I been going here for a long time and i like it. However the last two times I been there, they are not enforcing the mask mandate in the store we are in freaking PANDEMIC and there letting people in with NO mask on.
Staff has always been friendly and helpful, but evidently, the management is not. I bought a car wash on a day when the Laser Wash was broken, so I checked back periodically but never saw any indication that it was again functional. I check back today; the Laser Wash is up and running; but the code for the wash had expired five days ago. When I approached the attendants and explained the situation, they were eager to help and led me to believe it would not be a problem. However, after having spoken with her supervisor, the female attendant indicated that her boss was unwilling to help, insisting the Laser Wash was never broken.I have purchased practically of my gas (and literally all of my car washes) from this station since it opened as it is both close and familiar, but if they would rather save the nine dollars on a reimbursement than help a loyal customer out with what is--worst-case scenario--an honest mistake, then I am happy to take my business to another station. When you act as though a customer is trying to scam you (again, out of a nine-dollar car wash), you send a clear message to that customer that he is not valued. The station offers nothing beyond a typical convenience-store experience, so a little decency would go a long way to keeping customers.
I just have to say out of all the places i stop this one hands down has an air up thing that only costs .50 cents cheapest ive ever found.
