Used the online order curbside pickup. Was quick and easy. Order was ready within half an hour and only waited about 3 min in my car in the designated spot. I used the I’m here and on my way feature via email

Staff was very nice assisting me when an item that was actually in stock got cancelled from my pick up order.

I picked up my prescription at the drive thru window.

It was pretty good, but I only went for my covid vaccine and ended up having to hang around for over 30 minutes before my shot.

Well how things change! I got the best customer care ever as I learned to use their photo dept! Kaitlyn could not have been kinder and super sweet to work with! She helped me soooo much! Time for a raise! Thanks so much!

No stars....only gave them a star because I had too. They gave me someone elses prescription. I told them all my information and they still have me someones prescription. So much for HIPPA...they acted like it was my fault.

Its a great store with a friendly and helpful staff.A pharmacists and their techs all greet me by name, they remember my prescriptions before looking them up to make certain, and have 3 times caught the problem when an ER doctor sent me home with a prescription incompatible with my ongoing medications. I could get cheap meds from my insurers preferred prescription by mail service and save a couple of hundred dollars a year, but saving that money is not worth losing the personal care that has not only been helpful and friendly but has also, literally, saved my life.I get texts when my scripts are ready, or delayed, or when they must check with my physician.I live in a seniors facility and we are a cranky, finicky, demanding, and argumentative bunch, yet all of my friends and neighbors here have had similar positive experiences experiences at this store.If you have a problem with the staff there, I suspect that the staffs attitude is not the source of your problem.

People here are rude and give really quick attitudes. I really loved going to that place just for about a lot of things and after tonights trip I have a lot of hatred. This lady with dye black hair and thick eyebrows was working there when my friend and I went in to pick up some pictures and get some headphones. When we gave her the money, the change was 5 dollars short and when I said something about it she gave a unnecessary rude disgusting attitude. She got so hot and tense that her makeup started coming off. When we went back in the car I was proving my friend that she was 5 dollars short. Not a big deal right? its 5 dollars, but when youre broke and youre just a teenager its something. We went back and the rude unnecessary disgusting attitude was then again given to us. After my friend said thank you and im sorry, she yet rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything. I literally want to give no stars at this point, if I ever get that kind of customer service again I will show everyone in that store a rude disgusting unnecessary attitude.

I always come here to get pictures and Amy has always been really helpful and pleasant even when I made an error and didnt submit my picture she got them ready for me really quickly! Thanks Amy!

Good thing my friend was with me...because she caught the cashier shorting me $5. I paid with the money she had handed me for my next transaction and still had to pull more money out of my wallet. My friend mentioned it to her and her respose was, no that was$13 i gave her, and these headphones are $8. Go figure, i really was shorted, so i kindly went back in and told her about it. After it was done i thanked her, even apologized and she just rolled her eyes and walked away. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This Walgreens location (I can only speak about this one) is completely unconcerned for their customers! For over a decade they have been pushing their 90 day supply refill on every piece of literature Ive gotten from them.! But today on one of my few days off they called me and woke me up pushing their 90 day supply with this supposed courtesy call. No a SALES call! A genuine courtesy call would have been one to let me know they were no longer going to be open 24 hours! A big thing to someone who doesnt always work a standard shift but not one call text email nothing! Or maybe a call that they were substituting my regular medication with something that looked nothing like the usual pills and of course I couldnt call and make sure they were correct so I could take them that night because they were no longer open 24 hours! I called to speak with the manager about this courtesy call but was put on hold for 10 minutes more of their courtesy ! Walgreens needs to learn that a courtesy call should be a courtesy to the customer not to their business! Maybe its time to find out if another location is better or if its all of Walgreens that doesnt understand the definition of courtesy !

Favorite pharmacy. Has a little bit of everything you could ever need, and theyre open most if not all of the major holidays for those last minute purchases you may have forgotten.

They dont call you when your prescription is ready. They argue with you on the phone. They dont keep insurance information in their system. Never again will I go to this Walgreens.
