I have used this company for over 31 years at my personal residences and several condo communities that I manage. I called them this morning before 7:00 am and left them a message about the lift spring had just broke on my garage door at home and I needed someone to repair it as soon as possible because I had to drive to Cleveland. Rick, the service technician was at my house at 8:00 am to replace the lift spring. He done the replacement in a timely and very professional manor and I was on my way for the day. I have been in the property management field for over 42 years and Service doesnt get any better than that. Thanks Again, Steve - Akron Ohio

This company came out to service our garage door in hunters lake apartments after I the opener malfunctioned and wouldnt open. These guys decided the best approach to getting in the garage was to cut a man sized hole above all of my tools and car detailing supplies and Indiana Jones their way into the garage to get it open.Without any idea of what they were going to do to get in, they did all this and left with out saying they made a huge mess that took hours to clean up, and during the process I noticed some new damage (scratches all along the rear window pillar) on my 2015 mustang that I pretty much always keep in the garage. When confronted about the damage they denied it completely and said it wasnt even possible, acting like they could never accidently make a mistake. I would avoid doing business with this company since they cant even be honest with their own mistakes.

Jeff and the H&W folks are pros! We have an old home, which included old pre-1993 garage openers. I originally thought I was going to need to replace openers and rail hardware. And had Jeff said I needed to when he looked at my garage, I would have. But he was honest and told me the rails were fine and to just to replace the openers. Simple, honest and very low pressure. At no point in the process was an “up sell” even mentioned. The work agreed was quoted and two openers, hardware and a quick lesson in programming was completed in two hours. Very happy and highly recommend H&W Garage Doors.

I called H&W Door recently for an issue with our garage door springs - the woman who answered the phone was very kind and even managed to get someone out to me the same day. The repairman (Jeff?) did a great job, he explained the issue to me and how to avoid it in the future, cleaned out everything while he was fixing it, even changed a lightbulb while he was up there. He was efficient but did a quality job. I would absolutely recommend them!

Called right before Christmas. Brad came out and fixed my garage door. Works like a new one. Very professional and nice.

Called at 8am and at my home by 1pm, reasonably priced and friendly staff!

I talked to Scott about my door thinking I needed a new panel, 24 hours +or- Brad showed up and was able to fix my existing panel with very little cosmetic issues . 1.5 hours later the original door was fixed & another door in the same building was adjusted oiled and both work smoother than when they were new :-) H&W Ill never go anywhere elseThanks again Dearth Truckn

My roommate Made a deposit for 2 garage doors on July 17 2017. Was told it would take a week for them to receive then I’d be put on schedule. Never received a call for scheduling. After 3 months of waiting I put doors in myself that I bought from store. On September 27 I called and notified them of issue and was told someone would call me back in a day or two. No one did. I then called a week later on October 4 and was told same thing. Also when they confirmed my phone number they were on digit off and blamed that as the cause for never scheduling. That I had given them wrong number one digit off. Even though their billing person had the right number when she called me twice about the credit card number for payment. Also was told because door was custom I probably wouldn’t receive my whole deposit back. As if it’s my fault they did not call me or install the doors in over 3 months and no call back. Filing small claims next week. They took my money and I received NOTHING. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!
