Just as a warning to all people reframe yourself from buying here. I bought a washer and dryer at the beginning of the year. Paid for the hookups and delivery. They came into the apartment and installed it. What I didnt know is the vent to the dryer never got the clamps to tighten the vent to the wall and dryer. They just put the vent tube and pinned it against the wall. Over 8 months I realized it and by then it was to late. The dryer was blowing lint back inside the bottom of the dryer. The lint got close to the heating element and caught fire. They had me call the extended warranty that came with it. The company is based out of New York. They mislead you and send someone out after paying the deductible. To only tell you in the end its not covered. What took the company 20 seconds to take, but 14 days to rembursed you was not worth the headache. This place has done nothing to make it right for a mistake that they made. They will tell you they have never heard of that being the cause. Anybody that uses there brain will tell you it was the reason. Not knowing this and believing them I bought a second dryer from them. Not only did I pay 400.00 for a used dryer, but they got an additional 400.00 from me for the second. When you ask them for the claps to the dryer vent. There employees make comments that someone must have stolen them because no body can find them. That things tend to go missing in there building. Sounds pretty professional to say in front of a customer. I feel completely taken advantage of and I have learned my lesson. I will never use this place again.

I bought a stove from them and it worked great. The saleswoman actually gave me a price from a stove that wasn’t a convection oven and it turned out mine was one and they honored he price. Very fair and great people to work with.....

Don’t buy appliances. Literally had issues since day one. They “Fixed” the issue and now the washer is broke again and out of warranty. My fault for buying used “good” appliances. Won’t make that mistake again. Smh. “We offer a 30 day warranty, that’s it unless you buy the 1 year manufacturer warranty at purchase, sorry”

Stay away from this place. Its just a bunch of crooks, selling garbage. We 100 percent regret going here.

This company was once a decent place to get decent appliances and beds but since the original owner left its done nothing but go down hill. NO 1 cares about customer service anymore at this company or cares to sell crap to people in need of good working affordable appliances! I would not go here but only you can make that decision.....good luck!

This place is terrible. I only had my dryer for 3 months and it is gone out. They said it’s nothing they can do cause they only cover the 1st 30 days. This place has terrible used appliance they over charge for delivery and the pieces that come with the dryer. I would not recommend anyone to go here. Now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money on a dryer. I wish I could give them a no star.

Do not buy from them the manger name Chuck was very disrespectful delivery crew checked dryer it didnt work as soon as it got to my house paid 538 cash youll be be better off buying from Facebook or Craigslist

These folks tried to pressure us into an immediate sale without thinking it over, wouldnt tell us firm prices on washers, and wouldnt leave us alone. They kept trying to brag about how they were looking out for us. Dont waste your time going here.

Check out there website see what they have - they had a old advertisement listed that was no longer valid but since it was still listed they honored it... saving me about 150 bucks.If you are looking for used/newish washer and dryer and Craigslist isnt for you this place is it.

I bought an refrigerator from here not even a month in the fridge stop getting cold and all my food spoiled.Do Not Buy here the manger is very rude.
