Looked at these New NordicRest Queen Size Cooling gel tech.Mattresses. Checked out all three levels by resting on each one today. I only want the mattress which price is in the yellow strip of information for $369.99. The has the least thickness. Comes in a box square and you open up in your bedroom for 24 hours prior to resting on it. If within 48hrs of resting on its not what you want you can return it to the store for refund. They also sale a mattress protector for $75 which has a 10yr warranty to protect your mattress Im stains so not to void your mattress warranty. Great sales staff. Thanks Dan

At first glance this store looked promising. Typical warehouse/ discount furniture place. After about 5 minutes I was terribly disappointed. I came in to purchase something simple. Just a dresser and mirror. Thats it. Out of a selection of around MAYBE 10-12 pieces, about 3 were in stock. The help was lacking, to say the least.

Alot of items to choose from. Staff offered to help, friendly. And was able to answer questions I had.

Long story, but we recived a fridge that did not cool. Freezer stayed at 60+ degrees, all of our food went bad. When we went to exchange it we were told we would have to pay a nearly $400 difference for the exact same fridge or we could get a completely different one or the same model in white for the same price.I’m extremely unhappy with the white fridge we ended up with. I hate to feel this way after being told they want to make us happy and the amount of money spent. This is in no way a reflection of the employees who did everything in their power to help and moved around their delivery schedule to help us, but as a company I’m unimpressed with how it was handled. I feel we should have gotten the same thing we paid for without paying an additional amount. We were told they couldn’t do that because the price we paid was a manager special because it had been there for so long. I truly appreciate the employees that went out of their way to solve our problems, but none the less am disappointed.

I recently ordered a refrigerator, and Gretta was incredible. She called me after my order to confirm what I ordered and ensure I was aware of the damage. The day before delivery, she called me because she was cleaning my refrigerator and identified an issue. She called me right away to inform me and ask about an alternate and sent me clear pics. I ended up switching to the other item and Gretta took care of me until the end. Her service and kindness went above and beyond! I cant say enough good things about her!

Stopped in this store on Sunday and was greeted by Pete he was very helpful in showing me a washer and dryer. So I went back today and bought the washer and dryer. He was very thorough in his knowledge of these items. And Sharon was excellent in explaining and handling the my payment process. Both Pete and Sharon are very much the professional sales team. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!

To start, had to change the delivery address due to a glitch on the website continually loading my old address. Once I got that worked out with Customer Service, we had a delivery date of two weeks out. I understand that delivery takes time. The issue that was raised by the delivery team on the day of delivery was that the zip code was wrong. This somehow made it alright for them to refuse to deliver the appliance for another week.Now, we have a delivery date. Wait, theres another issue. After purchasing the hose with the product which makes it eligible for them to install, the delivery team stated that they will not install the stove and that its our job to find someone to do that.If I could give this company negative stars, I would. From now on Ill stick to Lowes and Home Depot... Lesson learned.

Deep discounts for scratch & dent brand new name brand appliances. We found just what we needed with a fridge & dishwasher. Very helpful staff! Well be back once they get more stock in for the washers & dryers.

Danny helped me with my return and helped me find a replacement refrigerator that checked all of my wants and needs list. He was quick with the return, answered my many questions, and very knowledgeable on the lease program. 10/10 would recommend and will return for future appliance needs.

Highly recommend this store. The new manager, Danny, did a great job of helping us out with a product exchange and was courteous and professional and helpful from beginning (phone call) to end (exchange/purchase). Also noted that he was equally courteous with his staff, which sets the tone of the whole environment.

I love this place! ♥️ Dave helped me with my washer purchase from the time I called about a particular washer that I had found on their website to the delivery. He didnt try any high pressure sales stuff on me, which I REALLY appreciated!! He did talk to me about another washer that was more expensive but, once I told him that I was going to get the one that I came for, he was more than happy to help me with my purchase. The delivery guys were great as well. They were very nice and did everything but start a load of laundry for me.😃 They were much older than I was expecting but they got the job done without any problem. Awesome job all the way around. Very disappointed. Website said new out of box. Let me tell you, its all left to interpretation. I did not think it meant dings and scratches galore. We were looking for a refrigerator and couldnt find anything worth taking.

I came in upset about a washer and dryer I bought when the Sears at Dayton mall was still open. I got a protection agreement and it hasn’t been working right. Gretta was there to help! She told me what number to call and what information I would need to get it fixed. She also spent a lot of time explained the leasing program to me so I can get a bed that I told her I needed. She was so educational and helpful. It’s sad I can’t go to sears anymore but she made me feel confident about taking my business to the outlet!

I went to check out the prices on a couch and chair and to just check the store out. Not a very good selection and I thought the prices were high for the quality of furniture they do have.. Disappointed to say the least. I did not check out the appliances though. They did look like they had a large variety of refrigerators and stoves though. May check them out if I ever do need one of those items....

I wish I could leave a 7 star review! Pete was absolutely fantastic. Right from the get go he was so very kind and helpful, greeted us right away, we asked for time to look which he respected but showed up at just the right time for me to ask questions. He explained everything about the product we were interested in and more, lots of great insight. He offered us savings via a credit card which we accepted and he even went over the stores leasing option which wasnt a fit for us but would work great for a couple nephews of ours which we will pass the information to. Our last washer only made it a couple years and after listening to Pete explain the service plans that were offered we jumped at the chance to purchase one so that we can be headache free for at least a few years! All in all a wonderful experience with Pete. In case you havent gotten the hint, go in and ask for Pete!!!! Also want to say that the manager Scott was very kind as well making sure that we were completely taken care of! Service like this stores doesnt exist elsewhere, buy from these guys!!!

Went to this store for a washer/ dryer. The deals were so great and the people friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up also getting a sectional, bed, dinning room table/ chairs and patio table/ chairs. They have almost everything you need for home and yard at unbeatable prices.

The old Sears outlet was purchased and returned as American Freight. The scratch and dent appliances are half price but some are extremely damaged. I was looking for a refrigerator but did not find one that was acceptable. Other items; stoves, microwaves, and furniture are available.

This place offers scratch and dent appliances. Big brand like whirlpool, LG, GE, and more. If you are looking for an appliance and you dont mind if its scratched up or dented a bit, this place is a fantastic deal. We bought a slide in gas range and French door fridge for about 2k, and probably saved about that of we would have bought it from a big store. They are get in new inventory weekly. So you could add this to your weekend perusing if you are not in a rush and able to hunt for a good deal. Some appliances have minor blemishes but are still brand new!

I will preface by saying we had a few hiccups at this place, but the people are so great! They smoothed everything over and we were more than pleased with our experience over all.(Also, note that this place has changed hands. It’s no longer a Sears. It’s now American.)When our drier died, my mom suggested buying a new one at a Sears Outlet. So that’s where we came. We quickly found a drier at a decent price (around $470, or $520 after tax). The low price was mostly due to a dent on one side. Fine with us! Or so we thought....upon plugging it in at home, we found that when the drum turned it made a horrific banging noise. So, we returned it. They were happy to take it back and then give us another for no difference in price. Getting it out of the store and into our car, I didn’t have to lift a finger - they did everything. It was great!While we were browsing and considering g our options, we also came across a 14 ft. trampoline. It was originally $400 and marked down to $170. Thanks to Covid, trampolines everywhere are sold out. So the second we laid eyes on this, we knew we’d be taking it home. It is, by far, one of the best purchases we’ve every made for our children and our sanity. This trampoline had nothing wrong with it and my husband had no problem putting it together. My little boy has played on it non stop!Small things to note:This place wasn’t busy. Nice to keep calm and keep six feet away from others.Also, they are currently hiring. So if Covid caused you to loose your job, come here!

Great place to get a good price and really nice people to work with but Im steaming that I have to wait over a week for delivery ... again.Purchased W/D a week ago and had today scheduled for delivery but had to cover for an ill employee at work. Next delivery is 8 days out! Im going to be at 15 days before I can use my new appliances!

We have been here twice. The first time to purchase a washer and dryer. The second time to purchase a riding mower. Both times we left with nothing. There is no one working at this place it appears. No one ever came around. There were a few other customers wandering around looking for a sales person but non to be found. In this case 2 strikes and you are out. We wont be back.

I am very unhappy with my experience with this store. I bought my refrigerator and had it delivered but the delivery personal Tyler was very rude to me and scuffed my wall up with his shoes because I asked if he would help take my old refrigerator out to the garage and instead he yelled at me and kicked my wall. Ramon was nice and said he would help bit after tyler being rude like that I said never mind. I refuse to do business with this store again.

I started to review my experience with Sears outlet a couple days ago and didnt realize it had posted without a full review. I started out giving it three stars just based on the fact that they only had one guy working And I had to wait to purchase my lawn mower. Ive decided to give them four stars because the gentleman that helped me was helpful and did what he could as soon as he could. I had hoped they had a 1/2-in wrench available that I could borrow for a moment because I was delivering this lawn mower to my son and hadnt brought any tools. Unfortunately they didnt but I was offered a full set at a decent price. I passed on the full set and ran home to get a 1/2-in wrench for my son to put his mower together. All in all the experience was a good one even though they were lacking in service people on the floor.

Went into the store with the intention of buying a new washer. The outlets are a great source to find near New merchandise for a deep discount with some possible cosmetic damage. This visit was absolutely terrible with the salesman that assisted us not seeking like he really wanted to help anyone. I just really dont think this is the right type of staff at this location to ensure great customer service. The salesman pretty much talked or lack there of himself out of a sale, very disrespectful, and not assistive at all. I ended up going to the Huber location, and it was very worth the drive, as everyone there was very willing to help with anything you needed.

1 hour drive to get there, did not tell me that I needed to buy a power cord for the stove, stove appears to be too tall and not working, throwing a code which had they given me the right manual for this stove, we may have some idea why this new stove wont work. Cold as hell out, no stove, and now to load it up and drive another hour to take it back!

Its a good store to find an appliance if you wanted to save money. As long as you dont mind the minor issues such as scratches and dents, possibly used, and refurbished. I always err on floor models and scratched-dent because I dont mind that the scratch-dent being there so much as its not some horrendous scar to the outside appearance. I personally saved 1,400 from retail just because the appliances I bought were floor models. Why not?

I will give a 5/5 for the product selection and prices, a 1/5 for initial customer service with a problem after purchase, and a 5/5 for how management made it up to me.I expected the dent in the dryer I bought to only be a cosmetic problem since these are certified to be working 100% correctly. However, at home we found the dent was interfering with the drum. Store workers on the phone and Sears general customer service line were nice but unhelpful since all they could offer was a return. However, since I picked up the the dryer myself with a rented truck, I would have to rent a truck at my own expense to get it back. It just needed a tech to bang out the dent. I didnt want to do it myself in case I did something to void the warranty. Escalating with an email to the district manager who replies to reviews here got a response within 10 minutes apologizing and promising to send a tech out soon. Two days later a tech came to pop open the dryer to bang out some of the dents and now its working perfectly! All is well in the end.

Third appliance bought in 3 months. Thank you to Pete and Sharon for ask of your help and for staying over late. We saved thousands on our fridge, range and washer/dryer.
