I have used USA Tire continuously since they opened in 1991. John A. as the owner operator has continously demonstrated the highest business ethics and customer relations. They promptly repair and fairly price their work. If it is not done right there is no hesitation to make it right. I have recommended them to my friends and relatives without hesitation.

Tried to sneak an air filter in on my wife. When she said she never agreed to have it changed the guy got nasty with her and told her if they didnt replace them the air filters would never get replaced. That is not their job and its pretty scummy to try to charge people for something they never actually agreed to. I was sitting next to her when they calles that day. They told her the air filter needed replaced. She said okay thanks. She never agreed to pay for an air filter. All she did was acknowledge that it needed replaced. Wont be going back there.

Kudos to the USA tire team in Kettering and their attention to detail regarding my tires. The flat was fixed in a short amount of time. Thumbs up to the young auto tech. who completed the task and John the owner for current info on my tires and his knowledgeable suggestions on what to do in the next month.

A good friend took a couple of my cars up here to have them worked on it. They took care of it with them reasonable timing, actually quicker than I thought. They were really reasonably priced and overall I will give them a 5-star rating for being a car mechanic shop. Probably the most honest shop I found so far near the city. The guy I talked to name John and he seems like a really good dude.

I take my vehicle here for regular maintenance. It is a locally owned business. Everyone is very nice. They are almost always busy so you may have to leave your vehicle depending on how busy they are. I think they are reasonable. They have even talked with me to determine best cost options.

I have been looking for a good and honest place to serve my vehicles since my personal mechanic passed. Well let me tell you I found one. Their prices, service are Out standing. They have saved me hundreds compared to other repair facilities. The chains are overpriced and tend to rip you off by replacing instead of repairing when they can. I recommend every one to go here for old time fair pricing and great service.

Caused an 11 inch rip in my seat after I Dropped my car off asking for tires, an oil change, a radiator flush and to figure out what the knocking was. Took 6 days, and I had ti call to find out it had been done after NO ONE CALLED ME. The oil change was not done, and I was told that I did not ask, even though I talked to 3 people about it and had their names. I was told the radiator did not need a flush even though the fluid is BROWN. Through out the 6 days, when I called for information I was hung up on 3 separate times. They ripped my seat and ruined the heated seat function and when I called to bring it up, they said “it doesn’t sound like something we would do, I’ll have the owner give you a call” 2 days later… no call. Nothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They also over charged my tires by 30 bucks each, but still charged a service fee to put them on. Strongly recommend going anywhere else.Edited to add: after 3 weeks of being told they would replace the seat and being lied to and given the run around, the owner John, told me just to sue him and hung up on me. This company is a joke, and the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve been lied to, yelled at, and disrespected since I dropped my car off. Check their page on BBB to see multiple other negative reviews.

This is where we go.Everyone is super friendly and helpful.Today I got a nail in my tire so had to get that taken care of as well as a windshield wiper replaced.I would recommend this place.

First attempt at getting service at this place might have been a fluke. Second time is no excuse. So the first time i drop my vehicle off before hours and leave them a note that i need a tire rotation performed and an oil change done. They were to busy to get to it before noon. My second attempt to get another tire rotation and oil change performed and they state the same thing. But the funny part is, when i went to go pick my keys up he was writing up a new order of service for a vehicle. If your so busy, why are you taking other customers and not performing my service i requested of you?

I have been going to USA Tire for about 7 years, and have been a loyal customer. I have had trouble the last 3 times I have gone there.I had my rear brakes replaced, and got my car back with a load flopping sound. I brought it back 3 times, and even left it for an entire week while I was out of town. They said they could find nothing wrong. It ended up being a broken piece of the frame in the back. (Who ever broke it had to know they did it.) I had my oil change place fix that because dealing with USA Tire was too frustrating.I had every bulb changed on my car, which cost over $400 because of the type of car I have. 3 months later one of the bulbs was out.....2 months after that the other was out. So at about 5 months 2 of the 4 bulbs that I had replaced were out. I went back, and they said well, its been 5-6 months so we cant really do anything...then after me arguing in front of all of the customers, the owner finally said well we can split it....and it would cost me an additional $200 or so. REALLY??? Thats your service to a loyal 7 year customer? I am now going somewhere else to pay AGAIN for something that should have lasted years not months.Then, I brought my car to another place only to find out I needed new rear roaders, which were supposed to have been replaced. I took a picture of the one they removed which they said was an original and had never been replaced.This once reputable company is now a customers nightmare. Your Customer Service is awful and you do not stand behind your work, or admit when you damaged someones car.

Fixed my car and werent pushy about other services when I came in with a flat tire. Will be making this my first choice for car services in the future.

I took my car to Midas and they said i needed to replace all 4 brake pads, all 4 rotors and 2 calipers for $1500. I took it to USA Tire down the road and all i needed to replace was the front brake pads and rotors for $365. Go to USA Tire instead, they were so kind to me and saved me so much money and time!

I left my car there on March 16th, 21 first thing in thing in the morning, I spoke to them at 7:30 am. I explained that I had to have my car back for work the next day. They told me no problem. I explained what the issues were and said I believed I needed an alignment. So they had my car until 15 minutes before closing 5:45 pm and then when I picked it up and was driving home my rim on my rear wheel went flying off into oncoming traffic and almost hit another car. Thank fully my boyfriend was following behind me and was able to go back and get my rim out of the street before it was damaged

What a sparkling gem in a world of corporate franchises looking for the almighty dollar! There is a reason that I had family friends say they had been going to see John at USA Tire for over 30 years. He is friendly and trustworthy. Could have easily charged me for a new tire and install but instead repaired my tire and did not charge me for the tire he had ordered for my vehicle. If I need work done in the future, John and USA Tire will be my first call.

I took my car to Grismer Tire on Wilmington Pk. for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked the car up I was told one of the Rack and Pinion boots was torn and leaking. They recommended I replace the entire system and quoted me over $1300 for the repairs. I took the car home.My son suggested I take the car to USA Tire. They inspected the steering system and found that somehow oil had spilled onto the boot. The technician told me there were no tears in the boot and no damage to the system. They also refused any payment for their time and trouble. Their honesty has earned my respect and they have a new customer for life.Grismer should be ashamed.

Had an unusual leak in one of my tires...John and his very knowledgeable team discovered the problem and fixed it in record time. This is the place to go. We have been customers for over 20 years and they have performed many different repairs on our trucks and cars. Reasonable, experienced and friendly! They know how to get you back on the road. USA Tire allowed me to drop off my jeep after hours, called me the following day after changing the oil and checking out a sound from what I thought was a wheel. It turned out to be uneven wear on the tires, which they rotated for me. The best service, prices and always keeping me safe on the road since I drive back and forth to Canada. I wont take my jeep anywhere else! I always feel safe out on the road.

They treat their customers fairly. They have a clean waiting area and shop. Your car will not look like it has been attacked by greasy monkeys when you get it back. John, Mike, Joe, and the team of mechanics do good work, and stand behind their work. Rated 5/5 on Car Talk Mechanics files as well. If I predecease my wife (not something I am planning on, but you never know), she will go here as she knows she can trust them to treat her fairly and to do quality work.

Always excellent service. You have to make sure to get there early or you may not be able to get your car serviced that day. Go before the shop opens... I suggest atleast a half hour to 15 minutes before open. People wait outside so you know they must know what theyre doing.

Speed can be a problem for turnaround times, but the work they do is solid and they appear to be honest. Ive only had 2 experiences with them so far, as opposed to years of experience with my prior mechanic - but I trust them, and thats invaluable.

Pretty much the only place Ill go for car repairs in this area. The owners and workers are honest, dont tack on extra work, wont BS you, and most importantly wont pocket your keys when you refuse to pay for sevices that were unnecessary AND werent actually done (*cough cough* Grismer). The work is done very well, in a very timely manner, and they stand by their work. If something goes wrong soon after theyll take a look and may fix the issue for free depending on what happened. Highly recommended.

Horrible customer service. I bought tires off amazon for $400 cheaper than what usa tire quoted me. I called to see if they would install them they said no have who you bought them from install them i then had them installed and needed alignment called usa tire and got you didnt buy tires from us so we are too busy to do an alignment on your vehicle. Rude, unprofessional service. Youve been warned.

They are very friendly but it was a bad experience with them. I send my car to get my tire rod replace and when they put in the new one they put it in wrong and it was hitting my Rim! The crazy part is they told me I need new front brakes and that was their opportunity to fix the tire rod. The new brakes they put in only lasted 2 months. my old brake lasted 1 year and I barely drive my car!!!

Thought I had found a home for a while, but just like everyplace else, only worried about the bottom line. You devote 70 hrs a week to a man, you think you would get a little more respect then that. High quality and trustworthy car repairs. You will only pay for repairs needed, when they are needed. Great place to go for tires, oil changes as well as more complex repairs. Open Saturday mornings too for light/minor things (oil changes, etc.) No appointments; first come, first served. Best to arrive as soon as you can after they open at 7:30. There will normally be 5 or 6 folks waiting at the door for them to open for the day.

They are suppose to be open at 8 and I have been waiting since 8 am for them to open. They are still not open and it is 8:20 so I left and will take my business some place else. I don’t have to time to wait on people who don’t want to show up to work on time as I have to be at work as well.

Took my wheels and tires for mounting and balancing. The older gentleman said he can barely get jobs done from people that purchase tires from him. Meaning, if you didnt buy your tires from me, Im not working for you. Wish I had more hands so I can give 4 thumbs down.

Take advantage of older people. My mom went in there and was quoted over 700 for 2 front struts and an alignment. I call Midas and get a quote for the exact same thing and it was about $220 cheaper! Exact parts and everything. Complete joke

I had a flat as I was leaving work. Tire off the rim, and big nail right in the middle of the tread. I bought the tire from USA Tire, I took the wheel off and drove the wheel to the store on very short notice. I called at 430, and they got me in at 5, and had it fixed by 6. They were swamped with work already, and still found time to fit me in and really save my day. Theyre always courteous, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive bought all my tires from here and will continue to do so.

We were visiting family in the Dayton area and blew out a tire on a Sunday afternoon. We visited the only two local tire shops open on Sunday, one of which sold us the wrong size tire. On Monday we attempted to find a shop that could install the correct tire so we could safely get home! It wasnt easy, but John and his staff went to great lengths and bent over backwards to procure the perfect tire and install it in a timely fashion. We drove off 5 minutes prior to closing. Thanks to all for a great ending to a crazy adventure! Recommending to our family members fairly new to the area.

They always have great service. Most recently when I took my vehicle in to check the brakes they did not charge anything since all they needed to do was top off the brake fluid. If you get tires there you get free balance and rotation for the life of the tires.

These guys deserve a five star rating. They are honest, and fair in their pricing. Very easy to deal with. Got my car back from them, and noticed that they had even replaced a few rusty lug nuts I had on my Jeep for free. Didnt even mention it to me. I just happened to look down and notice. Those are the kinds of things that make them stand out.

Bought 60,000 Cooper tires a few years ago. When I went in a few months ago for a rotation, when the tires had just more than 30,000 miles on them, I was told I needed new tires. I had only driven them half as much as the warranty! The owner was of NO help. When I tried to ask about the mileage warranty, he just kept shaking his head and telling me that they’re bad tires. He wouldn’t listen to me. Just kept shaking his head and saying, ”No.” Why wasn’t he contacting Cooper on my behalf? The only reason I’m not giving them just one star, is because a tire did need repair twice and they fixed it for free. But...that also begs the question: why did it need fixed twice for the same problem?Also, if you don’t have another car to drive or if you have a busy life, don’t go here expecting to get in and out quickly. 🙁

Best and most trustworthy shop in town. Have never done me wrong or ripped me off any my Cougar with 180k miles on it has its issues at least once a year. Will send a van to pick you up or drop you off if necessary as well. Advise you to get there very early as there is usually a line of people before they even open their doors. That is because they do solid work.

So thankful I found this place. Im a single mom with 3 boys that does not know much about cars and I was referred by word of mouth to them and I couldnt be more grateful. Tim was very helpful and friendly. They fixed my car and the price was very fair I didnt have to drain my bank account to get my car fixed. He explained everything to me and they did not take advantage in anyway Im so thankful I gave them a shot they made a customer for life. Took our van here because of two recommendations I received from friends. A chain garage wanted to charge 2700 for tires, ball joint and struts. I took it here for a second opinion and they said I only needed tires and everything else was good. They were super friendly.

Had a screw in my tire and saw all the reviews on here and decided to give them a call, super friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. Dropped it off, again so friendly and professional. The repair was lower than the original quote - When does that ever happen?! They are really fair and dont overcharge because they can. Will be back if/when I need repairs. Just like the other reviewers, top notch!

Ive been here 4 times. This place is the the best mechanic shop around. Had the ball joints, u joints replaced. Oil change here is a good deal. They are far surperior to every one else! I love this place! Very pleased customer!

I got a nail in my tire last night and woke up this morning with a completely flat tire. Called around 10, they said they were absolutely swamped and had already stopped taking cars for the day hours earlier because they close at noon on Saturdays, but told me to bring it in and they would do their best. I was only there about a half hour and they took care of it, good as new for $15. Very helpful and a good experience

I went in to get my tires, bought online, mounted, balanced and alignment in my truck. I Went twice and told me they are not taking mores cars for the day. I asked for an appointment and they would not give me one. They just tell me to come back the earlier next day. But two years ago i took a different car in to replace my tires. I went in around 12pm and by 3 oclock they had my car ready. Not appointment done that one time. Difference was that time i bought the tires there and not online. I understand there is not a large profit if i dont buy their tires but still they are supposed to offer me a service.
