Moates auto glass provided excellent service replacing my windshield. The price was fair and a lot better than some of the other places I called. Travis was courteous and on time, coming to my house in Killeen to do the repair. My windshield looks great and I couldn’t be more pleased. Also, without being asked or charging me he got rid of the haze on my headlights and turn signals. Thank you! I highly recommend!

While driving to visit us my Aunts windshield was hit and cracked badly. Her insurance deductible was 250$ so we called around to find the best price and quality service. I have had numerous windshields replaced over the years. This is the first time that the repair came with a factory glass seal. The windshield looks like the car is brand new. I’m beyond impressed with the service and the promptness. I called yesterday afternoon and it was done within less than 24 hours. They even cleaned my residue off the front lights improving night driving for my kids. All around great people who actually care about the customer and their work performance.

My experience with the replacement of my front windshield surpassed my expectations. The tools matched with the technique used to complete the replacement of my front windshield prevented clips that hold on the side moldings, my paint job, rain sensor, and heated windshield wipers from from being damaged. Very much enjoyed my experience. There was a bit of a miscommunication between us, but only a very minor inconvenience. Even though it totally wasnt his fault, he offered to do the labor at a discount for taking up my time. Then he offered to fix a chip in my windshield, and clean the haze off my headlights at a discounted rate because of the miscommunication. Had side window replaced. Mobile service. Everything ok that day,but been reaching out to him and no response. Window is scraping everytime I roll down and cant get window tinted because all the glass he left in the door.

Best customer service, ever! I had called a few days ago about a quote for a cracked windshield. They were able to order one and get me in the next day. Unfortunately, the one they ordered came in chipped, so I had to wait another day - which is no worries at all (things happen!). Came right after work today and was done quickly! I have nothing but good things to say regarding Travis, his work ethic, promptness and customer service. I am writing this review about 3 weeks late, which has given me time to assess the work that Travis did.I contacted Travis (and several other windshield repair/replace businesses to find out how much and how soon my windshield could be repaired. After informing me that it could not be repaired and would need replacing, a very frustrated me vented to him about how I did not want to replace a Merz Benz windshield, considering what it would cost, along with reconnecting and calibrating the sensors and other details that come with a vehicle that has that much software just within the windshield. Not only did he find the windshield at a price cheaper than the 5 other places I looked into, he was able to get the glass within a day, and replace and re- calibrate everything within an hour an half. He was incredibly friendly and helpful in answering the questions I had regarding the process leading up to the replacement.A week after or so, it began raining which further gave me the reassurance that the sensors in the windshield had been properly replaced as well. I am grateful for the work he did . If I had gone with Merz Benz to replace, the quote I received was more than $2K. I paid 10% of that with Travis. Hes reliable and does great work. Didnt want to take the kiddo to wait at the shop so a team came out to my residence to complete the job there in less than an hour. Warranty on leaks or stress cracks included. I was shown which product they used as well. Transparent & honest work.

This guy was AMAZING !! I accidentally busted out my back window in my 2018 Silverado right before I was supposed to leave town. I began calling around not only was everything crazy expensive, but also they wanted me to wait a week or leave my truck for a few days which I could not.
