I stopped in to pay my bill and to get some information on my phone that I have bought from Craig last week, I just want to say he is an exceptional customer service representative. He make sure that we had our mask on the store was very clean, and for the first time in a long time that I went into a store this particular store smelled very good! You can tell that the management takes pride in the appearance of the store and also pride in the customer service that they provide. I recommend the store to any and everyone again the customer service is exceptional.

Wade was great! He definitely deserves a pay raise and a potential store manager position if it opens up! Was extremely knowledgeable and honest at telling me my monthly bill cost, helped me find a phone I love and was one of the best customer service people I’ve came across!

I had been having a BUNCH of issues trying to order the Samsung s20 FE 5G on the boost website. I had spent 2 days back and forth with boost and the bank and was about to give up. I first called the store on Wayne Ave to see if they could honor the online pricing. The guy that answered said no and that he would have to order the phone because he didnt have it in stock. Then he told me that the phone was gonna be full price even tho I was upgrading my phone. Then I called this store and the manager Craig answered and said they have the phone in STOCK so I went there. Craig had EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and completed my order in less than 10 minutes,including setting up the SIM card and getting me a screen protector. Plus he was honest with me about the instore deal for the phone. I explained to him what happened at the other store and he was amazing enough to tell me that the other guy was trying to scam me and pocket the extra money. This store will forever have my business because of Craig. He was very personable, authentic, and a phenomenal Salesman. I came in knowing what I wanted and he didnt try to sell me anything else. This man deserves a raise.

Nickey was great help! we had issues with activation (which was not her fault at all.) and she was extremely apologetic and kept trying until it was resolved. she is extremely cheerful and gave us a good laugh. we definitely will be coming back to this location because of her! :)

This Boost Mobile location is the best place to shop for a phone, I was greeted right away from a nice young gentleman named Wade. He helped me find the phone that I needed, I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and honest sales representative, he has a real future in sales. 5 starts for him and the store!

After years of other carrier I transferred here and wont go anywhere else so much so I now have my father here they know what theyre talking about they have no problem answering every question you can think of and theyre very knowledgeable about the phones that they have.

I lost my phone on a flight out of Dallas Texas, went into Boost 20 minutes before closing hoping to just get a phone and planning on spending the rest of my evening trying to recover my contacts and apps. Darrius was so helpful, he didnt rush me and even stayed late to retrieve my contacts and trying to retrieve all my other settings. He absolutely went above and beyond for me, great customer service!! Very friendly and helpful!!

My experience here was very good....the lady that helped me out alot....very knowledgeable on phones,and helped me get the right phone for me. She also activated it for me and made sure i was able to use it before I walked out.

It was time for me to get a new phone and i was very worried about losing my grand babies pictures. In the past i lost pictures because they said they had transfered all my numbers and pictures. Whomever activated my phone had my daughters name as my account. We also found out when i tried to use my insurance that they also used the store address as mine. Wade Turner is the best customer service representative i have ever done business with in my life. And any problem i had that day he was able to help me. Wade Turner should be awarded in every way possible because he is very nice, respectful and knows his job very well. Recommend anyone to go to him when help is needed. I wish i could give him a bonus myself cause im oldschool and i dont know anything about these phones. He really deserves it.

Darius W. went above and beyond to help me set up 4 phones last night even taking over 2 hours because of a new system that wasnt working the way it should and no help from his management. His computers kept freezing up and causing problems for him but throughout it all he remained upbeat and helpful. Exactly the way Customer Service should be done. Definitely recommend going to see Darius and his Supervisors should know what an asset he is and should have more employees like him. Thanks Darius.

While I was making my payment he told me about a promotion boost had going on to add a line free for the first month and get the phone for 5 dollars which was perfect because i had actually been looking to add 3 more lines and phones for my kids for there birthdays but we had not been able to do it yet because it was so expensive so needless to say Shane helped us out a ton and saved us a ton of money!!!
