This store was immaculate. It is new, but the place was spotless, staff were very friendly, and even the items on the shelves were aligned perfectly.Great job, everyone!

I really liked this menards. I was looking for bathroom vanity stuff and they have a lot on display. Great place to go to be able to actually see what they look like before buying. Thats pretty huge in my opinion. So glad this one had a good selection to look at.

They were the only ones that had the couch i wanted to buy & the employee MATT that helped me was very extremely helpful! He was in the middle of something,stopped to help me,was extremely nice & very pleasant.The other employees I ended up dealing were also all very helpful & pleasant.If I didnt live so far away,I would go there all the time just because of them.

Carrie did a great job helping us with the bathroom design! She was short handed as someone had called off so she was juggling a rather involved design as a complete gut/remodel, and also trying to help random people with questions. In the end, she helped us complete everything we needed for the entire project. Carrie deserves a pay increase!

Been a fan of Menards for a while! I must say this new one was a bit of a disappointment. I get it, everyone is cheating the system for free money so theres no workers, but even the ones that were there were like hiding and I dont remember their prices being so high. But, for the most part, you can get a lot of stuff there. Love the T-Shirts and the blue jeans they sell are awesome work pants. I guess you could say Im hopeful itll get back to the Menards I remember.

You can shop for home food and pets! My first time here for a staple gun and I was able to grab cereal!

Clean store with helpful and friendly staff. Lots of options to choose from in every section. Really easy to find what we are looking for. Plus they have a stuff bear that drives their floor cleaner. Gotta get there early to see him.

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered 300$ worth of 8ft baseboards online. Got an email confirmation that my order was ready for pickup, went the next day for my order at the pickup and they never pulled my order. Of course they sold most of the baseboards I needed to other costumers. I demanded a refund which of course the young kid gave but the whole time this is going on the manager Anthony is standing there acting like he isnt noticing. I finally ask the manager how this happens and he tells me that its my responsibility to come pull them off the floor lol Im not sure what the point of having online ordering or why I got an email telling me they pulled my order if they dont actually do it.

My husband and I went to Menards to purchase a 50 AMP plug for our RV. Loren showed my husband a converter connector that will work perfectly. The employees are always very helpful. We used to drive to the Menards in Warren and are happy to have the store in Portage county. We choose to shop at Menards over Lowes and Home Depot because of the selection of products and the great employees.

I love Menards, but no one ever knows where anything is! Ive been sent to 4 different places in the store for an item before. It was Plaster of Paris. Do you know where it is? 😁

Store was very clean and organized..I usually dont need help.. but today I need help locating a circuit breaker no one to be found and walking past Plumbing on my way to paint past at least five employees not one of them spoke to me in any manner... on my way to the register an employee Chris said hello can I help you I was actually floored after passing five prior workers I even told him that.. on my way to the register a woman employee again ignored me walking to the aisle across from me not to communicate obviously wanted to register the lady was very helpful and nice I told her about my experience because she asked and no point did anyone get a manager or even give a s*** how I really felt at this point... after spending $86 and getting my 11% back eventually in the mail I will return of course

Unlike the other big box stores, Menards seems to always have what I need and at decent prices. Just wish it was closer.

Great prices, great help from the workers in the shipping / receiving part of the store- they went above and beyond to help get lumber on top shelves with a tow motor. At the other box stores most workers tend to scatter to the wind if they think you need assistance- not here

Menards is an amazing store, so many choices not to mention something for everyones wallet. However their customer service is far from the standard that it should be, no desire to help. Im positive that going above and beyond for the customers experience isnt an option. Sad to see a business with that attention to detail and then crash and burn for the customer 🙁Great merchandise, hundreds of choices if you can bypass the other.

So many issues. Tried to return a mower that was spitting fire out of the carb that was bought several months ago but had never worked right. Manager said once you put oil and gas in anything Menards you own it forever!! Contacted all the numbers and emails they gave me for mower manufacturer and no response. Another associate there was on walkie talkie basically talking to another store member talking about mower manufacturer and apparently they have major issues!!

When you call Menards (in Kent, OH, but probably all of them) you immediately get a recording announcing that Menards is dedicated to service and quality..., yet the caller is forced to sit through a litany of department names until the desired one is announced. Hitting zero is not a valid option and doing so starts the call over. I dont view that as being dedicated to service. Being dedicated to service would involve a human being answering the phone and routing the call, or listing the customer service desk option first (its 216, btw) in order to prevent all the frustration one gets while waiting for the correct extension to be announced, to simply ask, in my case, about the cost of propane. If I were the guy in Mill Working, the first option that one undoubtedly hits when hanging up and calling back (extension 201), I would get tired of answering the phone and routing the call to general customer service. I will say that the Mill Working guy was very nice and offered to route the call, as was the customer service desk employee when I finally got to speak with her. Sadly, by the time you get to one of them, the frustration has already mounted, the claim to provide dedicated service and quality is a lost cause, and Im already Googling phone numbers for Lowes and Home Depot. Are you listening Menards management??

One of the nicest stores Ive ever been in. Great place to buy, appliances, electronics. home improvement things. They even carry some food items. Theyve got it all, definitely worth checking out.

Too big to care !Ordered a very large item and it was supposed to be delivered. They stated multiple times it would be delivered. Then they emailed that it was ready for pickup. When I complained they said they meant delivered to the store. Delivery was another fee at another station in the store and I was somehow supposed to have known that through ESP. So now I have to pay pallet charges, fuel charges, Service charges... Im surprised I didnt have to pay convenience fees and building use fees... Definitely wouldnt recommend ordering anything without consulting a lawyer first.***Update - they only just now realized the product was damaged after having it a week. They are reordering, lets see if Ill have to pay yet more for a product and service already paid for...***

Usually very helpful except the one time a younger worker offered to help me load a barrel planter in car he said let me help we both pull planter off stack then he lets go and says do you have it I say not really as he proceeds to watch me duck walk to car ouch my back hurt for 3 days.

Was one of my favorite stores until I watched how rudely they treat people,the way they dont help those who need help finding things they are looking for or whatever else it may be..then I realized that I always know what Im going in the store for and where its at so while Ive not ever needed help here,now I realize that they not once ever even asked me if I needed help locating anything.....I love shopping at manards but this one has seen me for the last time.i will drive 2 hours away before I ever shop here again.

My experience wasnt the greatest at this establishment. I have to say though, the staff was very nice and courteous. The issue lies with the food there. I understand that the store is new and all but my gosh. The pro rib tasted horrible and there wasnt enough barbeque sauce with it. My side dish of insulation was too chewy for my liking. The waiter on the forklift was helpful though, however, I did ask for a glass of water and he refused to give me some! I mean at that point I was so thirsty that he couldve peed in my mouth and it wouldve been so refreshing. I was referred to go pay at the gate by the forklift waiter, he also told me that there would be to-go boxes there. So I hopped in my 1992 Honda Civic with V-Tech and drove to the exit gate. Once there I got my to-go boxes and left without anything else happening. Overall my experience wasnt pleasant because of the food. The head chef Josh really needs to go find his balls and get his act together.

My husband and I have to use an electric cart and there is only 2 in the whole store. We can not shop when we go there because theres not enough of them.

I shop there regularly and was so livid tonight with my experience...my daughter and I bought 10 bags of topsoil and 4 16/16 paver blocks...the boy that was helping us load them was evidently not happy about helping us...Ill give him it was late but not closing time...if I wouldnt have made him put them in right I would have had a trunkful if cement by the time I got home....I have never complained to a manager before but I was beyond furious by the time I left...

Returned an item, replaced item with correct size(my fault), no problem.We really like the store.

Update DO NOT BUY ONLINE FOR PICKUP. Waited at the desk for 15 minutes with no one to help then called the store to get someone to help. I paid $7 to speed it up and I could have picked it up myself item by item faster. Arghhhhh.Clean, neat, organized. Its my first time in the store but I liked it a lot. I wish I had one where I live.

They had the best selection of security doors however there was absolutely no one there to help. I eventually found someone who said there were only 3 people there to help and all 3 were too busy to be of assistance. How were there only 3 people there on a very busy saturday afternoon! I will stick to the menards in Stow from now on.
