2+ years ago, my wife had a small nail in her tire and I had an injury, so she took it here. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to look at it, the guy told her she needed a new tire, so I told her to leave. Although injured and struggling, I plugged the tire myself.21,000 miles later she finally needs new tires, but that plug is still there and has never leaked. I wont be going here for my new tires. This shop was recommended by Tire Rack to install my tires. My tires are wide and low profile and take longer to do. They were short staffed and running behind, but made sure my tire install and the other vehicles in the bays were all completed, even though they worked almost an hour beyond normal business hours. Work was done professionally. Price was less than other shops wanted. Very friendly group of people with excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

Took the time to schedule a Valvoline Ultimate oil change package on June 30th for my 2009 BMW 328i before I went to work. My vehicle drove normally on the way back to work but, on the way home that evening, I was then greeted with a Service Engine Soon light that was not present prior to the oil change. From there on my vehicle began to struggle to accelerate, idle violently, and cut off immediately after start up on multiple occasions. With fear of causing further damage to my only means of transportation I had no choice but to spend time out of my only day off this week to resolve this issue. After two hours of diagnosis at Crown BMW of Greensboro, Service Advisor Jason Brown informed me that the reason that I have spent 2 hours of my time and unfortunately will be spending $201.54 to address the Service Engine Soon light today was because the mechanic(s) who performed the oil change and NTB of Kernersville simply left the engine oil cap loose.For years NTB of Kernersville has always offered excellent customer service and has been my primary location for vehicle servicing but after this I do not plan on doing business with them again.
I went there for rear tires last week. I asked the to check the brakes because the peddle seemed low. When I left I asked if they checked the brakes and he said they checked the rear but not the front ( go figure) . He said that the rear brakes were fine. So, I set up an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday. I called at 12 and they still had not looked at my car (so much for appointments). Two and a half hours later they call and tell me my car was done. Now they claim the REAR ( which they said were were good) were bad and I need rotors. Bill went from what should have been about 160 to 500 and the peddle seems no different. I have been to NTB several times and each time I go, they seem to have lost all my information in their system. If you go at a time when theyre busy, plan on being there a while before you even see someone.

Had an Appointment for 3 PM on a Thursday. I arrive on time. There was one person sitting and another one checking out. I checked in and the guy that help me said it would be 45 minutes to get my oil change and tires rotated. He said if your waiting to have a seat and leave him the keys, which I did. An hour went by lokled outside where my car was at and it hadnt moved. People were coming in and out seemed quite busy so I continued to wait. They finally got me done. It was now 5 PM. Didnt acknowledge the over wait time or anything. No apologizes no nothing. Needless to say I wont be back. And if youre smart and like your time you shouldnt either. Just saying!!!!
If only βNo Starsβ were an option.I had called after 4+ hours after dropping it off and they had confirmed which car was mine and they said, βIt is in the back being worked on.β When my husband called 2 hours later, βThey claimed it was still in the back and would be done around 6.β*Note I as the customer had to call them multiple times because they NEVER called me to update me!(I decided to go up there myself because they were closing soon and hadnβt heard from them) After waiting 6+ hours for two tires to be replaced when I went up there (15 minutes before they close) the car was STILL SITTING IN THE SAME SPOT THAT I LEFT IT IN STILL WITH A FLAT TIRE! They claimed that they got it confused with another car. No form of apology what so ever!Will NEVER be taking a car back to this company ever again. It was absolutely unacceptable and they lied multiple times.
It took two and a half hours just to get a oil change and tire rotation needless to say I will not be returning horrible service!
Came in because I picked up a metal shank in one of my tires and needed to have it replaced. My spare picked up a nail the previous week so I was pretty much out of options, I needed 2 new tires. Staff were very friendly and told me it would be approximately an hour and a half, the service manager checked my tires and assured me he had some on hand. An hour and 45 minutes later I was told that whoops they made a mistake and they actually didnt have the right tires. So they would need to get the tires brought to the store, which would take an additional 45 minutes to an hour for the tire to arrive plus another 30 min for install. I went and checked my tire which but it was too flat for me to drive to the dealership or try another garage. If I had been told sooner i might have been able to go somewhere else or make arrangements to be picked up. I wish i had because their revised time estimate was WAY off. Instead I got to wait 2.5 hours longer. I came in at 2 and left at 630. The staff were nice and very apologetic, but I will NEVER be back again, and unless you just have an afternoon to kill with no agenda, I would definitely recommend avoiding this place as well.

Ill start off by mentioning that I havent had issues with NTB until this past Monday 1/28/19.I took my car to have the back tires replaced because one was leaking. Id patched/plugged where a nail had been, but assumed the tire was leaking through the patch. Turns out it was leaking from a staple in the middle of the tread. I point out this tire to the mechanic, ask if can be patched, then patch it to save from buying new tires, but I understand if it needs to be replaced.What happened is they took off the tire that was leaking, the one I specifically pointed out, and rotated it to the front of my car, and put new tires on the back of my car. I know this because when I was pumping air into the tire I saw the patch Id made. So a faulty tire that was pointed out was left on my car. Luckily I didnt dismiss the low pressure warning you might sometimes get with new tires, and end up damaging the rims of my car, mess up the alignment, or even wreck.I bring this up to customer service, Jenna, requesting a reimbursement for services that clearly were not provided. She informed me that the district manager would be giving me a $25 gift card for my inconvenience. I declined the $25 gift card.I returned to the shop where they were able to get back the better of my front tires and put in place of the faulty one theyd rotated.The fact that a tire was specifically pointed out, and kept on my car due to the negligence of NTB, and finding out that the true reason behind my leak was overlooked, being charged $364 for service that was done incorrectly (basically not done considering I had the tire still on my car), signing up for their credit card payments and having my credit hit, having to take time to return to the shop for a mistake they made, and all their willing to do is offer me a $25 gift card is beyond frustrating.Its poor taste that my vehicles condition was compromised, potentially along with my safety, and they (NTB) value that at $25.**pictures**Here is my patch on the tire, and you can see its deflated because it was never fixed. And the other tire is from the set of the new ones they put on the back, and moved the leaking one to the front.**Update as of 2/5/2019**After speaking with the district manager, they were reluctant to take $100 off the total charges. I would say Im thankful, if the district manager didnt mention during our phone call that he believed I wasnt entitled to any sort of reimbursement since the job was eventually done.

NTB made my safe again. After getting work done at mavis, I explained that my car was unstable. The manager was understanding of my suspected fraud from another company. He had the techs verify all issues before anything was fixed. Huge thanks to these techs for actually being human and fixing my drivability issues caused by another shop.
Absolutely the worst experience Ive had at any automotive business. Brought them a tire that should have been covered by warranty but they made an excuse to not warranty it and force me to buy a new one. Also took them just the wheel and tire off my vehicle, and they said it was delayed due to trying to find my vehicle at the shop to put it on... Which when I dropped it off they insured it be ready before 5 so I could put it back on my car and pick up my kids, but come 5:50pm they still didnt have it ready and yet they were supposed to close at 6:00pm. My tire wasnt ready until 6:20pm. It was very poor service.
Dropped in to get wifes tire patched. Staff was friendly and got my car in without an appointment. Tire was patched and I was on my way.

Never go here itβs a scam job. Did such a horrible job on my breaks that I went within a month to a reputable mechanic. I get dumb for using them in a pinch instead of waiting. Not only was I over charged but as I went to the mechanic my family members suggested they showed several issues from the previous job, brought me to it and showed me how they left excessive buildup and grease to cover up a poor job. The rotors seemed like the cheapest brand possible but they up charged for premium rotors and brake pads.
After making an appointment for 12pm, and being told I was next in the building I waited for 3 hours. My car never moved. They said they were short staffed. Once I witnessed the staff arguing and complaining about each other, I asked for my keys back and told them I was leaving. No attempt to apologize, or retain my business. They argued with me a little about what they told me, and I left. Wasted a day. Do not recommend.
I bought 4 brand new tires from an online retailer. I called NTB of Kernersville a few days prior of my apt to get an estimate of how much it would cost to just have the tires put on my car. I was told 16$ per tire plus taxes and fees. When I arrived at my apt the manager was super rude and treated me like an inconvenience. I told him I had made an apt for today and he said he would try to get my car done today. The entire time he was gathering my information he continually complained about his job. Upon completing my registration he informed me my total cost would be around $170. I was confused by this price since I was told 16$ per tire. He charge an absurd amount for labor and tried to charge me for valve stems (40$) I did not request. I did not feel comfortable with this amount of money nor did I feel comfortable as a woman having services performed here. He tried to add extra charges that he assumed I would not notice due to me being a female. I later confirmed this when I called another NTB in Greensboro and they quoted me an out the door price of 98$ instead of 170$. Also asked how much it would be to install an air filter and he said it would depend on labor and he said sometimes it take an hour to replace (which I know is incorrect since I use to service write for an automotive shop- it take 5 min). After all was said and done, I had my services completed at the Walmart Tire, Lube, Express for 54$. If i could give negative stars I would. This place is scamming people who do not have knowledge of vehicles an/or are woman.
Made an appointment for 130 pm. As soon as I checked in the Manager complained that he was short staffed. He does this every time by the way. He said it would be 45 minutes to an hour before they could pull it in. Well it took 1 hour and 35 minutes. Then it just sat there for another 55 minutes. It took almost 4 hours to get tires put on and I had an APPOINTMENT. I told you myself the last time I would not be back. That was 3 years ago. So much for second chances. Place is terrible and Jeff the manager should be replaced.
Took my car out to the shop at 11:30am on Saturday. Asked if they could replace the front left tire with a same size tire they had in stock, literally a 30min job (I know because thats about how long it took for me to change the flat to the spare before going there). Left the car over night. Called several times on Sunday leading up to their closing time and was put on hold for roughly 10min each time for them to check on the status. Finally when asked what could take so long with one tire change, they responded that they had me down for an alignment and tire plug. At no point was that ever mentioned during drop off. They corrected the work to be performed and said they would handle getting the tire put on. At 3:30 that same day, 30min before they closed, they still had not called me back. I went there to see the vehicle still in the parking lot with the spare that I had put on myself. They had not performed any work, did not tell me that they were not going to be able to get to it and let my car sit there for a 1 1/2 dayswdays all it needed was 1 tire put on. They are amateurs. Whoever manages the place does a poor job.

I will not be coming back to NTB, we called at 330 asking if they could replace our two back tires as one had gone flat. They said yes no problem, bring it in. We arrived at 4pm and itβs now 5:35pm, and we probably wonβt be done until 6pm when they close... itβs 2 TIRES. We asked for an ETA they said βyour next not longβ. They should have been honest with us about how long this would take from the beginning. Also I (a women) checked my car in and for whatever reason they are asking my FIANCΓ about a change is price?? SIR I AM THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE AND I AM PAYING PLEASE SPEAK TO ME. I had to stand up and stand in front of my man for him to have that conversation with me. Lastly there is a woman who has been here for 3 hours for one tire replacement and an inspection! They told her they started the inspection an hour ago and when she complained they told her they were starting it now. So they lied to her as well. When we complained they said they were understaffed due to covid. I am sorry but that does not excuse them from lying to paying customers about the estimated time there cars will be serviced. This is our first and last time coming to NTB. π‘
The guy we spoke to (Thomas) was a nice gentleman and knowledgeable but i think he may have been the only able employee there. I understand being shorthanded and it being the end of the day; however, when we arrived they said about 45mins maybe an hour and rather than leave we decided to sit and wait. It ended up taking 2.5 hrs to get us 2 new tires put on... We were fine with waiting but after an hour and a half i decided to check on the progress and was told 15 more minutes.. multiple times....this made me start to loose my patience, but what sent me over the edge was them saying theyre short handed multiple times and one of the two guys stopping work on my vehicle to go around and get up trash rather than just finish my tires, and my vehicle was already on the lift! Basically they lied to me just to keep me there so they can get my money then allow your goobers to do meaningless stuff that can wait. Then when receiving the car FINALLY it smelt like beer and the tires werent even rotated which was supposed to be included in the price. I literally dont understand how theyre in business. Just give a realistic time up front or dont at all. This was my first visit and it will definitely be my last. Inexcusable.

Stopped because low tire pressure light was on since normal place I go was closing in 40 munutes. This NTB location seemed annoyed that I would ask them to check tires for possible leaking and give me quote for new replacement set of 4 since I am planning to replace tires in next 30 days. Given their unwillingness to check my tires for a possible damaged tire (only would top tires off with air), I think Ill steer clear of this establishment and go to my stand by place Beroth Tire where they are always willing to help.
Very disappointed. I arrived on Tuesday 9/15/20 to purchase 2 new tires. I guess they were short staffed because it took about 2.5 hours to complete. 2 days later I noticed my right tire was flat. Turns out the valve stem was damaged which was not an issue before taking it to NTB. Now today 9/22/20 the left tire is flat because that valve stem is damaged as well! This is quite ridiculous and if your staff donβt know how to replace a tire properly without causing damage then hire a new tech! Will not be returning to this place.
We are new to the Kernersville area. Went to NTB, due to being a large chain with weekend hours, for a check engine light and VTM-4 light. Diagnostic showed bad engine coils. We had all changed and they did a tire rotation WITHOUT asking me, while driving home the lights came back on and I noticed an obvious wobble with the steering wheel above 45. Immediately went back and dropped it off. Got is back a few days later being told all was good. Within a week the lights were back on and noticed the vehicle running rough. Prior to taking it back the battery would die if not driven daily (I have a company truck which is used frequently, thus I do not always drive my personal). Got it back up to be looked at and was told it is βsoft codesβ and there is no problem. NTB claimed it was running smooth and told me my battery was bad, so they sold me a new one. The old battery was less than a year old from a different auto store. Still running rough and the new battery kept failing if the vehicle sat longer than a day. Went back up to NTB at least 2 more times. I was told the tech who did the coils failed to connect something, but he was already let go and they apologized. The vehicle was still running rough and the lights were still coming on and battery failing. Same excuse of βsoft codesβ that canβt be diagnosed. Frustrated, so I started looking for another auto repair shop. Within 15 minutes of dropping it off somewhere they called and said there were multiple codes all pointing to a need for a valve adjustment. Got the valve adjustment done and the vehicle runs as if it was brand new!!! I started researching the battery issue prior to dropping it off at the new auto repair shop. After a couple hours of my time, YouTube, and a 15.00 part off Amazon and the battery draw was corrected. The new repair store tested the battery while diagnosing the other issues and stated it was no longer viable due to the constant drains. I took the vehicle back to NTB and they were beyond absurd. It was raining and I, out of habit turned the vehicle off upon arrival. They REFUSED to jump me offβ¦I had to call my wife to drive up and jump me off. They treated me as if I was trying to scam them out of a batteryβ¦verifying the VIN of the vehicle I was inβ¦yup, I went out and bought an identical vehicle with another NTB battery and was trying to get a free battery to sell on ebay!!!! To top it off, an NTB battery only a couple months old failed because NTB did not diagnose the draw and they CHARGED me 17.00 for installation due to their incompetence. As for the steering wheel wobble, I took it back to the tire place we always use, and they immediately found a wheel weight missing. The wheels were balanced, and the wobble is completely gone. I will NEVER go to NTB again!!!!
These people here were amazing. Both the employees I dealt with were managers and they didnt try to give me any weird shpeal of sell me something I didnt need. They were all very professional and got the jobs done quickly on a very busy day.
Worst customer service experience Iβve had. Called three days in advance to schedule an appointment for a tire patch. We were there when they opened, the staff wasnβt. Service Advisor, Jeff, never made eye contact once he got the lights on and the door unlocked at about 10 after and complained about having to be there. We called multiple times to check on car, were left on hold twice for over 10 minutes, only to have to hang up and call back. After getting nowhere by phone, we drove back to the store where we were told by Thomas that he had no idea why our car hadnβt been touched, we asked for our keys, he handed the over and moved on to the next person without any apology or consideration for our time they had wasted. After 8 hours, we picked up the car from the spot we left it after never having been touched (yes, thatβs right, we were there for a patch). I would have reached out to management before leaving a review but based on everyone we interacted with, I have no faith in this establishment or the people that run it.

Jeff & Ed are great, and yes some of the reviews are negative about time issues, but they generally always get my vehicle done in a timely manor. I usually make arrangements to drop my vehicle, and one of them will call me when my vehicle is ready for pick-up, and it is generally in the time window they provided. I trust them both and they always take care of all my vehicle and my familyβs. Jeff & Ed are both former technicians and they are trustworthy, and get it right or make it right. If you want someone You can trust to take care of your vehicles, see Jeff or Ed.
Called on a Tuesday morning to see if they had tires I was looking for. They said they would have to order, but they should be in that afternoon. Went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday morning to get tires installed and oil change. Got there at 8am. They said they sold one of the four that was ordered so they would have to find one. Was not able to get my truck back until 4pm. A few days later, I noticed my truck leaking oil (50k miles on truck). Assumed it was a loose drain plug or pinched o-ring on filter. Took it back. After 1-1/2 hrs of wait, the manager said they couldnβt find anything and that it was just βresidual oil from the oil changeβ, although I have oil all over my driveway. He said they cleaned all the oil up from under my truck and I should be ok. When I was walking back out to my truck I stopped and asked the service tech who just worked on my truck if he found anything. He told me he found a βloose boltβ which he tightened. Iβm assuming he meant the drain plug. Either way his story was different than the managers. Now, 24hrs later, my truck is still leaking oil.Weβve used NTB for the last several years on our vehicles, but weβll no longer give them our business. Very disappointed in our experience this time around.
No COVID Safety Protocols, Poor Service, Shady buisiness practices. Nobody wearing gloves or sanitizing the surfaces after they touch the computer, phone, door, steering wheel, wheel, shifter, etc. Manager took his mask off in the lobby to type on the computer while I was standing within arms length.Also tried to swindle me into buying parts that would have amounted to over 700% more than what was needed to service my vehicle and over double the labor that ultimately was required to service my vehicle. No Customer Service from NTB Corporate either.

Great service, place was very busy and the folks working there just kept a steady pace. Went from thinking I may have to buy 4 tires to getting mine plugged for free. Had a promotion. I know where I will go when it is time to buy tires.
The people/workers were really nice but kept saying it would only take a few more minutes,we were there from 1:33 to 5:29 (printed on the invoice). Also, a few days after my visit, I was reviewing my bill... I noticed that there was a $4 military (?) discount on my $600 bill. I called a few days later and was told this was the correct amount for the military discount. Online a military discountis supposed to be a 10% on services. My labor total is $278.44. My parts amount is $254.97. They added a $35 charge for shop fees. The only portion of my bill that was discounted was balancing the tires ($39.96) that is included in the labor portion. I just thought I would let people know that they say they offer a military/first responder discount but it really isnt much of a discount at all. They could have just said no and kept the $4 as far as Im concerned. I wont be going back.
I needed air in one tire due to the extreme cold weather. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk gentleman took it upon himself to check all of my tires pressure before letting me leave. Much appreciated thank you for your awesome kindness NTB.

I scheduled an appointment for 10am Sunday morning for an oil change . I even got there a little early, and then 10am came along and the doors were not opened until 3 minutes after . I finally got inside and i wasnβt even acknowledged. It was 10:15 when i was finally helped (a very unhappy employee with no customer service skills) and then i was told i would have to wait 1 hour for a simple oil change . So tell me, what was the point of an appointment ?! This was going to be my first time trying NTB and the experience was disappointing (a complete waste of time ) . I will NOT be going there again . I will continue taking my business else where
TRIED TO USE THE NC INSPECTION PROCESS TO FORCE ME INTO AN UNEEDED REPAIR. My wife dropped off our car to get an inspection. Jeff was barely out of the front door before saying we needed tires. Granted the tires are low BUT WERE NOT ON THE TREADWEAR INDICATORS. This gave me a bad feeling but this is the only inspection place open on Sunday so we preceded. After so eagerly pointing out our tires my wife went in and waited twenty minutes (the only person in line) before being acknowledgeD. She watched Jeff answer phones and pretend she wasnt there. When she finally was helped she was told it would be ready by 4pm. Luckily we called before leaving to pick the car up. We were told it wasnt ready at 330 but they never bothered to call and tell us. We were told they would be working a little past 4. So we got there at 4:05 and we could see that the car wasnt up front so I got gas and a carwash came back my car still wasnt up front so we wait and finally the car is done around 5pm. Jeff called to tell me that it failed inspection due to play in the steering wheel and then proceeded to give me very large repair bill before he could pass inspection. I work on all of my own cars and I had inspected the front suspension and steering when I replaced the front shocks and greasing the front end less than a thousand miles ago. Outside of me inspecting the parts myself there is no play in my wheel, it goes perfectly straight down the road, the suspension and steering make no noise, no bumpsteer, no wander, no wheel shimmy ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I had a similar issue with this place when it was under the merchants name. I took my car in for an inspection and was told my battery was weak and they wanted 200 plus labor to replace. I tested the battery myself with a load tester and not only did it test fine it lasted until I sold the car three years later. As another reviewer said they may have changed there name but they are still up to the same sleazy practices of trying to rip people off. I told Jeff that I knew there was nothing wrong with the car and I could see he was trying to get a needless repair. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that I would have to wait until Monday to talk to one. In the meantime Jeff would be holding my car hostage until then if I didnt pay him the $20. After the poor service and being lied to about unnecessary repair work I certainly wasnt going to leave my car with these people overnight. If they would have given my keys and let me go after there poor customer service I would have been upset but would have just never returned. They wasted my time, lied to me, tried to hold my car hostage and then charged me $20 for this terrible experience. This is one of those places that will take advantage of you if they think they can get away with it. Jeff you may have got my $20 but hopefully people will read this and stay away from NTB Kernersville.***update 07/13/2020***As expected I took my car to another inspection station and it passed with flying colors with no mention of any steering issues. NTB Kernersville is using the NC inspection process to try and force customers into unneeded repairs.

I was a first time customer and got my car serviced today for an oil change. It is my grandfathers car and although it was purchased in 2018, the oil had not been changed sinceπ±, thankfully since its purchase it had only been driven for only 1k miles. Emmet Pittman worked to assist me in getting the service set up and was very helpful.After the service was complete, I went outside to check the car and a safe that was in the trunk was empty of the 2k in cash that my grandfather kept in their (I dont know why he does that, it makes me uncomfortable to have that amount of money on me) and I started to freak out. I knew that the only other places I had been were at my mothers house and the NTB. Initially, I misinterpreted the store Managers reaction towards me (his sugar levels were plummeting) and I started to get increasingly upset.I ended up contacting the police, the manager allowed the officer and I to review the footage and when we reviewed the footage none of the employees had gone into the trunk. I apologized for making the accusation and the manager Jeff Moore accepted my apology and was very sweet and empathetic towards me. If ever I need a service when I am in town I will definitely use them and will encourage my family that lives nearby to go there too.
In your title, it has Tire and service center. Website states they open at 7 am. Iβm there early to make sure Iβm first in line, get a plug, got screw in tire, and still get to work on time. Guess what, guy who unlocked door at 7 am wants to know if I can leave it? He doesnβt have anyone coming in until 9. Why do you open at 7 am if you canβt do any work. Will never go back, will never recommend and will continually tell everyone not to go there.
Tried to charge me for something I didnβt need. Only because I asked questions did I save myself money. Also told me I get a rebate witch is the only reason I came here. When they were done and checking me out they advised me I wasnβt eligible For the rebate. also nowhere else charges you all these ridiculous extra fees there was $50 of extra fees and everywhere else I called did not charge any additional fees so needless to say save yourself some money and donβt go here.

Team in Kernersville took great care of me and my vehicle. Need to have brakes replaced and they acted immediately to inspect, quote and install new brakes and rotors. When they realized the rear brakes did not need replacing they promptly informed me and adjusted my quote. Service was quick and thorough. Ed was polite and helpful. A great experience.
Will not ever go back to let them do any work on my vehicles. Next to the worst experience I have ever had at a auto repair shop. I would just advise anybody to shop around and read reviews before taking your vehicle somewhere, after spending almost 3k on my truck i cant even drive it, they screwed my drivers side door up it wont even close all the way, i had new tires put on my wifes car from there last year and i would rather pay someone else to rotate and balance them, than take it back there and let them do it even though it is supposed to be free!!. I would not refer this location to my worst enemy!!!
I called about Michelin tires and got a appt, when I got there they were trying to give me another tire I didnt ask for. I didnt call a d say what kind of tires are you running on sale, I specified I wanted Michelin tires they quoted me a price 453.00 our the door then said I couldnt get them at that price then quoted me 600.00 I told them about anther place had quoted me 561.15 the guy said thats 90.00 difference, I said well are you going to match them or what then he went on the back and stayed a little bit, then came back and said they couldnt get them. They didnt try to match it especially for there mistake or say well we will have them tomorrow. I will never take my vehicle back there I have been using that shop for 17 years and will never again they used to be a good place to get work dont.Som I called Beroth Tire and Automotive and girls what they quoted and they put my tires on and a alignment all in less than an hour. I like Beroth
The employees are very unprofessional including the Supervisor Jeff. Mother waited over 2 hours to get her car serviced just for them to tell her there was no ink in the printer to print of the paperwork/invoice from the service. So I called the business to see if they were able to send me an email attached with the paperwork/invoice in regards to the service today so I could print off the information myself, Jeff told me to hold on and he would take my email down and send me the information needed and I was on hold for 25 minutes before another Service Rep (Unknown name) picked up the call. I explained to the Service Rep that I needed the print off from where they serviced her car for the estimate for the alignment, He proceeds to say there is no paperwork the alignment was free. Which is besides the point, regardless of whether the estimate was FREE or not I wouldnt want the service of them fixing my alignment if something was wrong ANYWAYS after this encounter, which it actually WAS something wrong! I needed the paperwork/invoice to attach to a claim where my car sought damages, so the damages could be paid for! At this point, I asked for the Supervisor and it was who do you know (JEFF) who took my email address as if he was going to email me, stating that he will email me in 5 minutes with the paperwork/invoice, but I NEVER received ANYTHING.! I will NOT be RETURNING here! If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD! Jeff is a liar and this business does NOT have good customer service at all! They were definitely reported to the headquarters!5-13-19
Let me start by saying Iβve always liked Jeff.but the service at this location is a problem. Dropped off my car on Thursday around 1 for an oil change and alignment with specific instructions that Iβd be back today. I feel like 72 hours is a very generous time period for them to work me in. Called to check on my status at 4 this afternoon. After being treated rudely by Brett TWICE and being on hold for over 10 minutes TWICE, I was informed my car still hasnβt been serviced. Jeff then tried to convince me my car was dropped off last night and promised it would be done before they leave. Truthfully I needed it done this am which is why I gave them 72 hours. My guess is that the job is being rushed and will not be the level Ithat I have every right to expect.
I went here for just an oil change and tire rotation because I had a coupon. I had made an appointment and had a busy day planned after. Initially, it started off great, nice folks, comfortable waiting room. The guy helping me comes and says, I have to talk to you, come with me, and takes me into the garage area. Tells me the ball joint is loose on my car and needs to be fixed right away because it could come apart while driving anytime. Says he can fix it for $500. I called my husband to tell him, and suddenly the price dropped $25. Husband says we will get a second opinion, and the price dropped another $50?! Drove away after waiting an hour and a half for a 30 minute appointment, and strange noises started immediately! Took the car to my mechanic and strangely, there were bolts missing from my brake setup causing a terrible noise. Not only that, they did NOT even rotate my tires or dill them up, two of them were dangerously low on air. I will NEVER go back to NTB because the sales pressure is intense and I went for a simple oil change! How can you diagnose a problem and expect me to trust you to fix it on the same visit, my FIRST visit to your business ever. Then drop the price when I refuse service? Then dont do what you told me you did??? Terrible experience.
Fantastic job on the tires. Truck rides perfectly from 0 - 100mph. No shimmy at any speed. Ed was knowledgeable and detailed and Jeff was polite and friendly. Thanks to all involved!!
Good fast professional service at a good price
Ive had my vehicles serviced by this location for 2 years, and have been an NTB customer since 2002. Today was the first experience Ive ever seen where the salesmanship was more important than the customer service. I was told hour to an hour and a half before my vehicle would be seen for a routine oil change. Two hours and fifteen minutes later, my vehicle was still sitting in the same parking space I parked in upon arrival. I listened to many interactions with customers and did hear hour and a half to two hours, hence why I waited the extra fifteen minutes. Unfortunately, you will be losing what truly is a lifetime, dedicated customer. Its not over the oil change, or lack thereof . Its not over the long wait. Its for over promising and having no delivery whatsoever. Its listening to the front desk associates turn from customer service oriented to driving sales - two hours is a long time to listen to conversations. Best of luck, youre not the only shop in town.
Went there for an alignment drop my car off one day, Jeff tells me my car is ready when I get there he explains to me that they could only do half of the alignment, of course they can only charge me for a full alignment since no one charges for half an allignment, instead of calling me and giving me a reason he couldnt do a full alignment and asking me permission to complete it half done, for reasons being a couple bolts where too rusted he decides to make the choice and finish my car half done wasting shop hours and my time. And tells me to come back when the car is fixed. He could tell me what part exactly was causing the issue. I dont feel like the place conducts business professionally and just wants people going through and out quick as possible. I call later for another appointment where I can come in at the best time for them to work on my car. All someone could tell me was I could drop it off and will be finished sometime before the shop closed.
Excellent service. Outstanding performance. Have never been disappointed.

The guys that work in the shop/office earned my high remarks. I am from out of town and had a break down on my truck. Everyone in the shop pulled together to get me out of there in a timley fashion. Evan was a great conversationalist so having him around to pass the time made the whole ordeal so much easier. Bathrooms are clean, and plenty to read in the waiting room.

I called to ask how much it would cost to have them blow air into my A/C drainage line. I told them that I already had the heat shield removed enough to access the A/C drain so literally all they would have to do is hook up and blow. I even said that I would put the heat shield back on myself. They quoted $50 for 30 minutes of labor. I went to Walmart and bought an air compressor accessory kit that was compatible with an old tire compressor that I have for a little over $22. With a non-industry air compressor and non-industry tools, I had the car jacked, the line blown out and the heat shield put back on in under 15 minutes for only $22 plus tax.When this location was known as Merchants, it had a reputation for being over-priced, dishonest, and of having employees that didnt carry a great attitude towards their customers or potential ones. Unfortunately, changing a name doesnt change what you get.
Awful experienceβ they replaced a flat tire, then said I should get another tire because I drive AWD and tread isnβt the same in other tires. After two days they say my car is finally ready, after I call them. I show up the next day and my car is in parking lot with only ONE NEW TIRE. AND now Iβm at another tire shop because THEY DIDNβT BALANCE the replaced tire, but sure charged me for it. No apology, nothing.

I dont know what type of work they do different from other shops but it was my first time getting an oil change there and my 3 year old car now performs like it was BRAND NEW! And I also got a great deal on a brake job. Best money spent! This will be my go to auto shop from now on.

I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and was given a quote at 12. At this time I told them to proceed with the job and that I would need my car at 4 because that is the time I get off work. I was told this was possible. I called back at 4:30 to be told they had not received the part but they would call me when they did. I never got that call instead I called them at 5:30 to be told they had started working on my car and it would be ready at 7. At 6:30 I arrived to see my car sitting ready to go yet no one had called me. When I went in the employee was finishing up with a customer, he then asked me to wait for a second while he finished working on something else. 10 minutes later after standing watching him type into the computer and make a phone call on his cell I asked how much longer and he told me 5 minutes. Then a tech brought keys to another car out at which time he immediately helped them while I was still standing waiting. When he finally got to me he said he it took addition time because he was fixing my invoice due to me being overcharged for labor they did not do.Communication was horrible, then they were going to attempt to charge me 3 hrs for labor on something that took 1 but thats probably why they did not update me, so they could overcharge labor. I only went there because my car overheated across the street from the shop and I work close, I wish I had just got it towed somewhere else, hell I should have pushed it somewhere else rather than deal with their unprofessional behavior.
Been going to them for years for inspections, tire services, and wheel alignments. Last two times I went were very disappointing. Had an appointment and still was there for about three hours. Wanted tires rotated and balanced which were part of a package deal that came with the tires and they only rotated the tires, even though I specifically asked for both. Then at a later time I came back to get my tires balanced, and only balanced, I was given a list of things that would need to be fixed before I got my tires balanced. I declined and left to take it to a family member, who is a part-time mechanic that told me that everything they listed off that needed to be fixed right away was fine. So between two trips and almost 5hrs. later I still didnt have balanced tires.
Would rate lower if possible. Paid $850+ for tires and service. Less than 8500 miles right rear tire is extremely worn, left rear is worn but not as bad. Must add NTB aligned etc for the new tires.Front tires are fine. Mentioned to dude I planned to get the paid for rotation and balance but I didnt think that was wise since the worn tire would become a steer tire and I dont have a death wish. Paraphrasing but he insuated it was my fault for not rotating the tires 3k-5k. (Who does that? Please message me if you do!!!) The previous tires I had were fine on a 10K rotation which is in sync with the oil change. Will be contacting NTB headquarters regarding the current tires and service have contacted another dealer to replace tires that should have lasted way more than 8500 miles. If all goes well will update with business name of a competent competitor.
They were fine. Had to have a tire replaced and they did it with no issues. Will be more than happy to give them my future business.
Honest guys...thats the most important thing for me. As a woman, I dont trust many people, but these guys are too notch for sure!!
Very fast for the service. Overall customer satisfaction is high. I only wish they would get better stock so there is no surprises when it comes to expectations vs. reality.

Just find a different shop, they wasted my whole day telling me they didnt find anything wrong with my brakes, as soon as I left the shop my brakes were vibrating, I been to other NTB locations but Im not going back to this one
I saw the manager mistreat a worker I heard them from the front and also there over priced and have slow workers lie about time and there are better shops out there then being here lost my Bussniess Jeff the worst at this NTB
