The staff was really nice and the store was well kept. The only issue was the location. I felt the need to keep my guard up.

Im getting contacted by this store to fill out surveys on my purchases. However, Ive never been to their store and Ive never made a purchase from Sherwin-Williams anywhere in the country, let alone in a state I do not live in. Perhaps they should do a little better with security and making sure they have the correct information. Ive had to spend the morning going through bank statements to make sure my cards werent compromised.

Went in several times for inspiration and was greeted warmly each time. Associates gave great advice when asked and made me feel comfortable as a beginner with a painting project.

While I hate the location of this store (sometimes shifty characters in the nearby lot and hard to access southbound), its worth going because Ive never received anything but exemplary service from the staff. They know their stuff and they let you know of possible issues BEFORE they mix paint (e.g., the oil paint I had mixed might not be completely consistent the next time since pigments were added by hand rather than by machine). Much appreciated. Also, this store supports the neighborhood - they contributed all of the paint used for The Wall mural on 42nd Ave. South. I will continue to patronize them because they support the West Hill community.

Only go there if you want good service and quality paint, otherwise go to the Big Box stores.

I went in to purchase samples of exterior colors I selected from their vast walls of colors available. The gentleman at the counter prepared the samples and kept the info on computer so I would be sure to get any of those colors easily when I was ready to paint. Easy and painless visit.

I appreciate the assistance I get for different projects, it has been great. Recommendations for the right paint and products and I have ended up with being very happy with the results.

They have a record on file of what colors and finishes youve purchased; comes in very handy when you need additional paint for touch ups, etc.

We went looking for a particular type of paint applicator. We had taken in a picture of an old one and he was able tofind the product code. With that information he was able to tell us who carried it. Very helpful even though we didnt buy anything.
