I 110% recommend Caliber Collision. They do amazing work. Always professional and on-time. Steve was so friendly and easy to work with. I called before to find out if they could help out with some incredibly stubborn license plate screws that just wouldnt come out. Steve told me to swing by to see if there was anything they could do for me. Turns out the screws had rusted to the car. I had tried everything from WD-40 to an impact driver to get them out and nothing worked. When I arrived, they ended up having to take the car to the back because of how bonded the screws were to the car. After about 30 mins of work, they returned my car with new screws I could easily remove. The best part is the treatment and quality work they provide to their customers with projects big or small. Visit then for any of your car repair needs. You wont regret it!

I had never had to deal with collision repairs but Caliber (and especially Shane) made it so easy and answered every one of my questions quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair with texts and calls. Oversprayed paint onto other areas of my new truck . Didnt communicate with me often. I had to keep checking in over the week they had my truck. Left the inside muddy from their boots.

Someone backed into the front end of my car. Caliber was one of three body shops on the insurance companys list. I am sure glad I gave them a call. The staff gracefully helped me through the experience and I had me car back, complete and washed, in 2 days. Staff sent me update text while they performed the bodywork. They sure turned a frustrating and inconvenient experience into a great experience. I am a detail oriented person. I typically do not complete surveys unless I am extremely impressed. I highly recommend Caliber and will definately use them should I ever need future bodywork done.

My Hyundai Santa Fe needed the hood repainted, it was dull and not properly cared for before I bought it. When I came in for an estimate, Shane was very helpful. He even tried to buff the hood to see if thats what it needed. It clouded up and returned to dull, so we knew it needed to be painted. The guys did EXCELLENT work! Paint color was perfect. The workmanship was AWESOME! My car looks brand new! They finished the job in the amount of TIME they quoted and the PRICE was the amount they quoted! I highly recommend this location!

Insurance sent me there for body repair. They seemed great at first but they messed up over and over again and as a result, they wasted their own time and resources as well as mine. It took a grand total of 10 weeks to get my car completely repaired and be done with them. I had to return multiple times, call multiple times, and pressure them to correct all the errors. They blamed their parts dealers multiple times and even had the nerve to ask me to lie for them on the satisfaction survey. Thankfully Kyle stepped in as an acting manager and resolved the final issue. I will never go back here again.

There were no issues when dealing with my insurance, they had a rental car waiting for me when I got there to drop off my truck, and it was completed on time when they said they would. Norm called me with status updates. The repair was to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had someone throw a large garden brick though my passenger window. Caliber cleaned up all the broken glass from the vents, floorboards and seats, also from inside of the door and replaced all the broken and compromised pieces, replaced the glass and made sure I was kept aware every step of the process.

This will be my second car auto body. Very proffesional work. This business use to be ABRA im not 100% correct on The spelling of business previous name. There is no difference in the work.

Had to have my Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel fixed after a small incident. The got my vehicle in the following day and started going very quickly. I received alot of updates almost daily so I knew what was going on and how progress was moving forward which I greatly appreciated so I wasnt kept in dark. The entire staff was outstanding and super friendly from start to finish and the work that was done on my truck looks amazing. Looks like it came from the factory. They even were quick on replacing my bed cover. I would highly recommend them and will go back if needed in the future. Also, my insurance Liberty Mutual had them as a preferred location and the work was communicated very well between them which made the whole process extremely simple on my end.

I wish I could give them a negative amount of stars. They are beyond rude, specifically a receptionist named Shantelle. She repeatedly kept telling me that I know nothing and to shut up and listen. I just asked if the car was drivable! I was very calm and collected this whole time but they were very unprofessional. They also overcharged me AND kept saying my battery was dead and the car was completely broke. I drove it just fine out of there (so obviously the battery works fine! I had just replaced it a month before!) I would highly advise against going to this place unless you want to be in an unprofessional environment and be completely overcharged.

The woman at the front desk said she would call or email a quote and never did.I seen her in the parking lot the next day while getting something out my car and she said she would call after her lunch with a quote and still never did.I got my spare key and took it to someone else they did not even notice my car was missing then went to collect my key once again she was on lunch it took then 20 minutes to find my key..I would not go to them unless you got days to even start the process.

Shantelle charged us incorrectly and was rude when we tired to tell them that our deductible was $500 rather than $1000. shantelle over charged us and wasnt clear on when the car was going to be fixed.The work on my car was done very well and the mechanics did a fantastic job. shantelle on the other hand needs to work on her manners. i give the mechanics 6/5 while shantelle earns a 1/5

Absolutely terrible customer service! Beyond rude and flat out disrespectful to the point I literally walked out and left. Had a 3:00 quote and arrived 10mins early and I was told the person doing my quote left early. After I was blankly staired at by the receptionist for awhile I was assigned to someone in the back who was HORRENDOUS to deal with. After telling a few people about my experience here I was told similar stories from other people also, so this kind of behavior is not an isolated incident...just look at the reviews under mine also. Pulera was happy to help me though...my suggestion is go down the road to them and avoid Abra at ALL COST!

My tail lights have water in them and carpet that cover spare tire is ruined. they want to charge my insurance company for their faults.Called them back after two weeks no answers yet.going to see them now 3-7-18.

Poor!! My mom took her vehicle in for an estimate. The receptionist told her the car wasnt safe to drive. The insurance company ended up totaling the car. When she went to get her things out of the car, she was only given back one license plate with the 12 sticker on it. When the car was taken in there, both plates were on the car and the sticker was a 15 sticker.

Work done was good, Didnt like not getting a written estimate, was called several times wanting us to drop off the car, felt like we were being pressured to have them do the work.

This is the lowest cost, fastest service, and nicest staff I’ve ever encountered; and unfortunately I’ve had a lot of accidents throughout my life (I think my cars are magnets 😜), so I’ve had a Lot of experiences working with body repair shops.

I orginally went in for a paint job and the guy working there named “James” checked it out. As he was looking at it he realized we didnt even need a paint job, it was an easy fix. I really appreciate this because he didn’t try to take advantage, he just helped us out a ton. I definitely recommend coming here.
