If I could give it 0 stars I would. People at this location were more worried about finding something on the web for lunch and their commission then giving me honest work. I went in there and was told if I got an Android phone, that they had a promotion for me to get a watch for free, but when I opened my line I owed 370$ for a watch and after talking to CS for it, they tried a spiel about credits taking care of 9$ worth and I only owed 99$ and would be 4.12 a month, waived, somehow still owe 4.12 monthly and cant pay the bill off unless in full. Maybe they should worry more about customers and not extorting you for cash.

Where do I start? First everyone at this location are liars. My mom been at T-Mobile for years before she has any issues. But the people at this location had my elderly mother pay for 3 lines on her account without her knowing & told her the payment was for taxes & accessories. & when she went to use her lines she couldn’t because the man with the English accent is a liar. I later found out that they are a third party location so they make their own lies - I mean rules.

This store is the best. Zac is just incredible with knowledge of there products & billing. Ive been to other t-mobile stores but none are close to the professionalism of this Kettering store. Not one time have I left disappointed. Great store !! Thank you !

I wanted to upgrade our cell phones and get a more reliable carrier for cell phone service. Our old carrier’s service has gone down hill. Dropped calls, poor data uploads... the list goes on. I called several T-Mobil’s in the area. Each person I spoke to could not explain current promotions or cell phone fees and services that I could comprehend. I finally called this T-Mobil and what a world of difference. Zachary walked me through the entire process over the phone. His professionalism was outstanding. He was caring and patient and he answered every question I had without missing a beat. He even added additional promotional pricing on top the free iPhones, crazy good. I got 4 lines of service with unlimited everything plus Netflix at 136.00 dollars a month. I couldn’t believe it. He even went to another T-Mobil to pick up more iPhones to complete our cell phone purchase. The customer service was seamless. James was another employee who helped set up our cell phone service while Zachary was picking up the cell phones. James too was impeccable. The employees at this store are exceptional. The entire experience blew me away. Now, I won’t go anywhere else. Because of them, I’m a loyal customer for life. And the best part, my new cell phone service has greatly improved. So happy. Thank you Zachary and James :-)

Great service at this location, all the staff there were very friendly and helpful. I liked that they were very responsive to each persons respective technology knowledge. They also provided all the options, but did not press the up sell offers too hard, which I appreciated.

Matt and Google was very helpful, and even if I did walk out with two watches, (because my wife came with me, lol), they really made the experience fun. So I was going to give this store a 5 star rating but when I am not receiving my items as promised kinda messed that idea up. Dont get me wrong Matt and Dennis were very helpful and informative but I feel I was giving information to close a deal. My husband came in for one item and was leaving with 3 items well 2 because unfortunately the other was promised it would be shipped Monday or Tuesday either to me or to the store, naturally I wanted it shipped to the store. So my husband came back to the store to handle some business with the employees at the store and was told that they didnt know when I will receive my item because now all of a sudden it. Not HAPPY AT ALL, because now Im feeling that they made this sale sound so good to seal the deal but now Im not receiving my item as promised kinda makes me feel......😡😒I was expecting something that was promised now Im not receiving as promised and dont exactly know when. Not Good Business. Not a happy camper...

I am one of those people who rarely leaves reviews but for the outstanding customer service I received from Zachary Goodin, I am applauding as loudly as I can for this particular store having secured such a nice and empathetic human being. I was in a unique situation where only the store could essentially help and he came through. I highly recommend this location and a million thanks to Zach!

It has been awhile since I’ve had great customer service but the T-Mobile at Town and Country shopping center went above and beyond my expectations. I had a concern about switching from my previous carrier to T-Mobile and the whole carrier freedom program. I got burned from my previous carrier when I switched to them where I got hit with a big bill from the carrier before. When I switched to T-Mobile I told them I didn’t want any hidden surprises and paying lots of money to my previous carrier. When I got my bill and started the carrier freedom program I noticed a problem. I stopped in at the store and spoke with the manager and I explained the problem that I was having. He listened and made phone calls and ran into roadblocks but that didn’t stop him from helping get the problem fixed. I was able to get the money to payoff my previous carrier and I’m a satisfied T-Mobile customer. The staff at Town and Country shopping center thank you and thanks for the great customer service.

The manager Zack is great at what he does and is very helpful. If I ever have an issue, hes able to fix the problem without any difficulties. To be honest, if it wasnt for Zack and a few of the people that work with him in the store, I wouldve left T-Mobile years ago.

Best jeweler in the area. Have used them for over 15 years. They are dependable and honest. Why go elsewhere when the best is here.

Visited this location for the first time a few weeks back for a warranty exchange. Worked with the store manager Zach. He was great and went above and beyond to look for other ways to improve our service (better-suited rate plan and so on). Great store and staff, and highly recommended.

Honestly I have been to several T-mobile stores including 3-4 in Dayton and 1 in Indianapolis... this store is definitely the best I’ve been to! Took my phone to the apple store in the Greene and had no help and sat there for about 2 hours...... then I went to the T-mobile store on stroop and Zach helped us! Thanks! When I went, they showed a deep interest in resolving my billing issue.Update 5/31/17I wanted to say thanks to Austin at this location for helping me to switch over my plan and working with me to get my new Digits number setup on my phone. I also want to say thank you to Vic for your help over these past few months, too, with my billing-related questions and issues. You guys rock!Update 8/4/17Spoke with the store manager Zack about needing to get a 4G LTE CellSpot device for my home, as I live downhill, and he was very friendly and helpful to get exactly what I needed, so that I could enjoy better coverage in my home. I went from having around 7 Mbps of download speeds on average to now over 40 Mbps (5 MBps) after setting up the CellSpot.Truly, these guys are so helpful and I really do appreciate the effort and consideration they put in each time. Someone else mentioned here that they personally drive to this location, despite it being further away from closer T-Mobile stores near them, because they appreciate the quality of service at this particular location. All I can say is that Zack, Vic and Austin make being with T-Mobile a great experience.Update 10/30I brought in my new Pixel 2 and Zach helped to get it set up and working, but not only did he get it going, he also showed me a promotion that T-Mobile is doing to save me money for bringing a Pixel 2 onto T-Mobile. Thats a few hundred in savings, so I REALLY appreciate the lookout, because I wouldnt have none about it otherwise.
