I was really happy with my experience with CubeSmart, especially with Kandis. She really went out of her way to be helpful and was extremely patient, even though she was working by herself. They were very busy after Hurricane Ida and she handled everything very professionally given the circumstances. Im a very satisfied customer.

The real champ is the lady who works in the front office! Right after Hurricane Ida, she was managing the storage facility ALONE. There were mobs of people asking for everything and anything. Yet, this lady remained so cordial and professional. She went out of her way to help everyone with kindness and patience. The facility needs to give her a raise or promote her or something. Shame on them for not getting that lady some help. The hours were modified during recovery and they weren’t posted on the website. Other than that, it was pretty easy to access. The front office lady gets 10 stars.

It was easy to make reservations online. The staff was friendly and very helpful. She explained all areas of renting the storage in detail. It is in a great location. It is a very nice climate controlled storage.

Manager and all the office people there made everything worth coming here. Was a little out of our way but was a great experience. Manager notified me of any issues and helped to get anything resolved in a quick manner

Current SHOUT-OUT to consecutive new recent interactions one-on-one and on looking interactions with a Ms. Keva & I could use words like awesome or outstanding, but I use Standard. Meaning the excellent or outstanding service here continues to be the constant no matter the situation. Then SHE surpassed it! 5stars cant come close to the service level!

This location has been a horrible nightmare for us to deal with. Since we moved in, the carts are impossible to get and the elevators take forever. The door to their facility was also broke and you could only go at certain inconvenient hours. Then our storage room was flooded due to their facility and they wouldn’t help at all nor did the district manager even have the courtesy to call us about it. They also advised us we have to take insurance which is a lie as that is not a requirement and also the insurance covers almost nothing. Sharing this review so no one else rents from this awful place gets all there stuff ruined and is treated like dirt.

Quick and easy. Awesome staff. But they only have three carts. Make sure your not in rush.

This facility is terrible! They have reduced service hours from 9-5?! without notice (randomly) and IF you are lucky for someone to be there! In the middle of moving your stuff? They dont care...they will lock the door on you...because it is 5:00. Do not use this Cube Smart!!

I was really shook. They so busy in there. You would have swore they was giving away something for free. Everybody needs storage cuz of that hurricane and these girls was killin it. I dealt with Kandis and she was so quick and easy to deal with man she went over everything with us and it was easy to understand too. That other girl in there was working hard too. Kandis said good reviews maker her smile so I wanted to make her smile since she took care of me so good. Yall better check them out before they sold out. Cant get that service no where else.

The service here is EXCELLENT!! The two young women in the office, Miss Kandis & Miss Keva are so bright & welcoming. That guys bad review complaining about the access hours is not even relevant. When we moved in, they explained to us in plain, great detail, what the issue is. We all got damage because of the hurricane and so did CubeSmart. They have a temporary issue because the doors were damaged in the hurricane, so they have to lock up when the office closes. Its no big deal!! We still have all day to move in! They are even trying to employee security to stay after hours until 10pm so we can have access. They said they will probably be there on the weekdays. Even if they arent able to get that, the service is still worth it! Both women are so pleasant and always smiling. Keva handles stuff in the office and Kandis runs around cleaning up after all the people who have no manners and are making a mess! Or at least thats what I saw when I was there. We were given all the rules when we moved in and its not that much to ask for. I dont usually write reviews like this but the things I saw people demanding of them was appalling. Kandis & Keva, I hope that customers like my family make up for the ones like I saw yesterday. We will respect your storage facility like its our home. Thanks from the Lewis family!!

Kandis the manager is very sweet. She found out I was sick and she checked in on me. I thought that was pretty great. Ive never had someone at a business actually care about me before. The place is clean and it feels safe. Always smells good in the office. I like it.

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door. Kandis A. was so helpful and welcoming. The facility is clean and organized. Prior to going to CubeSmart I had visited 2 other storage facilities and did not get no where’s near the same experience. If ever in need is a storage unit go check out CubeSmart in Kenner.

SUPER IMPRESSED! I just realized I never did leave a review. Ive been a Customer here since very early on and Ive not had any issues. The manager, Kandis, is very professional and extremely kind. She helped me with all my needs. Found me a good size and location right near the elevator since I didnt want to pay first floor pricing. Its always very clean inside of the facility. Ive never been treated with more respect. She even sent me an email the next day thanking me for being a Customer. I really appreciated that. I feel safe there. I could go on and on but Ill stop here. Thank you Kandis and CubeSmart.
