. They definitely had a lot more variety in stock and the 2 ladies were both very nice. The African American lady was especially friendly and was talking to both my sons about the games and collectibles they liked to try and help come up with some recommendations for them and we ended up having a long discussion about the video game Skyrim. Best Gamestop experience weve ever had. Definitely gonna make the extra drive to go to this location in the future.

I really like this location. Its always clean and organized. Sidney and Sean are my go to people. Very professional and knowledgeable of the games I ask about. They recommend good, fun age appropriate games for my kids and whether they will get bored easily of a game I choose. I have no problem trading games for different ones or buying preowned games. This is the store to visit on West Esplanade.

By far the nicest and most knowledgeable guys Ive talked to at a Gamestop. Werent pushy and gave helpful advice.

Long time buyer since 7 years ago. Recently cancelled rewards membership due to new policy preventing a trade in on a game I didnt bother opening 24 hours prior.Contacted corporate and verified purchase thru rewards account, since April.Brick and mortar stores will have difficulty competing with online with questionable policies.That being said the staff prior was friendly and understanding. This sort of interaction would have not occurred under their employment.

Its never busy enough to the point of it being a hassle. Went in on Black Friday and was out in 10 minutes, and most of that was just me deciding what I needed. Staff was really helpful and nice also.

Great staff only problem is it turned into a toy store video games are not a priority anymore. Video games are pushed to back of store while overpriced novelty items take 3/4 of the room. Better going to best buy to get new games at 10 to 20 dollars cheaper

Ive been going to this location for years. Its clean, well organized, and the staff is (in my experience) extremely nice and helpful.

Its a 50/50 stroe meaning its half games and half merch. Id rather an all game store but its still good

Good store just not a big variety of games

Used to be one of the better GameStops, but after the change in management, the store just isn’t the same. It is still a good, standard GameStop though, for what it’s worth.

The person that helped me (Alex) was courteous, friendly and professional. I have been a customer since they opened, and my experiences there have always reflected this same treatment.

My nephews love this place has good buys on some games.

AMAZING DESERVES A SEQUEL

Went to buy No Mans Sky yesterday, as I heard the game itself was $20 dollars and just had a massive update. The cashier claims there is a $60 DLC; I ask him if the DLC is the new update, which he responds yes, so I buy both the game and the DLC. Well, as I get home and redeem the code for the DLC, I find out the DLC is just another, more expensive digital copy of the game. But because I already put the code in, I could only return the disk, as I dont need 2 copies of the game. It sucks because i originally just wanted to buy the game at $20. The cashier literally lied to me and i dont think ima go back to this location again.

Its Gamestop, does it really need a review. Either you love it or you hate it.
