If you come in and buy a new phone, theyll tell you that the return policy is 7 days. What they wont tell you is that day 1 is the day you buy the phone. I went to the store 7 days later (exactly according to the policy they told me) and was denied the return. Im now down ~$1000 and will be looking to switch carriers ASAP. The employees are friendly, but they need to be trained to explain the return policy more clearly (if it isnt already designed to scam people). I never post bad reviews for anything, but this was too egregious.

Bought a screen protector from here. When I got home and opened it, it looked like it had been previously opened. Plastic seal open, instructions, alcohol pad or cleaning cloth.

The phone selection is diverse, and the setup is fast.

I had a very great shopping experience thanks to tacoyia. She was very kind, helpful, and has great customer service skills. I was out the store in no time.

I was helped by Tacoyia today!!! She was sooo amazing🤗 I had previously received terrible service several times from the cricket location on Linden ave, they are very unhelpful and their equipment NEVER is working. I went to the location on Wilmington pike and had an amazing experience!!! When I came in Tacoyia R had 4 other customers and somehow was happily and helpfully assisting ALL 4 customers at once and meeting their needs!!!!!! After not much of a wait, she was able to help me also. Myself and every customer in front of me left so happy and thankful! Shes the best, cricket is lucky to have an employee like her!!!

Had 2 b one of the best experiences I have ever had at a cellphone store. I had a very nice young lady by the name of Tacoyia help me with a purchase of a new phone. She was very helpful and professional and very nice. I will continue to go to this location for all future Cellphone services!

Tacoyia is an amazing & curtious Sales Rep for Cricket @ the Wilmington Pike location. She was very busy but, took the time to acknowledge all of her customers & continued to check back with us, as we waited. Her detail and Attention to her customers desires were well above average. Great employees!! There were 3 customers in the store and she was multitasking beautifully and helping us all! I was very impressed and this will definitely be my home store to go to just because of the awesomeness of the staff.

Best cell phone experience yet... I was here on work from out of town. I stopped in to check on getting an additional line. The rep who was working was very helpful and got us a great buy on a great phone. Then he noticed there was a better plan of service for my current lines to save me money. This right here is a prime example of why I left Verizon to join the cricket family. I would recommend this store to everyone!

I went to this store for help with my phone because the screen was not working. I asked the associate to look at my phone and/or help me with the warranty. The associate set my phone down on the counter and walked away from me. Then the other associate stated very rudely that I had to call a number and send my phone in for warranty. I said that I had been to a cricket store before and they replaced it on the spot with a new one. He then started to argue with me even involving another customer and I picked up my phone and said thanks for looking at it. I then left. I would not recommend this store to anyone or will I ever go back. Smh!

I just left here and i wanted to give this place a very good review i am reading these reviews about sam and i cant believe people are leaving bad reviews he is such a sweet nice guy. as i was waiting to get helped people want things done for free or simply he can not just help people with it seems that only customer service can i seen how people get mad when he tells them that. i used to work for sprint and really sad how people take things the wrong way ! im shocked ! i spent maybe 45 mins with sam helping me transfer pictures contacts google and apps and just talking he seems like a very very good guy! before i came here i went to other cricket stores just looking around and by far was this location nice respectful. it looks like they have lots of inventory where other cricket places i have been to only have 2 cases on the wall. i took the time to write this bc reading some of the bad comments im like really? ive been in his shoes before and i understand how some people want things done for free and as just a employee u can not give things or do things for free,. sorry but sam i hope people are more nice to you and you did a good job ! i will only come here ! thank you my new wireless friend !

This Cricket store is out of business it has been 4 months

Watch this cricket store they lied about the prices of their products more than once to me, I had to call cricket direct in front of the manager because he lied to me. I have sense switched carriers because of it.

Sam has verey bad attitude i left his Location and i visit a different one to do my business, save your time and go somewhere else

Worst customer service ever 😠

Terrible service. Sunshine and roses while I was looking and I eventually bought the phone. A week later when the phone did not work he didnt give me the time of day.
