I recently set up service with AT&T. After experiencing difficulties with their system at another store I was ready to give up when I came across Julian at their Kettering location(i thought I was on the phone with corporate). He asked me to come into the store so he could help me, and he did. His customer service skills are top notch and he is dedicated to solving problems to ensure the customer is happy. I know if it were not for Julian I would not be an AT&T customer and he should be considered an asset to the company 👌🏻

I went in to pay my bill it took 1 hour. This is unacceptable since I was the only customer in the store. The staff was more concerned with trying to sell me products inwhich I stated I did not want, than addressing the reason I was in the store.

Ordered an upgrade phone that was to be delivered to me. I had a couple of questions so I called. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Terrible manager, didnt even want to help. But when we went to a different at&t store they were able to help.We are new here in the US, she hasnt talked to us properly. Sorry for the review,but the service was bad. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Received terrible service from one of the associates. When I arrived, another customer walked out upset from what I could only assume was the same rude customer service that was provided to us. One hour to pay our bill and it didnt happen correctly. Had to call ATT today to get it corrected.

Not an authorized retailer, Curtis has no clue how to replace a phone that was destroyed, I had to cancel a line and pay $75 for the line, that he added, which wasn’t necessary to do at all when replacing a phone. This store doesn’t have the products that an authorized retailer so they upsell you due to their lack thereof. Go to the authorized dealer on Alex Bell, very professional and competent at the job.

I recently moved my family plan over at this store and we had a wonderful experience! Staff was knowledgeable, attentive and patient with me and my myriad of questions. After having had my service at a competitor for many years, it was refreshing to feel comfortable and not rushed along. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to enhance their cell phone customer service experience.

Came in just to activate an old device and walked out with a free phone! Justin just asked that I hear out his promotional deals and to ask some questions. Well one of them sounded great. I was a bit pressed for time and at that point he quickly and efficiently completed the transaction. He explained everything really well, answered all of my questions, and was a great help! Awesome location! Justin was able to get me a new screen protector and a new case for my phone. He was even able to put my screen protector on for me so it laid perfectly on my phone!

They have the worst customer service ever you could get. I asked them to help me to look to my account and they wont. I really dont suggest them at all.

I recently visited this facility to find a charging cable for my phone. I found out that theyre no longer available, and suggested I look online. During our conversation I found out I was eligible for an upgrade that included a tablet. The entire staff was cordial and very knowledgeable. I have visited this store several times. Both Justin (the manager) and Matt were amazing. They had incredible customer service and were patient with all customers (even when it was crowded). They went above and beyond, stayed late explaining plans and services, gave honest recommendations, and helped us navigate the ever changing world of technology. Matt answered every question I had and helped us set up our phones well beyond the average set up. Best of all they were patient to our three kids 10, 8, and 4 and played kid movies for them while we spoke to them. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. In a world where true customer service is rare, I appreciated their genuineness. Justin even drove to another store 20 min away to get me a red iPhone because their store didn’t have it.Truly a phonemal experience. If everyone had this kind of experience they would never shop anywhere else. We have complete confidence they will help us with any further questions as time goes on.I know these two men will go far because their work ethic and customer service skills are superb. When you go in ask for them and tell them Crecia sent you.

Pretty disappointed with this location. Weve had cell service with ATT for a while and went in to set up new phones. While there the person who helped us (I have his name but Im not going to post it) told me about their offers for tv and internet. Id been thinking about switching to ATT to try them out for a while. So I talked with him about what we wanted and signed up. He told me the cost for what I signed up for was $120 a month with a 1 year agreement. I asked if this included all taxes and fees, he said yes. I asked, so my bill will be $120 a month, he said yes.I signed up and was told Id get the documents in my email. What I got in my email was a link to sign into an account. I tried to sign I in and got a message that ATT needed to snail mail me a verification letter to verify my account. This would mean that I couldnt see the documents for the services before they were installed. So, my BS detector went off and I went back into the store. I asked to see the details of the order I signed up for. The guy (different guy) showed me my order and guess what? It was for $135 in services before taxes and fees, so basically $160 bill each month. I told the guy to cancel my order and that I didnt want to work with a company that lied to me. If i hadnt been with ATT for so long as a cell customer i may have killed that contract at the same time. Very disappointed with this company.

So I went in because my son broke his pop socket... we went to walmart and they had crappy ones that you could tell would only last a day. So we went in and they hooked my boy up with one that was super cool according to my son... they were very nice and let him did through all the ones they had. And made it all about him. They went through all the services they offered with me while he was looking but....I already had all of them. All in all it was a win win for everyone and my son left super happy!!!

We (my husband and I) were being served by this nice young gentleman who was a trainee and doing a great job. Unfortunately the young brunette caucasian woman working at the time was very rude to us and the trainee when he needed her help to ask questions about the sale. Then another sales person, a young caucasian man with short brown hair, stood by watching the whole thing then strolled over as the trainee was about to ring us up and told him the manager told him he wasnt allowed to ring up any sales, but dont worry he would share the commission with him. What? This sales associate never even offered to help the trainee or bothered to even introduced himself to us. Our reaction. We got up and left. No sale for them today. I am sorry the trainee lost out on part of a commission, but I could stand to think of that slimy immoral person getting one cent of commission from us. Please train your sales staff how to have manners, act professionally, and treat a trainee with respect. We may cut all our service with this company.We wish trainee well, keep up the good work and find a better sales team to work with. You could have a bright future in sales because you know the meaning of customer service while those rude sales associates dont.This happened on Sat.Jan.9, 2016 in the afternoon.

I have been a customer of ATT for over 2 years while they have shifted into direct tv. I went into the facility to request ATT u-verse for my new home. The sales rep continued to tell me how I would be happier with Direct TV . Now, being a past Direct tv customer I know exactly how crappy the service is. So I politely declined. The sales rep continued to bring up that he KNEW I would want direct tv and even printed me out the cost for Direct tv when I said I wanted U-verse. To make matter worst. While we were talking he started to rub my back . it was super unprofessional and I will not return to that location.
