Do not waste you time wandering the big stores. This place has all the REAL irrigation stuff you need. I was a newbie home owner. I am only addressing the irrigation sales department in this post. Today the customer service was pretty weak. The guy in line behind me was more helpful.! Customer service failed today, lost my business.

Drove all over town at all different plumbing stores, they had the part I needed at half the price of anybody else, and had more in stock. Super nice people as well. It was a 1 inch backflow preventer for Potable water lines. Only one other place in town even had it, and there’s was almost 3 times as much.

Very busy, helped me find the parts I needed, good stock on hand. Beat going to the orange box store for sure.

Avoid this place!!! My elderly parents purchased some outdoor lights from here. Had them just over a week while their house was being painted. We tried to install one and it would not clear their doorway. My mother tried to return them and they would not take them back. Real upstanding business you guys are running. Take advantage of the elderly.

May 2017 Seth and the staff are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile.June 2018Had another issues I needed professional help a year after receiving exceptional service from Seth and his team. This year I called up after forgetting how helpful Seth was last year. I was describing the issue I was having and Seth without skipping a beat corrected me know the type of equipment I was working with from a year later. I had the phone on speaker phone and even my coworkers were shocked by how knowledgeable and helpful Seth was with handling my issue. Great place to get your plumbing parts! Very helpful staff, always polite and welcoming. Free popcorn and coffee usually hit the spot while between jobs. And open Saturday till 1pm! Most supply houses are closed on weekends so that is good. Keep up the good work fellas!

KIE Supply is the only store that I will shop at for lighting and lamps. They are true experts in the lighting industry and really take the time to understand my job requirements. The courteous and knowledgeable staff go the extra mile for me!

Place has everything you need for lighting and plumbing. Lighting side would do better with friendlier management but if you avoid her you will do fine.

I like going to KIE because they have a knowledgeable staff that knows where things are even when I dont know what they are. Im just a runner for a friend of mine. Theyve always been friendly and help me and explain things when I ask them to. So all I can say is to KIE for all your plumbing and electrical needs.

Went in to get a connector for under cabinet lighting that our builder installed. The front desk staff lady that helped me seemed as though I was interrupting her day. Had a hard time finding the part and told me to go get it off of ebay that she couldn’t help me. Never made eye contact with me and just looked at her computer. Horrible customer service!

My wife and I went in on Thursday and picked out a bathtub that we were told was in stock. My wife went in on Friday to purchase the bathtub, did so and got a receipt showing we purchased it and that we could pick it up immediately. She told the salesman that I would be in later that day to pick it up. I called in later that day and told them I couldnt pick it up until Saturday early morning. I was told that would not be a problem at all. They said they would put the tub back inside the gate for tomorrow. I responded that would be fine and Id see them tomorrow.Saturday morning I showed up to pick up the tub one of the guys at the desk just seemed very confused. His invoice didnt match mine and showed that the tub was backordered. Remember that I was told starting on Thursday that it was in stock. I was also told Friday afternoon that they would put it back inside the gate....Im assuming that means so its not stolen overnight. I showed the salesman my receipt that I had already paid and he eventually 20 minutes later or more was able to get a copy of the same one I had. He spent another 20-30 minutes looking for the tub. I got tired of waiting and helping him to solve the mystery of where my in stock tub had gone and told him to call me that same day before close and let me know what had happened so I could come pick it up that same day.Its now closing time. He never called. I pressed the option on their phone system to leave a message can guess what......you cant leave a message. It just rings and rings.I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE KIE. Theyre staff is untrained. Their management doesnt care about their customers, they apparently cant keep their inventory up to date OR maybe their new fork lift driver smashed the new tub when trying to move it? I dont know. ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS TELL ME THE TRUTH BUT THEY DIDNT. They just acted like they could shrug their shoulders and that I would magically understand that theyre inept and excuse them.

I live in Walla Walla and usually deal with the Walla Walla office. But the Walla Walla ware house was out of pipe I needed and I headed to this warehouse to get some more and wow ... what a place. Great staff and they have lots of plumbing material. They also have an electrical and plumbing show room as well.

I shop at this business on a very regular basis. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. They get me in and out in a timely fashion so that I can better serve my customers.

The person assisting me in the irrigation department made several mistakes filling my order. wrong parts were pulled and they were not caught until I compared the parts to my parts list. He didnt bother to check for correct parts before taking my money.

Have purchased irrigation & plumping parts for several years and each and every employee has always been very helpful. No wonder why its always busy.

My husband and I have always been well served at KIE. KIE employees have always found the part we needed or have come up with a solution that will work for our older sprinkler system or other problems. They have a great selection. Employees are experienced and helpful, answering questions and advising on strategies that might help.. We always find what we need and/or how to fix the problem, so even though it is a little farther away from us than other places it saves time and frustration to shop there. Their selection of new systems and advice on which those would fit our needs best also keeps us coming back. A few months ago, they asked us about a faucet we were going to replace, told us the manufacturer probably still had it under warranty, and gave us the contact info to obtain replacement parts for free, even though they could have sold us a new faucet. It is nice to shop at an honest, knowledgeable place that cares about its customers.

These guys are friggin awesome... To the 3 man crew that was staffed at 4:55pm on Tuesday March 6th. You gave me the perfect tool to remove the stuck brass housing of a Moen cartridge for a single faucet tub/shower. It literally took 30 seconds to remove it when I had spent 2 hours or more trying to strong arm it. Thank you for your help and the savings of $250.00 of have a plumber do the same thing. I will definitely use your store again when I have a problem I cannot solve. AWESOME!!!!!
