Very good staff always very helpful. They have notary service too. Never a long line to wait in. Id recommend anyone to go here.They are so polite.
Very nice store, nice and helpful staff, clean and safe store. However, they advertise a physical location for their mailbox service, but the term physical location means absoutely nothing. We run an online business out of our RV, we do not have a fixed residential or business address, the business is online. However, for a business license, drivers license, and just about any other kind of license, a residential or commercial office (where business is conducted with clients) address is needed. The UPS stores physical location does not satisfy that requirement. Using that phrase as some kind if benefit to clients for selectung/using their service is deceptive advertising and should not be used.
I had a horrible experience with this location and I shall never use it again. I had my daughter return two packages for me yesterday. Threy were Amazon returns. I received a returnn notice for one, but not the other. And the one in question was a $200 return so I was very concerned. I called the store and spoke with a lady who described herself as the aforementioned manager and I say this loosely cause she could not manage a lemonade stand as far as I am concerned. I had my tracking number and receipt so I cal to check the status to see if all was packaged and sent properly. I speak to this overbearing manager who kept cutting me off when I am trying to explain my situation. I had to stop her mid sentence and say Excuse me. I am trying to speak and you keep interrupting me. Let me finish. The conversation continued with her not addressing the situation. I could tell she had not listened to me one iota regarding this matter. Its as if she had a comprehension issue she did not want to let on. So three times I asked her to take my tracking number so she could look up my package. At this point mind you, she does not know who I am as a customer. She does not know the package in question. She was so busy rambling and babbling about nonsense, the whole time, she had not looked up my package! I was shocked the level of customer service she gave to me. She was so incredibly rude and I cant believe she is being left in charge of this business. I do wonder how many customers have left this establishment flabbergasted at the level of incompetence trhis woman demonstrated to them. To be so rude in this country is almost unforgivable. I was forced to call another location and have an agent look up my number and she explained the situation to me. Then I called another and spoke to a very nice lady who took my complaint. She completely understood my frustration and how overwhelmed I was by the horror I experienced from this employee of this store who wears a badge of manager like she is now has permission to roll over on the customers. She did tell me the owners name of this establisment is Steve. So Steve, if you see my review, I want you to know, because you seem to lack good judgement in hiring someone to run your store, I will NEVER use that UPS store. And I will make sure to tell all my friends on social media to go elsewhere because this place is the pits, and we customers deserve to be treated like human beings. Thank you for listening.
They have comped my print job twice now. They are professional and courteous to everyone who walks in their doors. Well done, UPS, and thank you!

I mailed an important letter from this store. They weighed it, and I thought you know, itll get to its destination. But they put 20 cents less than they were supposed to and the letter was returned to me for more postage. Seriously. Not going to mail anything from UPS in the future if they cant do the most basic thing a shipping store is supposed to do correctly

I have gone to this UPS location for years and I have a lot of positive experiences with UPS and the location employees that are employed. Great job UPS! Now I think your pricing is a little high for some things, but thats not about the location thats about UPS corporate. The staff here have always helped me with any questions I might have. They do get busy and there might be a line depending on the time of the day or season. But again thats not a UPS Kennewick problem but just life in general. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to customers.
I have a good experience every time I go here. The store owners often work shifts and they are very friendly and professional, and they train their employees to be the same. They make it easy to ship packages and have an impressive variety of printing services.
Recently I had a package attempt delivery (sig req) I was not home so I requested to be delivered to this location as access point pick up. Tracking even said delivered 1.3.20 and available for pick up until 1.10.20.Yet some unknown reason it was loaded back on the truck and left at my front porch today without a signature. Not at all happy with UPS for this. Now I have a anniversary gift sitting unattended on my front porch because of UPS...thanks.

I needed to ship a 1 lb package that was 14x9x5 and it was going to be $20 to ship it ground. I asked them how much USPS was and they said it would be more. I took the package to USPS and it was $11.80+3.50 tracking = $15. I created a UPS account online and the exact same package would be $15.29. So basically every time someone uses the UPS Store it costs AT LEAST another $5. Im okay paying a little for convenience but $5+ is a little excessive.

Aaron helped me laminate a homemade poster using a new machine that was pretty techy...he figured it out and the final product was exactly what I wanted. He definitely knows how to multi task while maintaining excellent customer service.
Store is very clean and well lit. People were very helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Store is somewhat had to find because the front faces away from the street. Google Maps helped much!
Im highly disappointed in the prices and customer service here. There is a $5 difference for notoriety between this store and the one on Clearwater. I waited in line for sometime when I got up to be helped Ana made me way again instead of helping me. She processed to help the people behind me very poor customer service skills!! I will be going to the Clearwater location from now on. I was also told by a tax preparer it is legal for the notary to charge you over $14😒
