A warehouse full of delights and mystery electrical gadgets and white goods. Went for a fridge and dishwasher to last us a couple of years and found the ones we wanted in here within 25 seconds. Nearly quicker than you said the wife, I wonder what she meant? The guys delivered and fitted them up a couple of days later, no drama. Good place.

Did me a great deal on a second hand fridge and a freezer. Very happy with the service. I only visited the place due to other nearby retailers having low stock, but Im glad that I did. I can see myself visiting again in the future

A while ago I collected a rattan set from GB Appliances. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The item was in great condition and a very reasonable price. I always check their marketplace profile to see what new household items they stock.

I brought a fridge freezer around 5 months ago. Then today the fridge part it not keeping cold if I am honest this is not the first time something has broken from gb appliances but this time I fill I need to leave a review as I dont expect to have an item for 5 months and break on me I contacted gb via Facebook messenger only way to really make contact I see that they had read it but no reply a simple reply would of done but nothing I really dont need this my partner is in hostipal at the moment so monies is tight thanks alot gb appliances family run business what about other families that dont have £300-400 to spend right now on a new fridge freezer not so family friendly

I bought a pair of rattan garden chairs via Facebook. I paid over the phone and they were delivered the next day. I had a full receipt for my card purchase. I was also given a spare set of cushion covers and a weather proof cover for the chairs that I wasnt expecting. Im very pleased with my purchase and the friendly service. Horrendous!!! I purchased a shark vacuum cleaner from this shop, when I got it home and plugged it in it made a funny noise and smelt like electrical burning and set my smoke alarm off! When called they did not seem interested or bothered! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! They do not do the correct checks before sending electrical items out! WILL NEVER BE BACK

I bought a 4K tv from this shop thinking three months warranty will cover me for any issues I have.within few days the screen kept flickering and the light kept dimming. I rang the shop up to speak to this George guy, explained the problem and he said he will call me back and that’s the last time I heard from him. There warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. I’d be very careful buying anything from this second hand used shop.

Avoid this shop at all costs! Bought a reburwished washing machine and after one week it broke. The engineer came round and tried to fix it but as soon as I mentioned getting a refund they became extremely unhelpful and when we took the washing machine back to the shop for a refund they were not pleasant at all. Please do not spend your money in this shop.

Do not buy from this company. Me and my girlfriend purchased a washer machine, got it home and it has never worked. I’ve tried calling them several times, left voicemails but no contact whatsoever.They told me I had 3 months warranty, they lied. AVOID 100%!They will be out of business soon the way they run their business.

I bought a washing machine that broke after 3 months, 1 week after the warranty had expired. I called the guy and he said there was no problems and he would have fixed it with no charge. He came round, left the washing machine all unscrewed and in awful conditions and then left saying he didnt have the part. Loads of unanswered phone calls and texts messages. 2 weeks after the washing machine broke, he sent me a text saying he doesnt know how to fix it and that I had to call somebody else. Do not buy from them! I have wasted £120 for a washing machine that broke after 12 loads. Not professional people.

Contacted on Gum tree about a cooker, emailed to check availability for Saturday on Thursday, told to come in. Finally found it to be told they sold it on the Friday - no contact whatsoever. Waste of time.
