Absolutely absurd customer service. Lied to my face about how my product should work from this store and also over charged me by $300.I went to Home depot and they actually knew how to work the stove I bought and it was WAY less expensive.Moral of the story save your money and time and close the doors!

I would avoid this place at all cost. I called them out because my washer wasn’t filling up with water. They told me nothing was wrong with it and charged me $100 for them to come out. It was not filling up with water. I told them I had the washer for a couple of years. And I told them it used to fill up more. They told me it was broke before because that kind of washer wasn’t supposed to fill up. The clothes just roll around and kind of clump up. They are wet but there’s no water for the clothing to swish through. They even sent a second technician out to confirm. Basically I just got robbed of $100 and no washer fixed

I purchased a Kitchen Aid dishwasher from them as they were the quickest to aquire one for me, the right price and model. They installed today at noon. The installer was very professional, skilled and quite pleasant. He did a great job removing the old and installing the new. He cleaned up after himself, left the kitchen as he found it. He explained how the dishwasher worked, very similar to my prior one. This was my first time using them and I was not disappointed in any way.

Very misleading, i have a built in microwave that would blow the fuse if the door was opened while it was running. They replaced the fuse and said they would need to replace the door switches to keep this from happening. After they replaced the door switches and $280 later it still does the same thing. When I contacted them they said all microwaves were built to blow the fuse if you dont press the stop button before opening. These are appliance experts and they know this isnt true. The built in switches in the door is to stop the machine when the door is opened. Not blow a fuse. Now I spent $280 on a Kenmore microwave that still has the same issue. They will not admit that they led me incorrectly and own up to their mistake.

Update: after response from review.Called store talked with sales. They apologized for the lack of communication on that issue.Feeling much better about new refrigerator. Since they also do servicing we agreed to do a manufacturers 5 year extended warranty as the cost was only about 10% of cost that they are the provider of. That one one of the main reasons I went to Logans in first place for their reputation.Ordered refrigerator back in summer no one has it and pandemic stoppage. Waiting 5 months said it came in. Set up delivery. They show up bring it into house. The product is not the manufacturer we ordered. Got no heads up, no info, no idea they decided we would be ok with product we did not order. Rating on this one was not recommended by Consumer Report because of failures. One we wanted was close to top of recommended. It looks like both were made by same manufacturer. Failure issues was in ice maker. The one we ordered had no ice maker this one does and they said we got upgrade. Not sure we can trust them for delivery of not ordered product rated lower but at same cost. We took it as we had no refrigerator in the house for 5 months. Only hoping this unit works for years since we will not hook up the ice maker. BLA, BLA, ..

Allen is a great guy go see him. He saved me $$ over the big box stores on better appliances. Logan Master delivery includes setup and removal of old appliances the other guy aka Lowes and Home said he push them in the door. And if you do have a problem Logan Master will fix it.... I dont think the big box stores will ever do that.

The tech came out for our portable dishwasher that wasnt draining anymore, and charged us 98 dollars so he could look at it for 5 minutes, and recommend that we replace the motor pump assembly (150+ dollars) and that the labor (~$200) was what he was going to do to fix it. I told him no, because in total it was looking like a +$400 project when the dishwasher was originally $250. Had my sister come out and take a look, ready to replace the motor pump assembly and what did she find? A clog. She cleaned it out and put it back together and it was like new! When I called into Logans to complain, they said a manager would follow up but I never heard from them. Terrible service and bad customer service!

My refrigerator stopped cooling and I called Logan Master Appliance out for service. The technician was knowledgeable and worked fast to determine that my refrigerator was not worth a repair. He honestly gave me prices and options. I went to their showroom later that day and talked to Keith. He showed me refrigerators that would fit in my space and in my budget, the prices were very reasonable. In a couple of days I had a brand new working refrigerator delivered by the most efficient delivery team I have ever had, Geoff and Clay are awesome! I hired them to fix my freezer, and was less than happy with the experience. The technician walked right into my garage and knocked on my interior door, rather than coming to the front door, and then brought almost a cloud of cigarette smoke into the house with him. He was pleasant enough and fixed the problem, no issue there, but he left a big mess that I had to clean up afterwards. Just bad customer service and attention to detail.

I just bought a washer from Logan Master and I couldnt be happier! Allen got me set up with exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and I never once felt like I was being pressured into a sale.The delivery crew was prompt, and very professional. I had two phone calls confirming exactly when they would arrive. They took out my old machine and got everything set up with the new washer and stayed to make sure it didnt have any issues running a cycle.I will not hesitate to buy from Logan Master again!

Best deals in town, beat everywhere else I looked by at least $500 for a washer and dryer. Geoff and Clay, the delivery technicians, were on time, polite, and got the job done in under 20 minutes. We got a washer and dryer from Logan Master Appliances and after a year the washer started to leak. Logan reacted quickly though and sent a guy out to come and check out the washer the next day. After ordering parts they fixed the washer free of cost because it was still under warranty. We had a great experience with the service and the company as a whole.

Its a family owned store so I did not go in expecting a huge selection and price matching the big box stores. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and we did not feel rushed despite it being Black Friday weekend and crowded. Ordered a set I feel we will be very happy with for many years. Later, at home, compared prices. If not for Black Friday I think theyd come out the same, but Logan was 10~20% higher all things considered.

This place is great. Our sales person was Allen and he was very knowledgeable on the products that we were looking at. At no time did we feel any pressure and purchasing from him. The type of atmosphere felt like a mom and pop type store that really cared about their customers and their experience while shopping for new appliances or even used like we did. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in the greater Dayton area looking great service and new or used appliances.

Had them fix my washer. After diagnosing, said it needed a new pump and would cost $300. Even excluding materials, I thought the labor cost was too high. It only took them 5 minutes to install it but I was charged $150 bucks for labor. Service was good but felt price is too high

Great experience. Walked in with my mother in a Friday afternoon. Told them what she had as a washer dryer (ancient) and what she wanted (simplicity and quality). Showed us three options that would work and mom picked the set she liked. They wrote it up and we paid and left. On Monday they delivered and took the ancient machines away. Could not have had a better experience.

My GE refrigerator and freezer stopped working so I called Logan for a service call to determine what was wrong so that I could make a decision to fix or buy new. The gentleman who I spoke to asked me how old my appliance was and when I told him about 10 years, his response was trash it and buy a new one. I can sell you a new appliance, ……! Needless to say I was very irritated since it was apparent that he would not be honest with me about any possible repair since all he wanted to do was sell me a new one (which by the way to get the same type of unit would have been at least $2000 and would not have been the color I wanted anyway.) I said thank you very much, hung up, called a real appliance repair company who came the very next day, repaired my appliance and charged me about $350. Thanks Logan for the sales pitch but I was looking for information so I could make my own decision.

Called at 8:00 a.m. - tech was onsite by 11:30 a.m. the same day for an appliance that we bought from someone else. I thought that was pretty good response time.The tech - Dave - was outstanding! Thorough and super polite. Dug into the non-working fridge and found the problem quickly. He also took a few extra minutes and explained to me why our new dishwasher wasnt drying the dishes properly. I was very pleased with everything.We will definitely be shopping Logans for our next appliance purchase!!

Our microwave quit working right before Easter and we were having a lot of family over. I couldn’t find the LG model we wanted anywhere. Finally, I called Logan Master Appliance and the very helpful man said they had several in stock. He put one aside for us and when we arrived the next day, it was sitting there with the invoice already made out, ready to load in our truck! Very efficient and friendly! We will definitely recommend!

The whole experience has been great! The salesperson was polite knowledgeable and honest. He gave me advice. For example “this machine and this machine are the same, made in the same place just a different name and finish. This one costs x amount of dollars more than this one but they are the same”. The warranty and service has been great! I had a problem with An oven hood. They sent a person out the next day who fixed it and talked me through everything. Completely unlike an experience I had with a big box store and their warranty process. The big box store took 2 weeks to figure out who to blame before anyone came out to look at the problem. A great small town feel I would recommend everyone I know to Logan’s Maste Appliance.

Incredibly helpful staff and an awesome showroom. I needed a bearing and drive belt for a dryer and they not only had the parts in stock but gave me some very valuable tips on how to replace them. If you need an appliance, check these guys out instead of the big box stores, and definitely call them if you need a repair or help with parts.

These people are wonderful. Amazing customer service, family friendly (even had a little table with coloring stuff that my toddler enjoyed) and fair prices. We bought a floor model they were selling at a discount because were on a budget, installed the next day, and it works great. I made a few calls to the local big box stores that had zero interest in talking seriously about my concerns when picking out a refrigerator, but most were more anxious to get me to come see them n the store. Well, that didnt happen, so I called Logan Master Appliance and what a breath of fresh air. I dealt with Angel and she is every bit deserving of that name. She was more than patient with me in the decision making process and even steered me to an amazing unit which we are very happy with everything about the choice. Im not writing this to review the product but more the business which deserves all of the 5 stars and then some. If you are lucky enough to work with Angel, you wont be disappointed.

Had some issues with an old SubZero refrigerator/freezer. Subzero only had a handful of Authorized repair options in Dayton. I picked one and set up an appointment and the guy told me that it was dead. Beyond repair. Wouldnt even try to fix it but was more than willing to show me the options of the NEW SubZero refrigerators his store could sell me.Frustrated, I called Logan because Id used them before (and couldnt remember the name).Guy showed up right on time, ran some tests on the refrigerator, told me exactly what it was, how much it would cost and that he had the part in the van.So the refrigerator that I was told couldnt be fixed was repaired in about 35 minutes for a very reasonable cost. That was 4 years ago and its still running.Logan has a solid name for being honest and getting the repair done. Twice theyve helped me out now and I wouldnt use anyone else.

Just had tech come out because freezer not working! He gave me an estimate for 950.00 (parts 493, freon 80 and labor 400) so I ask how long it would take and he said about 3 hours! Are you kidding me that is 133.33 an hour! Which it probably would take only 2 hours! After he left I check parts cost online! I could buy then for 60 cheaper so their cost is 150 cheaper! For 1,000 we can get a new one!

I was seeking out a local company and Logans came highly recommended by my neighbor. I went out and met with a sales person that knew what was what with appliances. I had it delivered by the best delivery team that has ever been to my home! My whole experience was pleasant and I will never go anywhere else. Try them out, I am happy I did!

Very strange and confusing customer service. Requested quotes on two appliances using their website. Received a phone call early this morning wanting to know what I wanted. Waited while being transferred until the line went dead. They called back and after much confusion found out that one of the items was not available for two months and $200 more than other stores. It took me about 30 minutes to buy the same items at Lowes today.

I had Logan Master Appliance out a few days ago on my washer. The technician came out diagnosed it quickly but told me he didnt have the part on hand, which is OK since its a 20 year old washer that most people dont carry spare parts for anymore. He told me he was going to order it and call me when it came in. I got a call after two days that the part came in and wanted to have the technician come back out to put the part on. They got me all scheduled, the technician came out and now I have my washer back! Couldnt be happier!!

Logan Master Appliance was a disappointment: their repairman was not very friendly (he wasnt hostile, but it seemed like it was a bother to show up) and, although I called and specifically gave them the appliance manufacturer and model, along with the issue (which I already diagnosed - I just couldnt buy the parts outright) they didnt show up with the appropriate equipment and simply re-diagnosed the issue for $75. Worse, they left my appliance in worse condition than when they arrived - a component of it was not properly re-installed so now it has entirely new noises including a harsh grinding (and the repairman treated me like I was crazy when I questioned it).I did appreciate the candor that the actual repair would cost more than a new appliance - they didnt just try to sell an unnecessary service - but at the same time I would hope that my problem wouldnt be worse when they left. Bottom line: theyre honest, but theyre not necessarily caring or competent.

They charged $70 for a technician to come out and check a problem with my washer, which I was fine with, but all he did was drain the trap. Since he was there about 15 minutes, and barely did anything I didnt think he would charge much in labor. The bill was $140. A week later my washer still wasnt working. I ended up going with another repair place which only charged $30 for the initial visit.

Unhappy totally, tech came out, chose to walk up icy steps rather than the steps prepared so he didnt have to walk on the icy steps, i mentioned why did you do that he said there was some mud (and there was a small amount on the first step but that was an odd response i thought as opposed to slipping and falling). He came in and opened the washing machine door, pushed buttons that didnt light up on machine, I said, lets see if it is plugged in and it was not, so he didnt even know enough to check to see if it was plugged in or not...I asked him to check the error codes, he said this machine did have any (but my son and daughter both had found the way to do this). This is not an experienced repairman. He said there was rust on the machine (my son had told me there was rust but not in places that would make the machine not work) but again the tech said that the washer was not worth fixing.... all this in 4 minutes. I said... what, 75 dollars for nothing, he just said that this was the system .... I called the Logan Master Appliance phone number to complain, and did pay for the service call, but this was, in my opinion, a scam -- sending out an inexperienced service person, tell the customer its not worth fixing (working on the disposable appliance and our unsustainable culture) then make off with 75 dollars.... SCAM total SCAM.

My son had Logan Master out to repair his 3 year old washing machine. He was told by the technician that repairing would cost more than replacing it and charged him $80. I contacted Whirlpool who contacted Logan Master. Logan Master kept no record of the parts that would be needed to do the repair, nor were the parts listed on our invoice; therefore Whirlpool said they could not help us. In my opinion, very unprofessional. Would never use them again. I am thinking of reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I cant say enough good things about Logan Master Appliance. David is our hero and saved us literally $3K. Kitchenaid kept telling us our fridge was not under a recall and David said he and his mgr double checked and it was. He even said to call Kitchenaid back again. 3 calls and an escalation to their resolution line and guess what...David was right!! The fine print is it wasnt technically a recall - its called a Special Project. Mmmm hmmm. David also fixed our dryer and was just so knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend!!

Logan Service man came out to repair my washing machine, it was not spinning, in the spin cycle, never even plugged it in or started the machine, tried to spin the tub by hand, checked cell phone the entire 30 minutes he was there, told me, motor was locked and tub would not spinn, it would need a new motor, cost $505.00 to repair. Got a second opinion for less than the $85.75 I paid for that service, my machine was repaired, in less that 5 minutes and it was only a worn-out coupler. Review: lack of knowledge, needed training or did not want to do the job.Would not recommend or use this service in the future

Talked to someone at their location on Smithville rd. I was ordering a part for my dryer and explained that I was just down the road and would head that way. I get their and they are locking the door. I was 30 seconds to late. He sat back at the counter and proceeded to laugh. What was so funny? You guys could have made a customer for life and instead I will be spending my money elsewhere and making sure I never recommend you to any neighbor, even if we are just down the street. Lets not forget you were going to charge me 5 times what the average cost of the part was anyway. So...Go @#*#&@ yourself.

Well i had a repair guy out a week ago paid alot for it and was told it was fixed .so i went to store to replace food i had lost .well it wasnt fixed. Lost all my food again .So if u use them make sure its fixed before u put food in fridge or freezer .Repair man was nice though but still didnt make it right with me .I think they should replace some of my food too but they didnt.
