I recently had to replace my Ethan Allen bed but wanted to keep the rest of the bedroom furniture. Lauren took the time to assist me in finding just the right bed and leather color to coordinate with my room. It looks like I bought the room all at the same time. So happy!

I have had a really good experience working with Melissa H. from Ethan Allen in Kentwood. She has been a great help to me, both in my home and in the store choosing pieces for my living room. Our adventure is ongoing and I am enjoying it very much.

We bought a couch from Ethan Allen. Very quickly the back cushions became uncomfortable. The middle cushion seemed to deflate. I finally got sick of it this winter and opened the cushions up. It turns out they used the wrong size foam padding in the middle cushion. It was only 3 inch thick and the other cushions were 4 in thick. Fixed it myself for about a hundred bucks, have some quality control.

I’m writing this for my 86 year old mother. My mother got her coffee table in 1961. Here are her words. My 7 children have stood on it, jumped on and off it. All kinds of toys on it. My 12 grandchildren have used it the same way. Now my 8 great grandchildren are doing the same things. My 3 year old great grandson puts his pillow on it to lay down then stands on it to jump off. It’s still as strong as ever. She forgot to mention this table was used when she got it and also traveled in a moving van from Grand Rapids to Hershey Pennsylvania to Oklahoma City to Dallas Texas and back to Michigan. I know where I’ll be shopping for my next room of furniture. Thank you Ethan Allen!

Great service, beautiful chair !!!

We had a wonderful experience. Our designer, Betsy Simpson, listened to our wishes and came through with great ideas. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. Every time I walk in my home I am struck by how beautiful it is.

I’m thrilled with Amy and the way we worked together to make my house my home. Love my new dining room chairs, living room rug and sofa. Very pleased with Ethan Allen. However I did sign up for your Guardsman insurance and was not impressed with the man they sent to try to get a coffee stain out of the new rug. Your insurance is only as good as their representatives and that does reflect on Eathan Allen.

Designer assistance was wonderful and our living room design looks nice. HOWEVER, the quality of the couch cushions and chair fabric is unacceptable. Although the furniture is out of warranty, I would expect the name Ethan Allen to hold up longer than nine years. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Judy was amazing and very friendly. If we had the money we would order several pieces from this store based on her service alone!

Ridiculous customer service. They do not act on behalf of the customer at all. Claim that models that are on their floor, in standard size and color are “custom” and, therefore, unable to be returned. Plenty of other options out there. Avoid Ethan Allen.
