When I originally switched to this pharmacy location the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Within the past year there has been quite a bit of overturn with staff and their customer service is lacking tremendously. There has been an issue with each call and each visit, never a smooth transaction. They are not helpful in problem solving and constantly make the customer figure it out on their own. I’ve tried to stress the importance of my baby’s seizure medication needs and it’s as if I’m just a number to them. Sucks to see it go downhill like that, I will definitely be switching pharmacies at this point.

We (3 seniors) took advantage of Rite Aid Kents Covid-19 Booster program.We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. With 4 customers ahead of us.Though, at no time did we feel rushed, or that our pharmacist was giving us less than her Best.We have been customers at this Rite Aid for quite sometime, and will continue to put our trust in the staff there.

There has never been a time where my script was called in and it was ready by the time I got to this rite aid. They wait till the last minute for everything. I take a medicine that I have to take daily. However when my script was called in on a Friday they said they needed to call the doctor before filling it. Mind you they got the script at 4pm. They decided to wait till I got the money there at 6:30 to call which means my doctor was not only closed but closed for the weekend smh. I would NEVER recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Most un organized pharmacy I’ve been to

I Came in Saturday 9/11/21 at about 10:30 am and there’s was two female workers with the worst attitude!! I asked them to change a ripped dollar bill which they had handed to me and they refused to change it proceeded to curse at me and when I tried to buy a small candy bar with that same bill they refused service because they did not want to receive the bill. I am very angry and I was not the only one who received bad service at that moment

Think its sad when you call about your moms meds and the staff argue or be rude just because you ask about pain meds my mom 67 I have a right to call a d check on her meds I should be talked to rude just because Im trying to understand sad

Dont make a mistake of having your passport photo taken here. The ones I had just got rejected, and I had them taken at Walgreens this time and it is accepted. Beware!

I didn’t physically go in, i waited in the car while my roommate got their covid vaccine. they came back visibly upset, and when i asked why, it was because the pharmacist said to them, “your insurance card says you’re a male, not a female. you need to call them to get that corrected.” my roommate is a trans MALE and that is absolutely not okay to assume something like that. work on getting your pharmacists better trained so they don’t discriminate against anyone.

Rite aid is a very fine place to goi have never been treated better in any other retail establishment of any sort than i have been at my rite aid in Kent washington, by DSHS. Really wonderful bunch of people on a daily basis, and excellent in an emergency, exceptional kindliness and willingness to help in anyway they could, the entire staff.

I recently visited and had questions regarding some allergy medicine. The pharmacist Katherine was extremely helpful and insightful. Even though the pharmacy looked really busy, she took the time to answer my questions and get me exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy! 😁

Found this place a couple weeks ago cuz I needed to get covid testing done. I was scared cuz they said I gotta do it myself. the pharmacist Shawn was really nice and put my mind at ease. It wasnt bad at all. He also said sorry for having to wait at the drive thru a long time but I didnt really wait that long my test only took 5 minutes. This is a great free service their providing for the community. Theyre really trying to help out with the pandemic I saw a sign that they will get stuff from inside the store even if we dont have a prescription..they sanitized before and after my test too and they were wearing gloves and a mask. I never thought about coming to rite aid but now I will definitely come back!

The place is okay. Their is a woman who works at the front who wears a black mask that says “If you can read this you are too close” but she doesn’t even wear her masks properly. Also she is very rude and doesn’t care about any customer service. She needs to learn to be a nicer person.

Their customers service need some work. Went in to get something right quick price says $9.99 with card. Get to register the cashier rings it up say $11.99. He did ask do you have a rite aid told him no. Says ok then its $11.99. Dosent ask would you like a rite aid card. So I ask him so if I get a rite aid card it will be $9.99. He replies yeah I guess all annoyed cause asked him..Yall need to teach your employees how to do customer service..

Stand in line forever to drop off a prescription. Dont bother trying to wait--theyl take at least an hour. Stand in line 20-30 minutes when you come back to pick it up. Try different times of day. No matter when you come, youll be in line for 20-30 minutes. Want to buy something at the cash register up front? There will be one person working there. Regardless of how long the line is. This store is designed to drop in for a a quick pick-up, but they seem to think their customers have all the time in the world to wait around until its convenient for them to serve customers. Crazy.

I I have been going to this Rite Aid Kent since 2009 to 2018.From late 2016 to now it has been going downhill and still getting worse. They seem to be in a learning curve for the last 18 months,I have noticed that they have gone through three managers and the pharmacy people seems to be changing every 30 to 90 days !mistakes are getting worse especially in the last 60 daysSamples of problems data entry into the computers incorrect and at times locking the computer up . Brands prescriptions are being changed to generic without consulting the customer, example I have a prescription for manufacture Lipitor with four dollar co-pay . Three times in this 18 months they have changed my Lipitor to generic without telling me at pick up and charge me for the generic which is more . Another a drag needed for a surgery. They filled it charge me full price didnt tell me that this insurance denied it and that they needed a PA from the doctor . Now for customer service is getting worseThey refused to answer my questions when I asked how long they have been working at the facility and I was ignored . The new manager which has only been there one year ignored my complaints about the facility . Shes careless of what the complaints were with the pharmacy, not professional at allThere is one female in the pharmacy that have been dealing with for the last 18 months I noticed that she Is The only one that seems to know what to do or what is going on, I feel bad that I have to complain to her to fix these learning problems of other people .Just want people to beware of mistakes this place makes check your prescriptions information and share that insurance is correct

Im disappointed in some of the pharmacy tech s.. They never smile... They let you stand in line waiting without acknowledgement!!!.. They mixed up my meds....i guess we need to be vigilant.. And make sure the perscription is correct!!!!... The Auburn site is much better!

Its an okay place to go in and out....the pharmacy is pretty quick...a spot where theres a lot of theft...they always follow me around the store, I bet they feel crunchy when I walk to the register and pay for my stuff

The pharmacy makes you wait too long, when you tell them that you have to run somewhere else and that youll just come back, they dont get anything ready till you came back and they will still make you wait atlest 30 minutes....

Compassionless. The pharmacist laughed with a smug look on his face when telling me Id need to wait for my prescription despite seeing that I was bleeding and the numbness from my tooth extraction was wearing off....he actually laughed and walked away.
