We have personally purchased two vehicles from Car Corral, my daughter has purchased one from them, and my son is getting ready to purchase one from them. Every time the service is fantastic. They have always made sure we are getting a solid vehicle, and if any problems did arise with the vehicles, they were very fair in correcting them. I cant say enough good about Matt and his crew. I tell everyone I know about them.
Very happy not just to work here but to buy a few cars for myself and family members. The warranty that the vehicles will pass emissions and also the safety inspection performed by our mechanics are top notch. Drive a vehicle from the lot hassle free and no worries because your investment is worth every dime. You will beyond satisfied.
Matt & Jorge were excellent to work with. Very fair and reasonable.
I purchased my truck here recently. They took great care of us. Gave me a fair trade in and I love the truck! Would definitely buy from them again.
Love my Chevy Silverado! They were very easy to work with and the financing process was simple. I definitely will be back.
Bought a 05 trailblazer for $4000 earlier this year. Very clean and ran great. I now have a very large paperweight. Couldnt get the thing through emissions. Even with having a mechanic work on it, the check engine light always came back on. Timing belt went yesterday. I think a couple of pistons met a couple of valves. Im done with this thing. Im calling the junk yard. No point in throwing good money after bad.
Matt was very nice but I drove in from out of state to view a car and it wasnt in the shape as described.
Sold me an 2007 Nissan Altima that had a lien on it from someone in the military over seas so I couldn’t get it register. He said he was going to replace my car with one similar to it but every time I tried to get in contact with him he wouldn’t answer or gave me the run around. He eventually said “he would just give me the money”. Which he did. But how do you sell a car that has a lien on it to a customer makes me question how legit they really are. When purchasing an car from them be careful.
Im very grateful to Car Coral for offering a warranty with the car I purchased. If I needed anything, they always returned my call, and stood behind the car they sold me. Absolutely buy a used car here! Thanks again. Tom Rutledge.
Poor followup by their staff. Plates and title took a month to receive. The air conditioner was sold with problems but checked as fine. The dealership gives you a 30 day warranty but you cannot schedule appointment because they are so overbooked which tells you the kind of cars they sell. Then the airbag light goes on and we call and they thought we were on hold and thought we were on hold and the employee says a customer is complaining about a fkn airbag light. Do not go here. Tried on 4 occasions to get the air fixed and they could not get the airbag light to go off.
Honest fair and courteous
Got a great car, low miles, good shape! Did have a couple minor issues that were not part of a regular inspection that they covered under the 30 day warranty, no problem. Very helpful sales department! Will go to them again!
Matt is a good person to do business with. Stood by everything he said he would do to fix any problems with the car. I am well satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Matt!
My fiance, Isaac got a Nissan sedan for the 30th avenue car corral and we love it so much. They really paid attention to detail when fixing and cleaning the car. Weve had it for a month and no problems what so ever. I will definitely go back for my next car. Matt was super nice and knowledgeable about the cars he was selling and asked us what exactly we were looking for and showed us all the options with in our price range.
I bought my first car from the Car Corral. I love my Chevy Malibu!!!Thanks guys.
5 if it went higher I would give them a 9. Matt stood by everything he said he would do with the car. It was a pleasure doing business with him!
These guys were so friendly and helpful. I was able to take it to my mechanic to have it looked over and it came back with a clean bill of health. Car Corral was very honest and upfront. Would definitely buy another car here.
I will definitely be back to get another car. I love the 2003 Explorer. There were no high pressure sales and the gentleman could not have been nicer. We are looking for a car for my son and another family member. You will be seeing us soon. A great business experience. Just cant say enough for your business!!!!!
We purchased a vehicle in Aug. of 2019. It had a 30 day warranty. The SUV seem to drive ok. Within a couple of weeks it started to make noises. I took it back to them and had them look at it. They said there were no problems. One month later it got so bad I had to take it to the local mechanic. Over $1000 later....we find out that the L.R. rear caliper was frozen up and the piston would not go back. The mechanic said they were metal on metal. Be very careful when you purchase from this company. My advice is to have a mechanic check out any car that is bought here. I have attached a copy of my invoice.
Excellent service, and have not had one problem with my car. When I first got it, about two weeks later the catalytic converter went out and they fixed it free of charge. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Nice guys, but were interested in a vehicle, thats been in lot for 4 months, & they wouldnt budge,on price! Not negotiable at all! Well car is still sitting, & price is the same, & they lost a cash customer!
Matt is great to work with. Good quality cars, and straight forward with business. Definitely worth stopping by and seeing what he has to offer.
I had an excellent experience buying here. Highly recommend.
I😍love Car Corral bcuz I got my car there. I just love the owner Matt and Rob because they treat me very nice.Unfortunately☹, I went to their new shop on Green Bay Road and I was treated like I was in the way by the two new people running the shop. Actually, my feelings were😢hurt. This is not the type of treatment that the Owner, Matt or Rob at the Dealer Lot has ever given me.The Shop is beautiful, but I didnt😡appreciate being rushed out bcuz the shop had other customers coming in and my questions werent important in regards to my car & safety. Its not what you say to people is how you say it.Owner, Matt & Rob, please check into this, bcuz Im thinking about getting another car.I love Car Corral.Singer, Brenda Starr
Fantastic experience!! Cant say enough great things about these guys. They were patient and totally willing to work with me to find just the right car, just the right deal. No pressure and no worries. I never once felt like I couldnt trust the situation or that Id drive off the lot and my new car would die a horrible death. They treated me with great respect and understanding of my needs and budget and totally made it happen. I will keep recommending them to everyone I know. Great job guys, Thank you so much for finding me my new baby :)
I bought a 2002 Pontiac Montana in February of this year. This has been by far the best used vehicle I have purchased. I get the oil changed on a regular basis and have had no problems with the vehicle. I recommend to any family or friends looking for a good used car to visit the great folks over at 30th. Ave.
Ive bought my last few cars from Car Corral. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a good used car. They have been very easy to deal with each time.
My car buying experience with Car Corral has been the best Ive ever had! Ill be back!
My husband and I bought a vehicle from the Car Corral in Feb. 2012. A 99 Plymouth Voyager, looked great, ran great! It was sold to us for $3,000.00, it is now June 20, 2012, and we have put $3,000.00 into it in repairs. When we had initially purchased this vehicle we were told the water pump had just been replaced. So 2 months into owning it, it began to leak antifreeze....we took it back to Car Corral, and were told it would be covered under warranty, but that we would have to pay the labor of $150.00. Which we did. Well this past weekend all of the antifreeze leaked out....so I brought the van to an accredited mechanic, where I was told the housing for the water pump was cracked, the water pump had been installed incorrectly, and that glue, tape, and silcone were used to hold parts together. So I am having my mechanic fix the issue at a cost of $400.00. I have also had to have the transmission rebuilt $2,000.00, I have had to replace the trans. selinoid=$400.00, and the ti-rods had to be replaced....luckily my husband was able to fix that+$40.00. This place to advantage of our money and our wallet! I would love to support local business, but this guy in my opinion, in no way cares for the customer! When we had tried to contact him regarding the water pump issue again....he basically will not return our phone calls or answer his phone....shady!
I bought my wife a Honda Pilot from 30th Ave Car Corral a little over a year ago. It has been and great vehicle for us and has not given us any problems. I recommended Car Corral to my brother who has also been very happy with his experience with Car Corral.
Ive bought my last few cars from Car Corral. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a good used car. They have been very easy to deal with each time.
Great service, great deals, and great reliable cars. Will definitely do more business in the future.
This is my 2nd Car i purchased. I know shame on me. First Vehicle was 2002 Dodge Caravan. Lasted about a year then transmission blown. 2nd car i purchased there was a volswagon. Ended up spending 5G in repairs, vehicle was 5G so was a total loss, now head gasket is blown so additional money is needed. Im not spending one more dime on this pos. Cars they get are from auctions which i understand but considering ive purchase two vehicles from there and they last about a year is bad news. I will never purchase a vehicle from there.
Was very helpful. Wasnt pushy
For what I was looking for, got great deal.
In the early summer/late spring of 2014 I was in a desperate need of a vehicle. Therefore, due to my situation at the time, I gave Matt at the Car Corral my business. I first purchased a Toyota Rav4, and then a Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month later. It has been 7-8 months after the purchases (I am still making payments on both of the vehicles!)and it turns out both buys were unfortunate mistakes. The Jeep Grand Cherokee was the first to have problems--before the first payment was even made! The passenger side window gave out a couple weeks after the vehicle was purchased. Disappointed, I called Matt and made him aware of what happened, thinking he would stand by his cars. He offered to fix it at an outrageous price, so I therefore fixed it myself which was a very good decision on my behalf since I noticed Matt has a monkey for a mechanic. At the midst of dealing with the window, I began taking closer looks at the vehicle. I noticed caps, screws, and other miscellaneous objects were improperly placed or thrown under the hood (read other reviews on Matts amateur mechanic). I also found out both the back brakes that came with the vehicle were completely worn out and so were the shocks. The ac is leaking refrigerant, the heater doesnt work, and the radiator is cracked...the only thing that is appealing of this vehicle is its low mileage, other than that, this truck was in need of much work when I bought it.Fortunately, the Rav4 was not in as bad a condition as the Jeep, but I still had to make costly fixes shortly after I bought the vehicle (I would say within a month or less!). The first issue with this vehicle was the alternator. It completely gave out and left me stranded at my place of work. Jumping it did not help, since Japanese cars do not run with a dead battery! That was a 130 dollar fix. Shortly after that (about two weeks), I noticed the “check engine” light turned on. I hooked up my diagnostic scanner to the car and it told me the fuel canister was not working. That was another 250 dollars. Like the Jeep, the ac did not work also. I added refrigerant and it helped, but it still does not cool like it is supposed to. That’s something I will need to have looked at this spring! I also replaced the sway bar links on the front of the vehicle (not a big deal, but this should have been checked out by the dealer!). I also want to mention that I am still waiting for a plastic corner piece that is missing on the rack of the vehicle (I noticed it was missing at the dealership and bought it up). Matt told me he would call me when he finds one at the junk yard and fix it. Well, it has been 7-8 months and I still have not heard a word from him…there really must be a shortage of 01 Rav4 racks or Matt is just simply a deceiving business man (I think the deceiving business man nails it on the head!).It is quite obvious that Matt at the Car Corral gets cheap, crappy cars that look fine cosmetically but are really beaters under the hood. He does the minimum to fix them…as long as they make it through a few test drives and pull off the lot so it can become his paying customer’s problem later on. I actually decided to just check and make sure I was not just a really unlucky customer, so I paid the Car Corral another visit. I looked at only one car, a Chevy Equinox, and I was relieved. The heater did not work and neither did the heated seats. Let the car run long enough to make sure and nothing. I was told by one of Matt’s associates that the issue could be fixed, but I know better. I am sure there are more things wrong with that SUV too.As a result, I DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. If one still decides to go with Car Corral, I recommend one pays really close attention or bring along someone that is car savvy. However, there are better dealerships in Kenosha. I recommend Guaranteed Auto Sales. I should have gone there in the first place!
Great family business.
Very overpriced
Okay, done
Bad cars
