Been here 5 months pretty descent storage but I moved from another Life Storage location that had much more features: Secure Privacy access,bathroom access at storage even if office was closed,And temperature was always perfect.(cool in summer and warm in winter) But their prices were constantly increasing every couple months. So I came to this location. Havent been here 6months and went to pay today and was informed my unit went up 20 dollars already.Ill probably start looking for another storage facility. In the process of building a new home so prayerfully I wont even need this extra bill in a few months!!!!

My code never works until about 15 min of playing a game with the elevator code, door and buttons. The worst rental I have ever had. This started the first day and I can never get in touch with anyone during access time. I will be going to office today to get settled or move out. From what I understand everyone has the same problem.

I went in yesterday to purchase a storage unit and I was greeted by I believe her name is Raven, she was awesome very attentive, answered everything and even showed me 4 different sizes. I was uncertain at first but she was patient and kind great employee need more like her.

I was shocked at how nice and clean this place was. Ive seen some really dirty storage places, but this one was beautiful. And Miss Ella was so sweet and helpful. First class service.

Wow where has Dee been hiding is what I want to know. Best climate controlled storage EVER. The place is immaculate. Dee was so helpful and beautiful on top of that. Thank you for making it so easy.

This location is absolutely amazing! Ms. Dee took care of me from the beginning! She called to welcome me, was very attentive to my needs when I arrived, checked on us while we were moving in, offered us water, and more! You cannot go wrong if you rent here! Super clean!

This storage unit facility is clean and convenient to our location. Ms. Dee was helpful with allowing us to see the various sizes of the unit. Love this location so far. We use LifeStorage for our personal and business reasons. Rovem highly recommends this LifeStorage.

Yesterday on 8/1/20 I moved into my storage unit. I was pleasantly impressed with the customer service rep Chris! He thoroughly helped me to assure my needs were totally taken care of. He had answers to any and all of my questions, he even walked me to my unit to verify I was able to locate it properly.The property is well maintained, very secured access, fully visual surveillance, motion light detection, and furniture dollies for customer use. I’m glad I chose this place it’s definitely affordable, climate controlled, with first month free.!!!

Just moved into a unit a few weeks ago and the store manager Pikke has been so knowledgeable and helpful! The space is clean, well lit, and well monitored. I have not had a better and more personal experience renting a storage unit.

This Storage is absolutely PERFECT, it is always clean, very conveniently located with really easy access for a truck and to move the furniture to your unit and highly secured.
