I’m active duty Military, an Absolutely horrid experience, spent 5 hours here, got the run around, was helped for the first few minutes I was there, then was degraded about my income and credit score, they told me lots of false information about my own income and credit score. Also took a car for a trade in, was offered 4K less than what another dealer offered us. I am definitely disappointed in this location. Love to see this is how the military is treated here.

Had my oil changed recently. I pulled my jeep in. There was no other cars in the bay. 1 guy at service desk on phone. 3 porters standing against wall, 2 oil techs and a guy on the phone at oil desk. None of them greeted me or asked how can i help you?after 10 minutes without a greeting, the woman with the blue hair said ill get you started. Not sure what she did though. Finally service guy was off phone ..did not say anything and got started. After my jeep was done service said i had an evap leak. I told him i just had the part ordered and fixed a couple months ago here. He stated he did not see anything regarding that. 3 days later engine light and oil change words still lit up..i have to take it back for them to reset. Probably wont be back after getting serviced there since 2012. Service really has changed. Not welcoming or ready to help at all.

Brought my sons vehicle there for recall work.had an 8:30 appointment. Did digital check in at 827. I left the vehicle parked in the designated parking spotWith the keys in the ignitionAt 9:30I left the waiting room to check on the progress on the vehiclle, it was still in the exact same spot.When I called the service deskThey claimedThat because the keys werent in the Box, 3 feet in front of it, they assumed it was just parked there. These people are stupid.

Purchased my first Jeep Wrangler JK at this dealership a few months ago. This was maybe the most painless auto purchase Ive ever gone through. Did a online credit application. I was told to come in and pick out a Vehicle, we have several lenders that are willing to work with you. I took the time to go there go there and pick out a vehicle. Then was told I dont have a credit score and would need to pay cash. I understand if i dont have enough credit to finance a vehicle. Dont tell me all is well and then tell me no way no how when I get there?

Took my Jeep in for a blown fuse. Vehicle returned to me with a driver seat belt that does not retract nor adjust up and down. Service manager says they did not give my tech enough time to put it back together correctly. Apparently he had 4 hours to put it back together incorrectly. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
