Highly suggest a formal review of the staff employed at the pharmacy on CVS on Woodman and Patterson.

They have excellent staff.always a good experience to shop here.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would! Dont use this pharmacy, seriously will be the biggest waste of your time!!! Dropped off my 2 year olds prescription at noon today, the pharmacy tech told me to give them 1- 1 1/2 hours to get it filled. Waited on their text to let me know when the prescription was ready. We waited until 7 pm tonight and it was not even touched. She proceeded to tell us to give them an extra 10 minites upon arrival so the pharmacist can mix it since its a compound. So the prescription was waiting there for 7 hours and never once was looked at or filled and you still need more than 7 hours to mix the compound???? So at that point we were waiting because what other choice do we have. When we get a phone call from the pharmacist saying that they cant fill the prescription because they dont have all the stuff for it. He then said that he cant transfer the prescription to another store and that we have to take it to Childrens medical center to get it filled. We called childrens and they told us that they should be transferring the prescription to another location to get filled. Childrens called the pharmacist and he STILL REFUSED to transfer it to another store to be filled. Once childrens called us back, they told us that the Pharmacist from this CVS is still refusing to fill it and that technically this is ILLEGAL to do!!!!!!!! My daughter can finally have relief all thanks to childrens and NOT THIS CVS!!!! Way to not do your jobs the way you should!!! Will be taking our business elsewhere....

Horrible pharmacy service

Nicole helped me so much at the pharmacy and had the sweetest way of caring.

I love this place. Always greeted when I enter the store. Pharmacy staff are top notch. Never have to wait in a line like I did when I got my scripts at Kroger. Plus, with my new prescription plan, I save nearly $100 a month compared to what I paid at Kroger.

James took care of checking me out, he was so extremely rude, I had an FSA card and we had to run my items a few times.. he huffed and puffed and groaned, and rolled his eyes. Super horrible service and extremely rude. I was very apologetic.. I Just wanted to use my FSA, and he acted as if I was such an inconvenience to him. Probably won’t use CVS again.

My wife went in yesterday after a doctors appointment for our son, he was prescribed some medicine for a really bad case of pink eye. So she goes in and the first lady says, Yeah, we dont have the order in yet, check back here about 3 and it should be ready for you. So my wife goes back in at 6:30 and the gentleman said, Im so sorry, its not going to be until tomorrow, were out of stock. Check back around noon.Okay fine, its an annoyance, our son can barely open his eyes, but fine the dude at the window was apologetic and we knew it wasnt his fault.So this morning my wife calls the CVS to see if maybe the shipment came in early, or if there was a guaranteed time frame for pick up because our son is just miserable... well a gentleman named Jake answered the phone and my wife explained to him what had happened and instead of being apologetic and telling her that it would be there around noon, he said, Yeah, Im just not sure how anybody could have told you that it would have been here around 3... as if my wife was lying about It? What possible reason could she have had to lie about the time expectation. she was told??To be completely honest, I could hear the guy through the phone and he wasnt polite in any way shape or form... he didnt apologize once (which is all any customer ever wants to hear after crappy service) but instead he basically hung up on my wife when she was clearly upset about the 2 different time expectations and needing a guaranteed one for the sake of our son.At the very least Jake, you could have said you were sorry about all the trouble this has caused and assured us you were going to take care of it today as soon as the delivery came in... being a rude jerk to a customer and explaining to her what out of stock means... just makes you a poor customer service representative.Very upset with our experience, and to the management team, VERY upset with how your employee handled this situation.

Always so politely greeted... good clean store. Pharmacy is the same.

Using the app Shopkick is not illegal. I know multiple people that work at a CVS, and one is even a manager. None of these people think there is a problem with the app or ban it from their stores. At this location I got kicked out for using the shopkicking app. The 50yo manager said it was because it probably reports our prices here and is therefore not allowed in any CVS. That 50 year olds name was Chuck and he needs to get some serious up to date training.

Only have nice experience at this CVS. The pharmacist would walk out of their area to help you look for your medicine. The drive-through would take a bit longer but theres never a waiting line

Cleanliness is not a priority as evident by the smocks the technicians wear.

I JUST LEFT. I came in looking for a specific item and asked the manager and his response was very short, rude, and insulting. Like I was crazy and stuppid for even asking, they clearly dont carry it! Ugh. Not to mention I could barely tell the store was open because it was so dirty outside also covered in trash and spider webs. Congratulations I will strictly be going to Walgreens from now on.

Nicest pharmacy staff ever.

Only complaint is that they close very early.
