Kerry and Jeff took us out and showed us some great spots. We had a great time fishing and caught a great haul. They’re laid back and have a fun, family owned atmosphere. They were super friendly and helpful; I’d you’re feeling anxious about the dive, these are the guys you wanna go with. We will definitely go back on another trip.

Amazing vacation! We had the best time snorkeling, and staying out on the ocean overnight on the boat.A must do vacation for families, couples, or groups. The crew are more than welcoming, and also very knowledgeable on the Florida Keys compared to others in the area weve experienced in the past.Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the ocean for the day, or multiple days.❤😀🚤⚓🌎

These folks are great. Strongly recommend. Had some bad weather coming the day of the scheduled trip. They saw it coming and scheduled me in when the winds were good and the waves were calm. Ill book only with them in the lower Keys. Vandy was awesome! Put that one on your bucket list with these folks. Thanks again Jack and Kelly!

My wife and I went scuba diving and lobstering with these guys off of Key West. We had a fantastic day with Daniel and Jack (I think, sorry if I botched any names!) We left with a sack of lobster, which grilled up very, very nicely. Awesome day with a fun crew. They handled everything, and gave us a lot of great info on the sport and the area.

Husband and wife team who were excellent hosts! The atmosphere aboard the boat was just the right mix for me. Laid back and relaxed but with just the right amount of oversight to keep us all out of any bad situations. We had a great two tank dive on the Vandenberg. Thank you captain Jack and Kelly!

Not sure why but while every other dive charter is going out this outfit couldn’t get off the dock. I had numerous emails and phone calls w Kelly arranging dives weeks ahead. Great trips were described but when it came time to book it all fell apart. When I arrived didn’t remember who I was I was and I was advised they were on weather hold for 3 days. Everyone else went out daily. They offered a Marguesas trip and it fell apart as fast as it was offered. 3 days of potential diving out the window. Not sure why - too far out of town, poor demand or poor scheduling I dont recommend this outfit. Great marketing, no product.

Amazing times!!! A must do outdoor activity in the Florida keys for those who seeks new and exciting adventure traveling.AWC offers scuba diving, deep-sea fishing trips, ship wreck expeditions, island hopping and tons more that youll never experience anywhere else in the world. Before booking with them we did our homework and they were the ones we went with and are very happy we did. Adventure Watersport Chartres is much better than their competition for multiple reasons. The pricing is very affordable and competitive, theyre one of a very select few who are able to dock at the Dry Tortugas National Park which has Fort Jefferson on it which is something you should definitely add to your bucket list if you like history and culture. Very fascinating to see what the Cuban people did to come to America, and how many perished attempting to do so. Theyve even got old handmade washed up balsa wood boats on the island the Cuban refugees built and bravely used for making the long and scary trip to America. The boats, cannons, etc. are all still on the island at the Dry Tortugas. Theres even a fresh water moat with live crocodiles that we brought in from the mainland as a line of defense for Fort Jefferson to prevent invaders. Just dont dangle your feet over the edge lol. Almost got my leg bitten by a sneaky crocodile: l Best trip of our lives and we walked away with all limbs haha!!Thanks for the amazing times Kelly and Captain Jack!!:-) If you see this, just FYI... weve already got another trip planned for the coming summer so well be seeing you again very soon!!😉🌅🚤

I have organized many trips for my diving group over the years but our recent trip to the Dry Tortugas and Marquesas Key was definitely one of the best. Kelly was incredibly helpful and informative in assisting me in booking the trip. Captains Jack and John were very welcoming and accommodating. They created a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere on the boat. The food was terrific! They provided a varied and plentiful menu. We had six divers on the boat (the max) but never felt like we were tripping over each other. The boat is clean and well maintained. Diving in the TER was great. Interesting sites with nice coral formations and swim throughs. Visibility was normal for the Keys (25 - 60 ft.) Seeing/touring Ft. Jefferson was a great experience. I highly recommend Adventure Watersport Charters to anyone looking for a dive trip off the beaten path!

We had an INCREDIBLE family adventure vacation with CPT Jack and CPT Kirk (Dive Instructor) aboard the Emily Anne. Carolyn (Wife), Mason (12 year old son) and I did a three night live aboard dive trip to the Dry Tortugas and Marquesas. The trip included a two day open water dive certification for Mason a refresher dive for Carolyn and I, several additional dives including spear fishing and rod and reel fishing on the reefs outside of the maritime sanctuary. We went to sleep during the nighttime motor out to the Dry Tortugas, and woke up at anchor directly off the front of Garden Key, home of the strikingly beautiful and quite interesting Fort Jefferson - a must see piece of American History. After a morning dive, while Mason worked on his certification skills with the very patient and excellent instructor Kirk, CPT Jack dropped Carolyn and I off at Loggerhead Key - another iconic location - where we explored the island for a couple of hours and marveled at the solitude and scenery. Ray and Bonnie, the lone occupants of the island who are part of a rotating group of caretakers of the lighthouse and other old buildings gave us a short tour and an orientation and then we walked hand in hand along the most beautiful and secluded beach one could imagine. It was dreamlike.Later that evening we spent three hours exploring Fort Jefferson, capped by an incredible sunset view from the moat wall on the West Side of the Fort. The fort blew us away with its size and complexity - and the sheer difficulty the people building it must have had so far away from the US Mainland. The placards placed along the walking trails at the site explain various details of the building, guarding, and day to day life of the hundreds of Soldiers, families, and slaves that made up this remote community for over 30 years. The following day we dove several times. After Mason was fully certified we dove the WindJammer, a 19th century French Sailboat in about 40 feet of water. It was a big thrill for Mason to dive a wreck on his first dive trip, and the huge Goliath grouper that makes his home in the wreck didn’t disappoint either. The Dry Tortugas are rich in undersea wildlife and the water clarity was excellent with visibility over 50 feet most of the time. That night we motored a little more than halfway back, and did a night anchorage at the Marquesas Keys. In the morning we dove again, at a site only known by CPT Jack well off the beaten path. Again the wildlife was excellent and we did our part by spearing a few Lionfish, an invasive species that has been taking over much of the South Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico. The night motor to the Marquesas was admittedly rough. Crossing the Rebecca Channel can be quite challenging in a small boat, and although the Emily Anne is a solid vessel over 40 feet we bounced around quite a bit. CPT Jack and CPT Kirk both handled her beautifully and we made it to anchorage and peaceful nights sleep.Another important aspect of this adventure vacation is the closeness of the crew / client relationship. This is not a ‘canned’ experience, but a charter where the CPT and crew make you part of the entire trip from its planning to hour by hour decisions about ‘what is next’ and ‘what is on the agenda.’ CPT Jack’s wife Kelly, herself a certified boat Captain, didn’t take the trip with us but made all of the arrangements. She also prepared all of the meals we ate aboard the boat - and we had homemade food at every setting. This is a highly recommended vacation for the family that can handle a very real trip aboard a boat that moves with the waves and has individual berthing. I wouldn’t have traded it for the most luxurious cabin on the nicest cruise ship. Our small family will cherish the memories we made during these three days aboard the Emily Anne - a truly unique and special experience!

3 day liveabord was a horror show from beginning to end and actually ended up leaving in the middle of the trip (yes because we had to dock every night since conditions were so bad we couldnt stay out - shouldnt that be a sign that maybe the trip shouldnt have gone at all? maybe its just me, but steady 4-5s with 6+ swells arent really ideal dive conditions...). Make sure to read the fine print and ask to see their contract docs BEFORE signing anything. Id rather lose money (which I darn sure did) than my life. Will never recommend this co ever again under any circumstances and very sorry I booked a second trip with them. Must have gotten truly suckered the first time, or maybe they only work well under perfect conditions? Caveat emptor.

We have been on multiple diving trips with Adventure Water Sports in Key West. They were all wonderful experiences. We went on their Marquesas Key trip, and a trip to dive the reefs around Key West, and we did a 3 day live aboard dive trip to the Dry Tortugas, and they took us to the Cayman Salvage and the Vandenberg. They do not take many divers at a time so there is plenty of individual attention. We have met three of their captains (Jack, Brian, & John) and they are all fun to be around and they are happy to explain or teach. The Trip to the Dry Tortugas was amazing. We did 14 dives over 3 days. We saw lots of great marine life and pristine reefs on the first two days, and on the last day they took us to the Vandenberg & the Cayman Salvage. The Emily Anne is a comfortable boat and there is an air conditioned cabin if you need to get out of the sun. We had fun in between dives swimming around the boat and doing cannon balls off of the boat. There is a fresh water shower so that you can rinse off the salt after your dives. The food on the live aboard trip was delicious and plentiful. Kelly and Jack are good cooks! It was a great adventure with our two teenage daughters that we will remember forever. I would recommend them to anyone. If you want to dive around Key West or the Dry Tortugas then you should contact Adventure Water Sports..
