The girl with the pink hair is amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the other girls there were very unprofessional and it felt like high school (they were gossiping). They also didnt really know what they were talking about. The girl with pink hair rocked though and deserves a raise for what she puts up with!

(long review) Shout out to Sammie (sp?) for providing EXCELLENT customer service! This is my favorite location anyway because they have the best selection in WA state and they are always friendly. However, today Sammie went out of her way to help me use a gift card. It was a Happy Beauty gift card that can be used at Sally, Sephora and other stores. I had tried to use it at the University Place location, but the cashier said it didnt work and told me I needed to call customer service. I called customer service (they were good) and they told me that I need to go back to a store and if the cashier cant make it work, the cashier needs to call customer service, so thats what I did. After several tries, it didnt work. Sammie called customer service and was on hold for a very long time, finally when someone answered they advised she needed to call Tech Support, so she did. Waiting on hold for a long time (again) and final someone was able to tell her what needed to be done to process my payment. It finally worked! Although this took a VERY LONG time (probably around 45 minutes), she was friendly and did not just basically tell me to get lost, like the person at University Place did. Give Sammie a raise, promotion, bonus or something because she is AWESOME!

The folks that work here are great, especially the heaver set black lady thats been there for years. Her tips have always worked and she knows her stuff. Everyone has a good attitude there.

I love Sally, but I consistently must be the one to tell the sales staff/cashiers about sales or discounts, and 95% of the time I am met with an argument or they tell me no that is not on sale then I show them the app or coupon, and still treated like I asked them to pay for my purchase. Its annoying and embarrassing. I love the products but all of the Sally stores, the sales staff need some brushing up on customer service skills. Its not my job to know your job.

Went there at 2:15 pm the door is locked its says we will back in 30 minutes closed for lunch...thats unheard of I get that people need to have thier lunch but at least write when u willl back like 2:30?? 3??? So I know how long to wait for. On another occasion It got thier 8 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked the girls saw that I was standing there and didnt bother to open the doors or even say word.

At Sally Beauty I could go broke in here because the staff is usually friendly and helpful, the prices are excellent and they have so many great deals!! 😊😊😊
