I got a great deal on my 09 Dodge Charger, and Im in love with it. It was a great upgrade from my 1997 Toyota Camry, and now I feel like the most cool kid on the block. :p Ive never felt so comfortable when car shopping, they wanted to make sure I left the lot in a car I was comfortable in and truly wanted. While I was looking to upgrade to another Toyota, Im still very happy with my selection. Theyre two great guys that made this an awesome experience. I bought a 2007 Pontiac G6 from these guys, first off Id like to clear the air about some of the negative feedback these guys have been getting. Theyve been straight up with me and even recommend waiting on a diagnostic before adding new things that may need to be repaired on the vehicle. If you have their Bumper to Bumper Warranty Alignments are included in that Warranty ONLY if they need to change out a part on your suspension and even than they send the vehicle to Sears to get the alignment done which is technically more of cost to them. Customers complaining of being sworn at probably instigated an argument with this company because when I go in for check ups or to get repairs done and see them with other customers, even ones that have complaints theyve been not only patient; while being yelled at themselves, but courteous and up front about what they can do to help.The only few issues Ive had are the appointment times that were set. However with as much business they get it can be a hassle to schedule so many vehicles and sometimes times are lost. Just explain the situation to them and they can work with you. Getting up in arms about it isnt going to get your car in any faster. My car is currently in their shop for suspension work and they even called me to ask what was the noise I was hearing to better evaluate what needed work done. I explained to them what it was, no hassles, no swearing and look forward to getting my vehicle back. Id rate them 4 stars because sadly no one is perfect, but this is a quality shop with quality employees.I suggest stopping in there, finding a used vehicle you like and buy it. Make sure to get the Bumper to Bumper Warranty as well. 100 deductible, saved me tons.

Baught a 2018 dodge charger rt from autoworld 3 months ago and they took very good care of me, even with a very bad credit score, the car is still in tip top shape and has no issues, plus they gave me double the amount all other dealerships were offering me for my old car! they WORK HARD to get you into what you need! Worst place to buy a car. Do not buy from them. They do not stand behind the cars they sell. Forty five days after purchase I had to spend $2000 to fix the vehicle I bought from them. When I called them they said there is nothing they could do for me. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM!

Inquired about a truck on Facebook, and dealt with a less then helpful repwho just wanted to play pricing games. I would recommend searching else-wear with a dealer who would be more interested in communicating and trying to accommodate a buyer from far away.

My family bought a 04 grand cherokee from here years ago was a great experience we had to wait for a full inspection witch they did not rush to do witch is a good thing if i remeber they had to replace a caliper without charging for it that was great it still runs 350k now im looking at trying to get a car from them soon if i can get approved

Worst car buying experience ever. Nothing but problems with car since the 3rd day I got it. Contacted them and Daniel was very rude, he agreed to pay for the new battery and filter but nothing else. He never followed through with his deal. Buyer beware!
