I had my fork seals replace on my 2008 Suzuki m109r, before I took it to them my bike felt real unstable. After work was complete it feels very stable and smooth on the road. Thank you guys for getting my bike back together! I recommend

I went to three shops, none of which would even touch my bike, before I found Hawks. Those shops told me that the job was too hard, my bike was not worth the effort, or it would be impossible to find parts. Yet, the men at Hawks did the impossible.I am a total newbie to riding and they took the time to answer all of my questions, give me riding tips, and brought my 2003 Suzuki Marauder back to life. The prices were fair and reasonable, and the work is suburb and guaranteed. These guys have forgotten more about motorcycle repair than many people will learn in their lifetime..

Beware of false promises. My 2013 Audi has an oil leak. Joe (owner) diagnosed as a rear main seal & loose bell housing / transmission bolts. Estimate of $1,900. Before spending that kind of money, I asked Joe Are you sure youve identified the leak 100% positive. Of course he was sure. Less than 6 months later the leak reappeared (most likely it took that long to soak thru the under carriage cover). I returned the car for inspection, Joe states something else is leaking. His 2 year warranty is worthless. Draw your own conclusions. I certainly have, and will spread the news accordingly.

Would like to thank Joe, he did an awesome job on my ultra classic. Was acting crazy and I just stopped in after Id already been to Harley. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and he fixed it without charge. Then I brought it to him for maintenence, and he was super friendly and fast getting it in and out in a timely manner... thanks

My Honda shadow was not starting and I was worried that I would not be able to get it running again for the season. I towed it in and the fine gents at Hawks got me rolling again and at a fair price for carburetor rebuild, oil change and adjustment on my brakes...all I can say is thanks guys great job! I brought my jeep commander to Hawks after getting some really engine replacement estimates. Joe completely rebuilt the 5.7 engine and saved me a few grand in the process. The engine purs like its brand new!!! I highly recommend you take the time to get an estimate here before going anywhere else.To top it all off he kept me well informed on the repairs and even kept the damaged parts for me to review.

Joe Hawk provided extraordinary service on my cross country trip from Oregon to Pennsylvania and back. Finding someone to replace the worn tires on my 1987 BMW turned out to be quite difficult. Joe had the best equipment and tools for the job, and the knowhow to to get the job done right. In addition, he had strong relationships with suppliers to find just the right tires for my long trip home.If youre in the Dayton, Ohio area, I recommend calling Joe for your big jobs, and simple service work as well. Be sure to book in advance, though! Joe comes highly regarded in the area and hes got a full schedule.

They had my bike all off June just for an oil change. It’s a Very clean place, but when they have to many bikes and on top of them working on cars. It’s possible that you won’t have your bike for a very very long time. And they are very very expensive

I brought an old tired Harley Davidson into Joe and he got her running like a champ. I had just bought this bike a couple months ago and new I needed to put some work into her. Turns out it was worse than I thought. Joe explained everything I needed for me to be able to ride safely and smoothly. He set me up to have a great riding season. Thanks again Joe.

Woke up to tire going flat and had to be at work for a meeting, the first tire shop i called didnt seem willing to squeeze me in so I called Hawks Auto & Cycle, explained i had to be at work and he was able to squeeze me in. He had a few cars and cycles there so its obvious he had other work to do but made time to plug my tire. Service was fast, friendly and the cost was just right. Hawks is a great place to go. This guy fixed my truck when no other mechanic either could or wouldnt because they couldnt find the problem. He ran down a random misfire that was making it impossible to drive. He brought up concerns of future problems and that is what a good mechanic does. Its driving great and hes still working with me to iron small issues with other things,and thats after I paid him. Ive been looking for a trustworthy mechanic since my dad died 4yrs ago and I think I found him. I would highly recommend Hawks Auto and cycle.

I highly recommend Hawks Auto & Cycle Service Center. We were traveling from out of town and had A/C trouble. I called on a Thursday evening and Joe told us to come in on Friday morning. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, explained everything he was doing, and even gave us a 20% discount on the labor from a coupon on their website that we hadnt noticed. After my car wouldnt start, i struggled to get AAA and a mechanic to fix my car quickly all while being new to the area and a broke college student. Had bearings change in rear wheel. Only took him an hour. He was kind and had fair prices. Its not easy finding a good mechanic. He has a customer for life.

Cuts corners. When there was an issue with the work, he refused to make it right and left me with the problem. Reasonable prices and fast work, but at the cost of quality.
