Has to be the best mechanic shop I have ever been to anywhere. Didn’t have any feeling like I was getting ripped off. Additionally, Eric showed me my bad car part and thoroughly explained what happened. Great deal and I learned something. Would highly recommend this place.

Wow, I am so excited!!!! Just like other reviewers stated….. I needed My Starter Replaced, didn’t know where to go, so I looked ALL Auto Repair shops. Eric was the ONLY, I Repeat ONLY ONE called me back, asked me my problem, gave me reasonable quote(which was within my budget) and He thought he May couldn’t get me in until Monday, But few minutes He called and Got me in TODAY(🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽) Yes, and He Delivered!!!! My neighbor referred me to Oscar. We recently moved to Killeen from out of state and needed a good, honest mechanic for my Jeep. Im so blessed to have found this shop. Eric is very kind and patient. He took the time to explain what was going wrong with my AC and broken wheel bearing .He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. My car was fixed the same day as my appointments. He even showed me the bad parts off my car and his quotes were very affordable. The cost of my parts and labor were easily explained on my invoice as well. I completely trust this shop and will refer everyone i know to them. Im so thankful my neighbor told me about Oscar!

Eric did the tune-up on my van very well. He left the old parts out on a table for me to check on his work. The price was reasonable and he kept within the estimate. He replaced the drivers window motor that went out last year. Im very happy with his work. I used to be an ASE certified auto repair technician myself. Hes been honest, competent, and left no greasy mess behind.😀

I went for an inspection and before he even started he said The back over the window is out, dont you people even check this stuff before your come out? NOPE! I THOUGHT THATS WHAT AN INSPECTION WAS FOR!!!Needless to say, I went and got it done elsewhere!

As a woman I need to know that I am not being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. So I took my car to another mechanic before taking to Oscar. Both mechanics said the same thing but Oscar was $100 cheaper. I will always go to this auto repair shop. A very happy customer.

Ive been to Oscar the Mechanic twice and I have received excellent services from them. I needed my wheel bearings replaced and they were kind enough to give me information and answers to questions I had regarding the replacement. Theyre very kind, welcoming, and they really know their local community. If you have questions involving your vehicle dont be afraid to give them a call and ask. Also, I notice they are very committed in helping you get your car problems fixed and done well. Go try them out, theyre wonderful!

Honest work, good price, fast repairs and theyll let you provide your own parts as well as give you an estimate before they begin any work--so far Eric and Oscar have always ended up quoting me more than they actually charged. Great place for vehicle inspections as well, and Mrs. Gomez is always a fun person to chat with.

Wished I wouldve taken a picture, today as I was waiting to get my truck serviced and inspected, mind you I live an hour away but choose to continue to deal with this establishment, clean restroom, and nice pleasant arouma. lunchtime came around Mr. Oscar offered to buy me lunch so sweet of him, Mrs Alice and I chatted away drinking coffee, Eric went above and beyond his service to help a disabled police car that had a flat tire. The officer asked Mr Oscar for a floor jack which he started ( Oscar ) to change the tire. And ERIC got wiff of that and took over, providing full tire change for the officer. At NO CHARGE. Thank you and your family today for showing humanity still exists. And you guys wondered why I didnt mind driving nor waiting for your establishment to make and give me much needed information about my poor sick (Clifford) My truck! These guys will rip you off! I knew what needed to be done with the car, which is the reason I sent parts they told me nothing new. Nothing got fixed just rung up a lot of bills we didnt have in the first place towing fees okay, was expecting that but damn diagnosis test we knew what needed to be done. Thank God my fiance knew a little more than cars than I did lol she explained to the owner & everything got off the hook with just towing fees. Dont think Ill be coming back.

Who knows, I do not trust in my case, I am silly to change spark plugs, the engine is cleaned and he does not stop removing a good screw or the dust that he had removed, but if he charged me for 60 dollars more, I would have taken him to another workshop where I was joined given a detailed note and so being able to claim is like every Latin mechanic half good half trickster with the race I am sure
