Weve found this store to be clean and well stocked. The staff have been professional and friendly, always greeting us when we enter the store and asking if they can help us find anything. The pharmacists are clearly quite busy and do their best, which I appreciate. Thank you Rite-Aid.

Every single time I go to get my prescriptions from this pharmacy they claim they don’t have my insurance or that I don’t have insurance. I use the automated line to have my prescriptions filled most of the time, sometimes I call the pharmacy directly. Doesn’t matter which one I do, when I send someone to pick my prescriptions up considering I’m 9 months pregnant, they either say I never requested it to be refilled, or that my prescription is some ungodly amount of money because they once again haven’t ran my insurance correctly. Today, I sent my fiancé to pick up my medication and they told him “yeah we got the request for refill, but it’s gonna be a while because the pharmacist is giving shots” ?? I understand pharmacies administer shots and that’s a service they offer, but you can’t tell someone to wait around for a prescription for “at least an hour” that was supposed to be ready when they got there. I understand mistakes happen and I’ve tried to be patient but it seems that they need a pharmacist in charge there that actually creates an atmosphere where things run smoothly and customers are treated with respect, not talked to like they are annoyed with them. You wouldn’t be annoyed with hearing from me if you performed your services correctly. I’ve waited a while to complain because I’ve never had any issues with any other rite aid, but enough is enough.

Friendly helpful staff, but as a person in a high risk group with health issues, I was disappointed that the employees up front were wearing their masks under their noses. I won’t be back. This makes me sort of sad. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years. I don’t care what you believe politically. I really don’t. You are welcome to your opinion and I respect it. But, I think we all understand now that wearing a mask properly protects others from Covid.

I e been using this pharmacy for over 10 years now. The staff is always helpful and nice to me. They usually already have my birth control filled when I call the refill in. Most of the staff know my children and always ask about how they are doing. I love how personable and friendly it is.

I used to love this pharmacy, but lately not so much. I always took my elderly mother and father to this rite aid for years before they both passed away and the staff was always kind and knew us before we even spoke to them. The last year or so though things have gone downhill. Just this week one of the clerks in the pharmacy was so rude to me I was literally shocked. I will be switching to Walgreens soon. I will say there is a guy in the pharmacy named Josh who is VERY helpful and kind and always professional. Will miss interacting with him.

This WAS a great pharmacy. Apparently there has been a lot of turnover and the staff has become very rude. One pharmacist in particular has a very bad attitude...Ill be switching to Walgreens..

The pharmacist denied doing business with me it was very unprofessional
