Best place to get a phone period.

THEY SUCKED SLOW BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The service was amazing. Went in there to get a Pixel 2. Ive had their service for a couple of weeks now, and I can say in Kennewick they have the best coverage. The price for service is about the same as AT&T.

The visit to the kiosk to place my preorder was quick and the salesman gave me false information about the free gift and the gift card. The pickup visit was a mess. Thank goodness they gave me a preorder confirmation paper because they couldnt find my name in the computer. That part took about an hour and a half to sort out. They kept dealing with other customers instead of having one guy help my situation they all just kept bouncing around from customer to customer. Very unorganized. They finally got it figured out, probably gave me someone elses phone since they only get so many preorders. Took the salesman forever just to get it linked to my carrier/account. Then come to find out the free gift would take 6-8 weeks to get mailed to me, which I was told would be available at pickup along with the $200 Costco gift card. That too was incorrect information in many ways. They werent available that day, and it wasnt even a valid offer for my carrier! At least thats what they said the second visit even though I saw signs stating it was for my carrier. I was fairly irritated at this point. They lies to get a sale, the disorganization, a little over 3 hour visit...overall bad experience. The salesman had me write my name and number on a post-it sticky note to give to their really good escalation team manager and would call me about the situation. I knew I wasnt going to get a call back and sure enough they proved me right. Super disappointed in this service.

The salesman wasnt really supposed to help me transfer my files from one Verizon phone to another Verizon phone, but since he had worked in customer services before and it was a fairly easy issue using Bluetooth, I give him 5 stars!

Fairly knowledgeable staff at kiosk. They also sell t-moble and another brand

I always see the associates standing around with nothing to do, pick up a mop or broom. Make yourself look busy at least.

Costco deals at this Verizon kiosk in Costco. Saved a 100 over the local Verizon store

Got what i needed accomplished.
