Ivan was an absolute blessing today!I had been given a 2 day run around by a business on Canal and Edison. Joe was trying to take every penny I had. He didnt even fix the broken phone he left me with the day before.Ivan HERE at Amigo was able to identify that the screen had not been attached, and pieces paid for had not been replaced, and the power button problem could be bypassed. Google chrome crashed my iphone deleting half my contacts all my texts an all the appointments and messages stored on my calander NEVER USE GOOGLE PRODUCTS ivan is great go there he fixed what chrome did quickly

Im not sure if the customer rep made an honest mistake or not...I needed my moto 6 repaired (wouldnt turn on). He plugged it in and said it was receiving a charge but that it would cost more to repair than to actually replace as he might have to send it to a friend to replace some microprocessors? He offered to sell me an unlocked moto7 for $250. If I paid cash, he said hed give me $20 discount but keep the phone for parts; but he didnt think he could salvage any. I had cash out and counted; then decided to research Craigslist, Marketplace, etc. to see if I could get moto6 for under $100. Couldnt find any, so looked at Amazon...10 day shipping. So I went to another repair shop (near DMV). The rep plugged it in right in front of me; showed me it charging. As soon as was in the 40V (?) range; the phone came back on. Been a week now. Im so glad I didnt give my phone away. Is there a moto7 worth $250? found a moto G Power 64GB for $230 but dont think theyre the same? Hmmm...honest or not?

This is place is the definition of urgent care, but for phones. My phone would not let me in. My phone needed my screen replaced and they took care of it in less than 20 minutes and super affordable . Will be my go-to place for all my apple product fixes. Highly recommend.

My iPhone had an issue with it’s haptic feedback and Jose was able to get me in and out in about 15 minutes. Phone is working great again. Highly recommended.
