Great place for any car you got

Weve been taking our Mercedes & Volkswagens here for years.Its rare to find a shop that is totally honest, like these guys. Theyll tell you what is needed now, and what can be deferred. They shop parts to get the best prices, like they were spending their own money. They diagnose, rather than just slapping parts on the car to see if that takes care of it. And they know these German cars, inside out.They really are the ONLY place, in the Tri-Cities, Id take my familys cars.

Good quality work at a fair price

Definitely will get my return business. After being what I feel as docked around by the dealership on service charging me $150 to tell me they couldnt find anything wrong especially since my check engine light was not on. Then was told I could bring it in but at the end of the month. I called Allied they 1st got me in right away and then found the problem and fixed it fast and gave me a fair price. I really liked the customer service and so far great work. Thank you Allied I truly appreciate your honesty, integrity, and service.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars. Me and my family love this place. Scott always gives me a call when he finds out what is wrong with my car and warns me about prices before making any fixes. He lets me know if things need to be done right away, or if i can get away with waiting a little longer so i can plan for what i need to pay for in the future. His honesty is refreshing. I have never had a bad experience, and will never take my car anywhere else!

I recently had an issue with my ABS (braking system) and needed my car fixed right away. I got in touch with Allied and they said to bring it in the next day; I dropped it off to their helpful and friendly service manager Scott at 8 AM, heard from him with a diagnosis by 11 AM, and my car was fixed and ready for pickup by 1 PM! I was absolutely *floored* at the speed of service, and the cost was far less than I had expected!This isn’t the first time I’ve used Allied Automotive, and it certainly won’t be the last. If you’re searching for a place you can trust your vehicles to, trust them to Allied!

Another auto shop in Kennewick told me my vehicle needed over $2,000 of work. I called Allied Automotive in Kennewick. They quoted me a price around $900. The total repair price was less than $300. Caleb Aldinger did a great job fixing my van. My van runs great . Thank you for your honesty. They saved me a lot of money that can go towards helping my kids.

I was able to get my car in quickly and they not only looked at my car and ran diagnostics, but they fixed it that day as well! I was initially hesitant to get it fixed because it is a European vehicle, but they really knew what they were doing. The prices were competitive with the other place I took it, but I was much happier with the work done here. After an hour or two of driving around town, my check engine light went off after being on for months after getting work done somewhere else. I am so pleased.

If you guarantee your work for a period of time and you leave town and youre still within that warranty period youre kind of screwed paying for the new repair to the old repair that was done originally from Allied Auto at your expense. I had work done back in mid-March and its now mid-June, a mere 4,000 miles later. The problem I am having now with the transmission currently mimics the exact problem that existed prior to me coming in to Allied for the first time . I really wanted to trust and believe in Scott and his team (come to find out Scott didnt do any of the work himself, so it wasnt made clear to me on what the repairs exactly were when I called him to let him know I was stranded in Spokane). We both do know that no parts were needed except for a nut, clamp and/or piece of electrical tape Im guessing (who knows), so there would be any part warranty at any rate.. I guess it would be called just good old customer service/satisfaction warranty assuring they have your back in case things go arise from the work performed a measly 3 months prior. I did some research on good transmission places in Spokane and I really hope it doesnt surmount to me paying an arm and a leg for a service I had already paid for 3 months ago. It wasnt a tremendous expense originally ($243 and some change), but it amounts to basic common sense. Whatever cost is incurred by the new repair done to the old repair at any shop in Spokane, you, Allied Auto would cover up to $243.00 of the cost for the new repair.Update:I am so grateful to have found an honest repair shop here in Spokane that performed the necessary work (diagnostic, inspection, parts and labor) to fix it properly without cutting any corners all for $109.00 (thank you Valley Transmission)!!! After a few phone calls, Allied Auto stood up to the plate to take care of the expense. Thank you

Caleb and Scott are great guys who really know what theyre doing. Ive been frequenting them for the last four or five years now and theyve never let me down. I live fifteen miles away from their shop and there are dozens of places I could go to that are closer, but their expertise and customer service are worth going out of the way for! Honesty and integrity is rare these days. Not only did they help us out in a time of need, but theyve consistently been the best value around.

I’ve took 3 vehicles here and every one came back with another problem. Passat v6 has full timing belt done for $1600 and barely past the year warranty thermostat leaks all coolant over night. I ended up stuck with a labor intensive repair because of the timing belt being in way of thermostat housing. Problem is that all these issues could have been avoided by spending just a little bit more time on changing gaskets. I will never take my vehicles here again. Other vehicles had pinched coolant hoses from pliers. Profession or lack of provision?

I recently took my 2003 Passat in for a routine timing belt replacement and was thoroughly impressed by Scott and his team. As I am a certified ASE mechanic, I was happy with the communication of what was being done and what it was going to cost. He even saved me a couple bucks off what he had quoted me the total would be. I would highly recommend Allied Automotive for your repair needs! You won’t be disappointed.

We had Allied inspect a car before we bought it and they were less expensive than other repair shops. Ad we just had them do our front brakes and rotors for $175 less than Les Schwab quoted me. Pretty significant savings. Scott at the front desk is a great communicator and they got both jobs done quickly. Highly recommend them!

We had a used Diesel with a mysterious vibration issue and they got it figured out eventually, only charging us when they got it right. Their price on fixing one of our VWs was far lower than another place we tried, and it allowed us to keep the car. Great service, great mechanical skill, and great morals. Highly recommended for any type of vehicle.

Im very hesitant to take my van places. I try to use mechanic friends to help fix issues with my van bc I dont trust other people not to take me for a ride. I told Scott at Allied of my concerns. This Spring I was looking for a like new car truck or SUV. After a couple months of test driving various makes and models I narrowed my search down to a truck. I still hadnt really decided on exactly what I wanted I just knew I needed a more reliable vehicle. When I explained my search to a co worker they referred me to Chris Taylor at Allied Auto Sales. They were confident he could help me find what I had been searching for. After a couple weeks I decided to stop by Allied Automotive and see if they had anything on the lot. They had a variety of cars, a couple SUVs and one truck, which was already sold. Chris Taylor was on site and was very professional, polite and had genuine interest in my search after I explained my months of searching story to him. He recomended a few trucks to look at and even though he didnt have any other trucks on the lot he said he would do some research for me and get back to me as soon as he found it. I thanked him and left feeling less burdened and stressed than I had felt in months. He called me a couple days later in the morning and said he thinks he found a few options that id really like and asked if we could sit down to look at what he found. We met that afternoon and he was right, he found two trucks both the same make, model and year with under 25k miles both in excellent condition and still under manufacturers warranty! The tucks had high ratings/reviews and top tier trim! After I decided between the two he said he would pick it up for me that week as I was going to be out of town for a few days. He drove to spokane personally to pick up the truck and had it serviced and detailed for me upon arrival. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and the service Chris gave me. He saved me a lot of money, time and effort and I reccomend him to all my friends and family!

Avoid this place like the plague. They are totally ignorant on MB engines and consistently gave me wrong information. They dont mind charging for nothing as well. Not only did they not trace the problem, but they didnt even do anything except unplug parts and plug them back in.

I could not be happier with my service. Brand new flywheel and clutch for $1k. Plus it was done when he said it would and they replaced some parts that needed it without charging extra labor. They definitely have a new repeat customer.
