My goto place for hardware needs.. I gave up on big box no help stores. Ace is great for everything from paint to hardware. Plenty of helpful staff.

Whatever you do dont buy paint down here. Ive had more then one mishap and matching up paint down here is a lost art. I can see missing by a tad but its been far from the actual colors that I needed.

I go there for all my equipment needs. I recently purchased an echo chain saw and craftsman weed Wacker. Employees were super helpful when I was doing research for my purchase!

Associates are very knowledgeable and helpful! If you like pretzles with a little kick, try Dots pretzles, OMG they are crack!!! Absolutely hooked on them!!

I have gone there with some pretty unusual needs and they’ve had what I needed every time. Better than Lowe’s or Home Depot in all my shopping experiences. I’ve been there at least a dozen times and I’m heading there now...gotta go!

This my 1st time shipping at this particular Ace Hardware. The staff was very friendly. I believe 4 employees asked if I need any help in the 10 min I was in the store. The best part is with the sale and my Ace rewards card plus a coupon I got in the mail I only paid alittle better then $5 for this fire extinguisher :D

Great place

Store hours are 8 am to 8 PM Monday-Saturday. Its 8:21, Friday morning and there are no lights and the doors are still locked.The manager showed up while I was typing my post and I was able to get what I needed. (So Im editing my post)The cashier was so awesome that I couldnt leave a 1 star. I hope the manager gets a better alarm clock.

This is a big Ace and they have a lot of things including Heggys chocolate! They have a Yeti section in addition to typical being a typical hardware provider. I had to drive to this one because they were the only ones around with the item I wanted in stock.

Theyre always friendly, helpful, and ready to get me what I need. I always love going here. I hate that at big box stores I have to walk a mile to get nails. Not at Ace!

If you need any hardware supplies in Kent, this is the place to go. Always someone willing to help you find what you need. It is also very convenient.

Glad this little chain store came to Kent. Its very nice inside and theres a good amount of choices whether you need a key made, Mrs. Meyers cleaning supplies (my fav. Lol), or some sort of tool, you find it here. Employees are nice and helpful and if you have a Ace member card they send you lots of really great coupons often, like $5 off any purchase which is awesome.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful by assisting me whenever I shop at the Kent Ace Hardware store. Instead of telling me where an item is located, someone walks me back to the specific area and makes sure I have what I need. Great store and great people.

Nearly every associate asked if they could help me. Definitely a helpful place.

Manager would not return or exchange a grill that had broken pieces . I had the receipt, original box and packaging and was only one week into the 30 day return policy. Other than the manager refusing to honor their policy, the staff is very polite and courteous but I will not be purchasing anything from that store anymore.

Staff are very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. So happy to have a hardware store local. Check it out for yourself. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great selection of most hardware items for the home. Prices seem comparable with other big box diy stores and for me at least, its closer. Nice clean layout with a helpful staff.

Decent store

Dropped off screen for repair. Was told cost would be $18 and be ready in a day or 2. Called 2 days later and not finished yet, said they would call to tell me when its ready. 8 days later no call yet so I called and was told it was ready. Picked it up and cost was $25. Based on this experience 2 stars is generous.
