When I Wanted To Test The Sound System That I Was Interested In.. Isaac Had Said Not Too Loud Because Theyre A Business. Are You Serious Right Now?? You Are Telling Me They Dont Listen Or Bump When Customers Arent Around?? From His Own Mouth He Said The System Was Really Loud. How Would They Know?? But Didnt Let Us Try It?? Bad Customer Service!! ColorTyme Was Way More Helpful Than This Business & They Had The Same System.!! Very Not Helpful! Not Professional. The Level Of Customer Service Was A 0!! Isaac Couldnt Even Let Us Know The Right Amount We Would Of Been Paying Cause He Always Changed His Numbers On Payment Wise.

I am a Door Dasher, I want to say that Isaac A is terrible. He ordered $60 worth of food, had it delivered to work, and did NOT TIP. So thanks...if you can afford $60 for food you could probably spare $5 for the person who used their time, their vehicle, their gas to bring it to you. I will never be renting anything from this location!
Do not go to RAC on Clearwater in Kennewick Wa parents purchased couches on a Saturday they were supposed to deliver on Tuesday between 1-4, well 6pm came around and never showed when I called them they said they couldnt make it after gal said they should be pulling up any minute. When I asked what was the reason they couldnt make it, she replied she didnt have an answer, her manager never got on the phone to apologize so I canceled my parents purchased and took business to Buddies they took care of them right away!

You miss a single payment by one day and they start harassing you! They are modern day scam artists that get away with it! They don’t care about you or the pandemic they won’t help you they will harass you non stop, show up at your house and threaten to take your stuff if they don’t get the payment right then and there! Even if the item is almost paid off and you already paid quadruple what you can buy it for new at bestbuy! Stay away from these thieves!!

Renting a couch set and tables the guy delivering the furniture broke a table. They said they would replace them and Im still waiting. Its been 2 months. Im paying for something I dont have. Needed other items so I went to Aarons and so far they have been great. If they had the couch set I got I would return these and get them from Aarons. Well low a behold they inform me today that they got the tables. Well Im returning everthing I got from them. I will never rent from them again. Went to Aarons and got what I need they treat you right.
This is The worst place that you can Buy stuff from one of the employees was being rude telling me that I didn’t need to make a payment on my due date and I checked my account and it turns out that I had to make a paymentI on my due date so I went to the store and talk to the male Employee who called me I asked him why did he lie to me he got mad when I asked him that question he tried to make excuses for his mistakes and try to blame me that it was my fault that I did not understand him when I asked him like six times if that was correct he said yes every time I asked him so he wanted the manager to be involved so he could of fix his mistake he did not have the pants to admit his mistakes...that’s the worst place you can go I’m very disappointed on their customer service 👎👎

Bought an Xbox one, was used for 300 days paid 350$ for it and I didnt receive the game with it I was never told which version it was and found out its a only a 500g drive, also did not receive the correct wires or controller for the consol, I am simply going to use this for a month and return it and buy a new one. Being a GM of jiffy lube a neighboring business I expected some deal since we donated 50 50% off oil change coupons to help us with cars as well as help them out at rent a center assuming they would cut us a break as well. This was not the case. After the hour it took to get my xbox and over paying a great deal I still bought the Xbox one but I would have to rate there service on these key points I believe every business should meet.
